Abstract

Es wird ein Kissen mit einer Füllung, beschrieben, welches zum Zeitpunkt des Verkaufes immer ein "pralles" Aussehen hat, welches aber nur so viel Füllung aufweist wie für ein gesundes Schlafen ausreichend ist. Die Füllung weist neben zum Gebrauch des Kissens bestimmten Materialien, wie Daunen, Federn, Fasern, Faserkugeln, Schaumstoffpartikel od.dgl. noch vor dem bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch herausnehmbare Bestandteile auf. Die herausnehmbaren Bestandteile können durch eine gefüllte Einlage oder eine einen Hohlraum umschließende Pappeinlage gebildet werden. Die Einlage kann aus einem Beutel bestehen. Die Einlage kann mit andern Füllstoffen gefüllt sein, als der Rest des Kissens.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kissen, insbesondere Kopfkissen od.dgl., mit einer Füllung.
  • Kopfkissen werden sehr oft nach dem äußeren Anschein gekauft, d.h., der Kunde schaut sich das Kissen an und beurteilt seine Qualität und insbesondere die Menge der Füllung danach, ob die Hülle ausgewölbt oder eingefallen ist. Ob der Käufer auf einem solchen Kissen auch gut schlafen kann, probiert er meist nicht aus.
  • Viele Menschen schlafen nun auf solch prall gefüllten Kissen schlechter, als auf Kissen mit weniger Füllung.
  • Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein gattungsgemäßes Kissen zu schaffen, welches zum Zeitpunkt des Verkaufes immer ein "pralles" Aussehen hat, welches aber nur so viel Füllung aufweist, wie für ein gesundes Schlafen ausreichend ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Erfindung gelöst. Das erfindungsgemäße Kissen besitzt eine Füllung, die neben zum Gebrauch des Kissens bestimmten Materialien, wie Daunen, Federn, Fasern, Faserkugeln, Schaumstoffpartikel od.dgl. noch vor dem bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch herausnehmbare Bestandteile aufweist.
  • Die herausnehmbaren Bestandteile sollten so ausgebildet sein, daß sie bei der bestimmungsgemäßen Benutzung des Kissens bemerkt werden. Dies kann dadurch erfolgen, daß das Materiel raschelt, wenn man sich mit dem Kopf darauflegt. Das Material der herausnehmbaren Bestandteile kann aber auch z.B. härter ausgebildet sein, als das übrige Material, sodaß das Kissen bei der Benutzung einen zu harten Eindruck macht. Wesentlich ist, daß der Benutzer darauf aufmerksam gemacht wird, daß sich etwas in dem Kissen befindet, das er noch vorher entfernen muß.
  • Gemäß einer besonderen Ausführungsform werden die herausnehmbaren Bestandteile durch eine vorzugsweise gefüllte Einlage gebildet. Eine solche läßt sich sehr leicht aus dem Kissen herausnehmen, wenn die Kissenhülle eine schließbare Öffnung aufweist.
  • Die herausnehmbaren Bestandteile können durch eine einen Hohlraum umschließende Pappeinlage gebildet werden. Diese Pappeinlage kann leer sein, also nur Luft enthalten.
  • Eine andere einfache Einlage besteht lediglich aus einem Beutel. Dieser kann aus einem Gewebe, aus einem Nonwoven oder auch aus einem Kunststoffnetz gebildet sein, wie sie unter der Bezeichnung "XIRONET" von der Firma XIRO AG, CH-3185 Schmitten, angeboten wird.
  • Die Abtrennung zwischen den beiden Gruppen kann durch eine Innentasche gebildet sein, wobei letztere auch die Kissenhülle als Begrenzung mitbenutzen kann. Auch diese Innentasche kann aus einem Gewebe, aus einem Nonwoven oder auch aus einem Kunststoffnetz gebildet sein. Die Tasche sollte aus einem für die anderen Füllstoffe im wesentlichen undurchdringlichen Material bestehen.
  • Die Einlage kann aber auch mit den verschiedensten Gegenständen gefüllt sein. Dies können die gleichen Materialien sein, die auch die Restfüllung des Kissens bilden, wobei z.B. diese Materialien in der Einlage dichter gepackt sind, als in dem Rest des Kissens. Die Einlage dient dann z.B. als Nachfüll-Packung für die eigentliche Kissenfüllung. So kann die Einlage mit Faserkugeln gefüllt sein, die dazu benutzt werden können, um nach Entnahme der Einlage das Kissen mit weiteren Faserkugeln nachzufüllen, bis es die gewünschte Härte und / oder Fülle aufweist.
  • Die Einlage und / oder eine Innentasche können aber auch benutzt werden, um darin bestimmte Gegenstände zu verbergen. So können die Innentasche und / oder Einlage zur Aufnahme von zu verbergenden, aktiv oder passiv auf dem Körper zu tragenden Fremdgegenständen, wie Schmuck, Ohrenstöpseln, Präservative für Männer od.dgl. ausgebildet sein. Das Kissen dient dann für den Benutzer als Versteck für bestimmte Gegenstände. Dies kann auch ein kleiner Wecker sein.
  • Die Einlage oder Innentasche kann auch mit anderen Füllstoffen gefüllt sein, als der Rest des Kissens.
  • Vorteilhafterweise weist die die Füllung unmittelbar umschließende Hülle eine schließbare Öffnung, wie Reißverschluß, Klettverschluß od.dgl. auf.
  • Vorzugsweise sind die Füllstoffe in der Einlage im wesentlichen kugelförmige Fasseraggregate und vorzugsweise bestehen auch die anderen Füllstoffe aus solchen Faseraggregaten.
  • Durch die Ausbildung des Kissens mit herausnehmbaren, bei der Benutzung störenden Bestandteilen wird der Benutzer auch darauf gelenkt, daß er das Kissen selbst sehr leicht öffnen kann. Er kann dann auch auf eine Gebrauchsansweisung gestoßen werden, in der ihm der Gebrauch des speziellen, (nach-)füllbaren bzw. entleerbaren Kissens erläutert wird.

Claims (11)

1. Kissen, insbesondere Kopfkissen od.dgl., mit einer Füllung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllung neben zum Gebrauch des Kissens bestimmten Materialien, wie Daunen, Federn, Fasern, Faserkugeln, Schaumstoffpartikel od.dgl. noch vor dem bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch herausnehmbare Bestandteile aufweist.
2. Kissen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die herausnehmbaren Bestandteile durch eine gefüllte Einlage gebildet werden.
3. Kissen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die herausnehmbare Bestandteile durch eine einen Hohlraum umschließende Pappeinlage gebildet werden.
4. Kissen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlage aus einem Beutel besteht.
5. Kissen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlage mit anderen Füllstoffen gefüllt ist, als der Rest des Kissens.
6. Kissen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllstoffe in der Einlage mit einer größeren Dichte gepackt sind, als die Füllstoffe im Rest des Kissens.
7. Kissen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Füllung unmittelbar umschließende Hülle eine schließbare Öffnung, wie Reißverschluß, Klettverschluß od.dgl. aufweist.
8. Kissen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Füllung unmittelbar umschließende Hülle eine von außen zugängliche Innentasche zur Aufnahme der herausnehmbaren Bestandteile aufweist.
9. Kissen nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tasche aus einem für die anderen Füllstoffe im wesentlichen undurchdringlichen Material besteht.
10. Kissen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllstoffe in der Einlage im wesentlichen kugelförmige Fasseraggregate sind und vorzugsweise auch die anderen Füllstoffe aus solchen Faseraggregaten bestehen.
11. Kissen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innentasche und / oder Einlage zur Aufnahme von zu verbergenden, aktiv oder passiv auf dem Körper zu tragenden Fremdgegenständen, wie Schmuck, Ohrenstöpseln, Präservative für Männer od.dgl. ausgebildet ist.
