Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a logic toy with two halves which can be rotated with respect to one another and each have an equal number of transparent containers which are open on one side and are arranged in a circle parallel to the axis of rotation in a circle around the axis of rotation, the open container ends of one half facing the open container ends of the other Half directed and with the containers loosely contained to transport objects in and out.
  • Logical toys are known which are based on the basic principle of first creating a disorder from an existing order and then, if possible, recreating the initially prevailing order by means of systematic considerations.
  • a logical toy of this type, designed as a cube, is described in Hungarian Patent No. 170062.
  • This toy, which is designed as a cube has a mechanically complicated structure, and furthermore, the logic of restoring the original order to a wide range of people who are interested in such toys is known, which also removes the incentive to play with this known toy.
  • the toy fulfills this task with the features of claim 1.
  • the logical toy comprises two parts 1 and 2, each of which comprises six hollow cylindrical, transparent containers 3-8 and 9-14.
  • the containers 3-8 are arranged concentrically around a central part 16 provided with a bore 15 and connected to it, for example glued or formed integrally therewith.
  • the containers 9-14 of the opposite part 2 which is symmetrical with respect to the plane of rotation, are likewise arranged concentrically around a central part 18 provided with a bore 17 and connected to it in the same way.
  • the containers 3-8 resp. 9-14 of each part 1 and 2 have the same diameter, the length of one container to the neighboring container increases by the same amount.
  • the hollow cylindrical containers 3-8 and 9-14 are provided on their outer, closed end with color markings 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32, which correspond to the colors of the balls contained in the containers of a part.
  • FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section along line 11-11 of FIG. 3 and in FIG. 3 a view from above according to FIG. 2 of the toy.
  • the cutting plane is placed in the middle through the containers 3 and 6 as well as 9 and 12.
  • a white ball 19 is provided in container 9, two black balls 20 in container 10, three green 21 in container 11, four red 22 in container 12, five yellow 23 in container 13 and six blue balls 24 in container 14 Balls could of course be chosen differently.
  • the toy is in order, that is, in the starting or end position.
  • the spheres could also be distinguished, for example, by numbers or letters or other symbols.
  • the two middle parts 16 and 17 are held together by a screw 25 and a nut 26 such that they can be rotated relative to one another.
  • the balls are in the order state, ie balls of the same color are always present in a container of part 1 or 2. If the balls are to be transferred from the order to the disordered state, the two parts 1 and 2 are rotated relative to one another, so that there are no longer two containers of equal length. Then it will Toys tilted so that the balls from part 2 at least partially get into part 1. Now the two parts 1 and 2 are rotated against each other in a third position and the toy is then tilted again, so that at least some of the balls from part 1 return to part 2. These twisting and tilting movements are carried out until the desired state of disorder, ie the best possible mixing of the various spherical colors in the individual containers of part 1 or 2, is produced.

Abstract
