Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Betätigung einer Weiche bestehend aus zwei beweglichen Weichenzungen, nämlich einer rechten Weichenzunge (1) und einer linken Weichenzunge (2), wobei eine der Zungen offen ist und die an ihrer jeweiligen Gegenschiene (3, 4) anliegt, wobei diese Vorrichtung einen rechten Betätigungsstab (5) aufweist, der lotrecht zur rechten Weichenzunge mit dieser in der Nähe ihrer Spitze verbunden ist, einen linken Betätigungsstab (6), der lotrecht zur linken Weichenzunge mit dieser in der Nähe ihrer Spitze verbunden ist, wobei die Achsen dieser Betätigungsstäbe parallel und in einer waagrechten Ebene angeordnet sind und wobei Antriebsmittel (42) für den axialen Antrieb dieser Betätigungsstäbe vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Wagen (7) aufweist, der durch die Antriebsmittel axial verschoben wird, wobei dieser Wagen zwischen einer rechten Blockierplatte (12) und einer linken Blokkierplatte (13) in Richtung der Achsen der Betätigungsstäbe beweglich ist, wobei diese Platten zueinander und zu den Achsen der Betätigungsstäbe parallel verlaufen und von einem Gerüst (36) gehalten werden, wobei der rechte Betätigungsstab (5) sich zwischen der rechten Blockierplatte (12) und dem Wagen (7) befindet und zumindest teilweise in einer rechten geraden Längsrinne (14) dieses Wagens angeordnet ist, während der linke Betätigungsstab (6) sich zwischen der linken Blokkierplatte (13) und dem Wagen (7) befindet und mindestens teilweise in einer linken geraden Längsrinne (15) dieses Wagens angeordnet ist, wobei jeder Betätigungsstab (5, 6) mit zwei losen, zylindrischen, senkrechten, lotrecht zu den Längsrinnen liegenden Stiften (8 bis 11) versehen ist, die je in einer Nut (16 bis 19) im Stab angeordnet sind, wobei jede Blockierplatte mindestens eine senkrechte Blockierkehle (20, 21) mit schrägen Seitenwänden aufweist, die sich von der Platte zum Stab hin ausweiten, und deren Tiefe höchstens gleich dem halben Durchmesser eines solchen losen Stifts ist, und daß die Breite des Wagens zwischen den beiden Blockierplatten über drei unterschiedliche Breiten abgestuft ist und an jedem Ende eine erste Stufe (22, 22A) aufweist, deren Breite höchstens dem Abstand L zwischen den beiden Blockierplatten minus zweimal dem Durchmesser D eines losen Stifts entspricht, gefolgt, in axialer Annäherung zur Mitte des Wagens hin und zu beiden Seiten des Wagens, von einer zweiten Stufe (23, 23A), deren Breite zwischen L-2D und L-D liegt, und schließlich von einer zentralen Stufe (24), deren Breite kleiner als L und größer als die Breite dieser zweiten Stufe ist, wobei der Übergang von der ersten Stufe zur zweiten Stufe über eine schräge Wand erfolgt, wobei der Abstand zwischen den beiden Nuten eines Blockierstabs mindestens gleich der Länge der zentralen Stufe plus zweimal der Länge einer zweiten Stufe und geringer als die Länge der zentralen Stufe, plus die Länge einer zweiten Stufe plus die Länge einer ersten Stufe ist.
  2. Weichenbetätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der beiden Blockierplatten zwei senkrechte Blockierkehlen aufweist.
  3. Weichenbetätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder lose Stift an jedem seiner Enden eine Laufrolle (49, 50) aufweist, die außerhalb der Kehlen durch Rollen mit der ihm benachbarten Blockierplatte zusammenwirkt.
  4. Weichenbetätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Blockierplatte direkt hinter einer solchen Kehle in bezug auf die Verschieberichtung des Wagens zur Kehle hin einen Anschlag (45) für den losen Stift aufweist.
  5. Weichenbetätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel umkehrbar sind.
  6. Weichenbetätigungsvorrichtung bestehend aus zwei beweglichen Weichenzungen, nämlich einer rechten Weichenzunge (1) und einer linken Weichenzunge (2), wobei eine der Weichenzungen offen ist und die an ihrer jeweiligen Gegenschiene (4, 3) anliegt, wobei die beiden Zungen blockiert sind und nur ein Betätigungsstab (30) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß der Betätigungsstab mit jeder der Weichenzungen lotrecht und in der Nähe ihrer Spitze verbunden ist und daß die Vorrichtung einen axial zwischen einer Blockierplatte (31) und einer festen Führungswand (36), die mit einem Gerüst fest verbunden sind, beweglichen Wagen (7) aufweist, wobei der Betätigungsstab (30) zwischen der Blockierplatte (31) und dem Wagen (7) angeordnet und mindestens teilweise in eine Längsrinne des Wagens eingebracht ist, wobei der Betätigungsstab mit zwei losen, zylindrischen, senkrechten, lotrecht zu der Längsrinne liegenden Stiften (10, 11) versehen ist, die je in einer Nut (18, 19) im Stab angeordnet sind, wobei die Blokkierplatte zwei senkrechte Blockierkehlen (32, 33) mit schrägen Seitenwänden aufweist, die sich vom Kehlengrund zur Öffnung hin ausweiten und deren Tiefe höchstens gleich dem halben Durchmesser eines solchen losen Stifts ist, wobei die senkrechten Kehlen in der senkrechten Wand der Blockierplatte gegenüber dem Wagen angeordnet sind, und daß der Abstand der die Blockierplatte vom Wagen trennenden Ausweitung drei unterschiedliche Stufen enthält, die an jedem Ende des Wagens eine erste Ausweitung der Abmessung X₁ gleich mindestens dem Durchmesser D eines losen Stifts, gefolgt auf jeder Seite, in axialer Annäherung zur Mitte des Wagens hin, von einer zweiten Ausweitung der Abmessung X₂ kleiner als D und größer als D/2, und schließlich, in der Mitte der Länge des Wagens, von einer dritten Ausweitung kleiner als X₂, wobei der Übergang der Ausweitung des Werts X₁ zur Ausweitung des Werts X₂ über eine schräge senkrechte Wand des Wagens (7) geschieht, wobei die Entfernung zwischen den beiden Nuten des Betätigungsstabs mindestens gleich der Länge des mittleren Teils des Wagens ist, in dem diese Ausweitung kleiner als die Ausweitung des Werts X₂ plus der Gesamtlänge der beiden Teile des Wagens ist, in denen diese Ausweitung X₂ ist, und kleiner als die Länge des mittleren Teils plus der Länge eines der beiden Teile des Wagens für die die Ausweitung X₂ ist, plus der Länge eines der beiden Teile des Wagens, für die diese Ausweitung X₁ ist, wobei der Wagen mit Antriebsmitteln zur axialen Verschiebung verbunden ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder lose Stift an jedem seiner Enden eine Laufrolle (49, 50) aufweist, die außerhalb der Kehlen durch Rollen mit der Blokkierplatte zusammenwirkt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockierplatte direkt hinter einer solchen Kehle in bezug auf die Verschieberichtung des Wagens zur Kehle hin einen Anschlag (45) für den losen Stift aufweist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 3, 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder lose Stift axial von einem fest mit ihm verbundenen Kragen (46, 46A) gehalten wird, dessen Durchmesser größer als der des Kragens ist und der einerseits in eine Längsnut (47, 47A) in der dem betrachteten Stift zugeordneten Blockierplatte und andererseits in einen erweiterten Bereich (48, 48A) der Nut für den Stift in einem Betätigungsstab eindringt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel eine Kugelumlaufspindel (39) aufweisen, deren Mutter (43, 44) mit dem Wagen verbunden ist, wobei die Kugelumlaufspindel durch eine Motor-Untersetzungsgetriebe-Einheit (42) über einen Drehmomentbegrenzer (41) in Drehung versetzt wird.
