Abstract
Description
The invention relates to all devices according to the preamble of claim 1 and the integrated compact design.
The known rail vehicles are designed as bogie or bogie structures. The height of the car floor above the top edge of the rail is decisively determined by the wheel diameter and chassis design. The design constraints are, in addition to the engine and transmission height, the central axis position that influences everything. In order to overcome this difference in level, the entrances have up to four steps, which can only be overcome with great difficulty by older people, disabled people and mothers with prams or luggage. As a result, the path resistances are increased in such a way that, for example in local transport, the car turnaround times are extended unproductively. The arrangement of elevated platforms usually differs for tram systems in public. Street space.
Other known vehicle designs with independent wheel drives, such as the EPA patent application: 0 60 000 / B 1 and the DP application: P 27 11 646.7 21 differ from the present invention in that the vehicle construction developed by ACEC, BN and CRTH - Belgium - is intended for automatic mass transit systems and the Arrangement of the track guidance and the installation of the drives do not allow a low floor. The invention described in Auslegeschrift 27 11 646 invention of a articulated train for the public. Passenger transport pursues the solution of a low entry with the task of the large vehicle to be continuously processed and monitored. The reliable and quiet carriage running of sectional cabins with short wheelbases and single-point coupling of the carriage parts is sufficient for the stresses in public. Local public transport not out.
The invention specified in claims 1-5 is based on the object of avoiding the disadvantages of known constructions described above and of creating an attractive large-capacity means of transport with a low floor and a single-stage entry for the passenger. The tangential steering of the wheels into the bend avoids the considerable wear on the wheel and rail and eliminates the environmental influence of friction and noise - curve screeching - especially with small track radii in tram and light rail systems.
The achievable lightweight construction due to a modified design principle of the running, drive, support and guide elements leads to a decisive reduction in the rolling resistance of the car and thus the consumption of drive energy.
The concept of the invention is explained below on the basis of exemplary embodiments.
It shows Fig. 1: The vertical section of the steered and driven single wheel with wheel guide rocker.
The car body (1) with the continuous low car floor (4) is supported by spring-loaded wheel guide rockers (6) with the steered, driven or non-driven, individual wheels (3). The rockers are designed as box-shaped, torsion-resistant supports, which e.g. can be made of steel, light metal or carbon fiber reinforced plastic. They are installed in wheel arches (2) and connected on one side to the carriage body (1) by means of pedestals. The wheel arches (2) are built over by passenger seats, with the free passage remaining sufficiently dimensioned.
The vertical section of the single wheel drive shows the complete integration of the components. In the middle part of the rocker (6), the wheel (3) with the wheel carrier (9) is horizontally pivoted in vertical slide or roller bearings (12). The wheel carrier (9) receives the motor (10) and is closed with the bearing cover (13). This is provided with a toothing for receiving the outer central wheel of the planetary gear (11). The high-speed, oil-lubricated roller bearings (14, 14ʹ) for the motor shaft (15) are arranged in the wheel carrier (9) and the bearing cover (13). This carries the toothing of the inner central wheel on the transmission side and the brake hub (16) with brake disc on the inner carriage side. The brake yoke (17) is also fastened to the holder on the pivotable wheel carrier (9). The high-speed roller bearing (14ʹ) is lubricated by dynamic pressure oil. The dynamic pressure is generated by the circumferential oil ring between the wheel carrier (9) and the circumferential wheel hub (18) on a accumulation device (19) working in both directions of rotation.
The oil is fed to the bearing (14ʹ) through a hole in the wheel carrier (9). A standpipe (20) with a return hole ensures the necessary and constant oil level. The wheel hub (18) with the spring elements and the pressed-on wheel tire is also mounted on the wheel carrier (9). The wheel hub (18) is connected to the planetary gear (11). For better heat dissipation, both parts are provided with cooling fins on the outside and made of light metal. The planetary gear (11) is vented by means of a vent screw (21) inserted in the center, which dips with its air tube into an outwardly conical bore in the motor shaft (15). This protects it from splash oil at all speeds.
