Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Wärmebehandlung mit:
    einem vertikal ausgerichteten Ofen (1) mit einem Boden (2), der mit einer Öffnung zur Be- und Entladung (3) versehen ist,
    Mitteln zur Be- und Entladung (5), um über besagte Öffnung in den Ofen oder aus dem Ofen eine Trägerplatte (6) zur Aufnahme der zu behandelnden Teile (7) zu schieben, und
    einem Rahmen mit variabler Form (12), der mit dem Boden (2) des Ofens verbunden ist und eine erste Anordnung, die sogenannte offene Anordnung, einnehmen kann, in der er gegenüber der besagten Öffnung (3) an ein Fenster stößt, das die Durchführung der Trägerplatte (6) ermöglicht und eine zweite Anordnung einnehmen kann, die sogenannte geschlossene Anordnung, bei der das besagte Fenster teilweise verschlossen ist, so dass nur die Teile zur Be- und Entladung (5) durchgeführt werden können, wobei der Rahmen die Funktion eines Stützbereichs (20) einnimmt, auf dem die Trägerplatte aufliegt, wenn die besagten Mittel aus dem Ofen geholt werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Rahmen (12) aus vier identischen Armen (13) besteht, die beweglich miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die besagten Arme in der offenen Anordnung ein Viereck und in der geschlossenen Anordnung eine Raute bilden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte (6) kreisförmig ist und nach unten durch eine Rohrverbindung (11) verlängert wird, deren Höhe sich nach der Höhe richtet, die die Trägerplatte im Inneren des Ofens einnehmen soll.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei gegenüberliegende Arme (13) in ihrer Mitte drehbar auf Zapfen (15) angebracht sind, die mit dem Ofenboden (2) fest verbunden sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Arm (13) in der Mitte mit einer runden Aussparung (16) versehen ist, die zum Inneren des Rahmens (12) geöffnet ist, wobei die vier Arme einen Kreis begrenzen, dessen Durchmesser etwas größer ist als der äußere Durchmesser der Trägerplatte (6).
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (12) über einen seiner Arme (13) mit einem Steuerhebel (17) fest verbunden ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese mit mindestens einem Behandlungsbecken (4) versehen ist, in das innen die Teile zur Be- und Entladung (5) eingeführt werden und auf dem der Ofen (1) aufliegt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese mit mehreren nebeneinanderliegenden Behandlungsbecken (4) versehen ist, in deren Innenbereich Teile zur Be- und Entladung eingeführt werden (5) und auf die der Ofen abgestellt werden kann.
