Ce dispositif constitue un boggie à un essieu. Guidage et stabilisation d'un boggie à un essieu situé sous une articulation par des dispositifs adaptés. Le boggie est constitué de l'essieu 1 lié à un cadre formé par des consoles 3 des boîtes d'essieu et les traverses 4, il est rigidifié par une large plaque d'acier 7 reliant les deux traverses 4.
