Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Verpacken eines Produktes mit:
einem Verpackungszuführrad (10), welches drehbar um seine Achse gelagert ist und Trägermittel (11) umfaßt, um eine zumindest teilweise vorgeformte Verpackung (50) an dem Umfang des Rades aufzunehmen und längs diesem zu tragen,
einem Füllrad (20), welches um seine Achse drehbar gelagert ist und mit dem Verpackungszuführrad an seinem Umfang zusammenwirkt, wobei das Füllrad Trägermittel (21) zur Übernahme der Verpackung von dem Verpackungszuführrad zum Füllen der Verpackung mit einem Produkt, wenn die Verpackung längs des Umfangs des Füllrades getragen wird, umfaßt, und
einem Produktrad (30), welches um seine Achse koaxial zu dem Füllrad und mit derselben Geschwindigkeit drehbar ist, wobei das Produktrad Kammern (32) zur Aufnahme des Produkts in zu verpackende Einheiten umfaßt und Abgabemittel (31), welche in Verbindung mit jeder Kammer (32) zur Abgabe des Produkts von der Kammer zu der Verpackung an den Trägermitteln (21) des Füllrades angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Füllrad (20) Füllmittel (57) umfaßt, welche in Verbindung mit jedem der Trägermittel (21) des Füllrades angeordnet sind und mit den Abgabemitteln zum Füllen der Verpackung an den Trägermitteln (21) des Füllrades mit einer Einheit des Produkts, welche durch die Abgabemittel abgegeben wird, zusammenwirkt und daß die Kammern (32) des Produktrades (30) als Kompressionskammern ausgebildet sind, welche eines oder mehrere Kompressionselemente (34, 37, 39) zur Kompression des Produkts in der Kompressionskammer umfassen, wobei die Kompressionselemente an dem Produktrad (30) zur Drehung mit diesem gelagert sind.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch kennzeichnet, daß die Kompressionskammern (32) eines oder mehrere Kompressionselemente (34) zum Komprimieren des Produktes in der Kompressionskammer umfassen.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kompressionskammern ein zweites Kompressionselement (39) zum Komprimieren des Produktes in der Kompressionskammer in einer Richtung senkrecht zu der Richtung, in welcher das Produkt zuerst komprimiert wird, umfassen.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kompressionskammern an dem Umfang des Produktrades jeweils mit Aufnahmemitteln (63) zum Aufnehmen und Längstragen eines Transportbehälters (64), welcher mit Produkt, welches dem Produktrad zugeführt wird, gefüllt ist, umfassen.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllmittel (57) eine Fülldüse (58, 59) zur Aufnahme des komprimierten Produktes von dem Produktrad und zum Füllen der über die Fülldüse zu schiebenden Verpackung umfassen.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, mit weiterhin einem Arbeitsrad (40), welches um seine Achse drehbar und an seinem Umfang mit dem Füllrad (20) zum Übernehmen der gefüllten Verpackung von dem Füllrad zusammenwirkt und an dieser Arbeitsschritte durchführt, wenn diese durch das Arbeitsrad längsbewegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Arbeitsrad eine Falteinrichtung (45) zum Aufpressen einer Verschlußlasche der Verpackung gegen die gefüllte und geschlossene Verpackung umfaßt.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch einen Bandapparat (72), welcher stationär in dem Umfang des Arbeitsrades zur Aufbringung eines Klebebandes auf die Verpackung und dessen Verschlußlasche an der Seite der Verpackung, welche der Radachse zugewandt ist, angeordnet ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandapparat (72) an einem Schwenkarm (73, 74) befestigt ist, welcher außerhalb des Arbeitsrades zum Schwenken des Bandapparates in das oder aus dem Arbeitsrad angeordnet ist.
