Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Verankern und Lösen der Verankerung einer Beschikkung, der Unterstützungsmittel zugeordnet sind, in einer Wärmebehandlungsanlage, wobei diese Anlage umfaßt:
    wenigstens eine Bearbeitungsstation, die eine Öffnung aufweist, die nach unten gerichtet und dazu bestimmt ist, die Beschickung aufzunehmen,
    Mittel zum Laden und Entladen der Beschickung, die über die Unterstützungsmittel das Laden der Beschickung in und das Entladen der Beschickung aus Verankerungsmitteln, die in der Station angeordnet sind, ermöglichen,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, die Beschickung dadurch zu verankern und aus ihrer Verankerung zu lösen, daß eine relative translatorische Bewegung zwischen der Station und den Lade- und Entlademitteln vorgenommen wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die translatorische Bewegung durch die Station ausgeführt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es bei der Verankerung darin besteht:
    die Beschickung durch die Lade- und Entlademittel einem Ort gegenüber der Öffnung der Station zuzuführen,
    die Beschickung in die Station hochzuheben, um die Unterstützungsmittel auf eine Höhe zu bringen, die höher als jene der Verankerungsmittel ist,
    die Station in bezug auf die Unterstützungsmittel aus einer sogenannten Lade-/Entladeposition in eine sogenannte Verankerungsposition translatorisch zu verlagern,
    die Beschickung abzusenken, um eine Zusammenwirkung zwischen den Unterstützungsmitteln und den Verankerungsmitteln zu schaffen, um die Beschickung in der Station zu verankern.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es beim Lösen der Verankerung darin besteht:
    die Unterstützungsmittel auf eine Höhe hochzuheben, die sich über jener der Verankerungsmittel befindet, um sie von den Verankerungsmitteln freizugeben,
    die Station in bezug auf die Unterstützungsmittel aus der Verankerungsposition in die Lade-/Entladeposition translatorisch zu verlagern und
    die Beschickung mit Hilfe der Lade- und Entlademittel abzusenken, um sie aus der Station zu führen.
  5. Wärmebehandlungsanlage, die die Ausführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ermöglicht und umfaßt:
    wenigstens eine Bearbeitungsstation, die eine Öffnung aufweist, die nach unten gerichtet und dazu bestimmt ist, eine Beschickung aufzunehmen,
    Mittel zum Laden und Entladen der Beschickung in Verankerungsmittel bzw. aus Verankerungsmitteln, die in der Station angeordnet sind.
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Antriebsmittel, die die Station in bezug auf die Beschickung translatorisch verlagern, sowie Steuermittel, die so beschaffen sind, daß sie die Antriebsmittel steuern, um die translatorische Verlagerung der Station zu gewährleisten, umfaßt, um die Operationen des Verankerns und Lösen des Verankerns der Beschickung in bzw. von den Verankerungsmitteln auszuführen.
  6. Anlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wenigstens einen Weg zur Führung der Station umfaßt, der so beschaffen ist, daß die translatorische Verlagerung der Station sichergestellt ist.
  7. Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Weg zwei parallele Schienen aufweist, auf denen die Station mittels Rollen steht.
  8. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Station durch einen Ofen gebildet ist.
  9. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ofen einen Behälter aufweist, in dem Klötze oder Träger ausgebildet sind, die die Verankerungsmittel bilden.
  10. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klötze von einer Innenwand des Behälters radial vorstehen.
