Description
- un four à disposition verticale dont le fond est muni d'une ouverture de chargement / déchargement,
- des moyens de chargement / déchargement pour introduire dans le four - ou en extraire -, à travers ladite ouverture, un plateau-support destiné à recevoir des composants à traiter, et
- un cadre à forme variable, associé au fond du four, capable de prendre une première configuration, dite ouverte, dans laquelle il délimite, en regard de ladite ouverture, une fenêtre autorisant le libre passage du plateau-support et une deuxième configuration, dite fermée, pour laquelle ladite fenêtre est partiellement refermée de manière à permettre seulement le passage des moyens de chargement / déchargement, le cadre offrant alors des zones d'appui sur lesquelles vient reposer le plateau-support lorsque lesdits moyens sont retirés du four.

- les fig. 6, 7 et 8 correspondent respectivement aux figures 3, 4 et 5 avec la seule différence que le plateau-support est doté d'un manchon plus court, cette différence montrant que l'installation selon l'invention permet de positionner les composants à traiter à différentes hauteurs choisies selon les nécessités de chauffage dans le four ;
- enfin, la fig. 9 montre, de manière très schématique, une

selon l'invention dans laquelle plusieurs fours sont associés à un ensemble de bacs de traitement juxtaposés.
Claims (7)
- Installation de traitement thermique comportant:un four (1) à disposition verticale dont le fond (2) est muni d'une ouverture de chargement / déchargement (3),des moyens de chargement / déchargement (5) pour introduire dans le four - ou en extraire -, à travers ladite ouverture, un plateau-support (6) destiné à recevoir des composants à traiter (7), etun cadre à forme variable (12), associé au fond (2) du four, capable de prendre une première configuration, dite ouverte, dans laquelle il délimite, en regard de ladite ouverture (3), une fenêtre autorisant le libre passage du plateau-support (6) et une deuxième configuration, dite fermée, pour laquelle ladite fenêtre est partiellement refermée de manière à permettre seulement le passage des moyens de chargement / déchargement (5), le cadre offrant alors des zones d'appui (20) sur lesquelles vient reposer le plateau-support lorsque lesdits moyens sont retirés du four,
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le plateau-support (6) est circulaire et se prolonge, vers le bas, par un manchon tubulaire (11) dont la hauteur est choisie en fonction du niveau que doit occuper le plateau-support à l'intérieur du four.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que deux desdits bras (13) opposés l'un à l'autre sont montés pivotants en leur centre sur des tenons (15) solidaires du fond (2) du four.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque bras (13) est muni d'une découpe centrale circulaire (16) ouverte vers l'intérieur du cadre (12), les quatre découpes délimitant un cercle dont le diamètre est légèrement supérieur au diamètre extérieur du plateau-support (6).
- Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que cadre (12) est associé à un levier de commande (17) solidaire de l'un de ses bras (13).
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins un bac de traitement (4) à l'intérieur duquel sont montés des moyens de chargement / déchargement (5) et sur lequel repose le four (1).
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte plusieurs bacs de traitement juxtaposés (4) à l'intérieur de chacun desquels sont montés des moyens de chargement / déchargement (5) et au-dessus desquels le four peur être déplacé.
