Abstract

The barrier has a swing-down, stirrup-like blocking element (11, 12, 13) on which a supporting strut (17) consisting of two telescope tubes (20, 21) is articulated; in the erected blocking position, the two telescope tubes are locked against mutual displacement. The telescopic supporting strut (17) can be extended and retracted with the aid of an electric motor (25), a chain (29), which rotates by means of a driving gearwheel (26) and a deflection roller (28), forming the gear connection between the outer tube (20) and the inner tube (21); the drive and gear connection are arranged inside the supporting strut. A spring-loaded locking element (47, 37) is brought into disengagement either by a lock (24) or by the said gear connection, preferably during starting of the motor (25). <IMAGE>

Description

The invention is based on a parking lock according to the preamble of claim 1.

It is known to block the access to parking lots in that a single post is pivotally attached to a floor plate connected to the floor. In an upright position it can be locked by a lock. Such parking locks have the disadvantage that a vehicle driving against them uses the parking lock in the joint area for bending and shear, so that the parking locks of this type can be destroyed by motor vehicles.

A parking lock of this type is already known (DE-U-74 37 898; DE-U-71 48-620). Both parking locks have a lock. In one of these parking locks (DE-U-74 37 898) an axial drive of the support for automatically raising and lowering the lock is mentioned, which can be formed by a spindle motor. Details of this drive are not explained or shown.

The invention has for its object to provide a robust parking lock, in which the handling options are improved.

To solve this problem, a parking lock is provided with the features of claim 1.

These measures create a parking lock that is on the one hand much wider than the one post. The support post, which is attached to the ground when the parking lock is installed on the ground, offset laterally with respect to the connecting line between the two floor plates, results in particular stability. From the side, a triangle of articulations is formed, which is extremely stable solely for geometric reasons. The end post is essentially only subjected to pressure or tension, which contributes to stability.

The possibility of locking is particularly favorable in that the support post has two telescopically arranged mutually displaceable parts, in particular tubular parts. In this case, the free end of the support post remains connected to the ground and the two tube parts are telescopically pulled apart to fold the parking lock. A bolt inserted through a transverse bore through the outer and inner telescopic tube can serve for locking.

It is particularly favorable that the support post is attached to a crossbar connecting the two posts to one another. The pivoting area of the support post relative to the parking lock is relatively small, it can move in a range of approximately 30 °. No complex facilities are required.

A particularly practical possibility of locking is provided when the locking element has a spring-loaded bolt which can be disengaged by a lock and which locks the support post in two different lengths. The parking lock can thus be locked both in the open and in the closed state, the spring-loaded latch simply snapping into a corresponding recess and engaging.

According to the invention it is provided that a motor drive is arranged on one element of the support post, which acts on the respective other element of the support post via a gear connection. This gear connection enables the drive to perform a relative displacement between the two parts of the support element. The gear connection is completely arranged within the support post, so that it is not accessible from the outside, but against damage, contamination or the like. is protected. In this way, an automatic opening and closing of the parking lock, which may also be remote-controlled, can be carried out.

In the area of its connection to the parking lock, the support post takes the form of a T-tube, in the transverse web of which an electric motor is accommodated. The crossbar of the parking lock can be carried out continuously since the support post can only be swiveled by a small angle. This can be achieved through an opening in part of the circumference of the crossbar.

According to the invention, the transmission connection has a chain, a belt or the like which is guided via a driven gear wheel and a deflection roller. on, which is connected at one point to the other element of the support post. In this way, for example, the inner tube section can be moved out in one direction by driving the motor and retracted in the opposite direction by driving the motor.

Since there can be a relatively unfavorable leverage ratio when the parking lock is on the ground for erection, it can be provided according to the invention that a pretensioning spring is installed in the articulated connection between the post and the base plate, which facilitates the erection at first glance.

The parking lock shown in FIG. 1 contains two post elements 11, 12 which are vertical in the locked state and which are connected to one another by a cross piece 13. Both post elements 11, 12 and the crossbar 13 are made in one piece from a steel tube. Both post elements are connected in an articulated manner to base plates 14 in the region of their lower ends. The articulated connection looks so that an apron 15 is formed on each of the base plates 14, through which a pin 16 is inserted. This pin 16 forms the hinge axis of the swivel joint between the base plates 14 and the post elements 11, 12. The apron 15 is arranged in such a way that the post elements 11, 12 can be folded back in the illustration of FIG. 1, while a folding movement forward is not required. The base plates 14 are screwed to the base, for which screw holes 37 are provided.

Approximately in the middle of the crosspiece 13, a support post 17 is pivotally attached to it. The pivoting takes place about the longitudinal axis of the crosspiece 13, which runs parallel to the axes of rotation of the swivel joints on the base plates 14. The support post 17 also has a swivel joint 18 in the region of its free end, which is designed in exactly the same way as the swivel joints at the ends of the posts 11, 12. Here, too, a base plate 19 with screw holes 37 is provided. The support post 17 is formed in two parts and has an outer tube 20 and an inner tube 21 which can be inserted into the outer tube 20. The inner tube 21 has a somewhat smaller diameter, so that the two elements 20, 21 are telescoped. The outer tube 20 has the shape of a T-tube 22 in the region of its upper end, at which it is pivotably connected to the crossbar 13. The cross section 23 of the T-tube 22 can be formed, for example, in two parts, so that assembly is made easier.

The parking lock is mounted so that the base plate 19 of the support post 17 is laterally offset from the connecting line of the two other base plates 14. In order to open the parking lock, it is folded back in FIG. 1, the support post 17 being extended. The folding takes place until the post elements 11, 12 lie on the floor.

It would also be possible to design the support post 17 so that it cannot be extended, and then to detach the base plate 19 from the floor.

Fig. 2 zeigt die Seitenansicht in verkleinerter Darstellung. Fig. 2 shows the side view in a reduced representation. It can be seen that the laterally offset base plates 14 for the post elements 11, 12 and 19 for the support post 17 together with the post elements 11 and the support post 17 form a triangle, so that an attempt to lock the parking to open, leads to a pressure or tensile stress on the support post 17. As a result, the stability of the parking lock designed according to the invention is extremely high.

Dies vereinfacht die Handhabüng der Parksperre.1 and 2, a lock 24 is provided on the support post 17. The lock 24 serves to complete the parking lock in the closed and in the open position. The lock 24 is advantageously designed in such a way that it has an automatically latching bolt which can be released by actuating the lock 24 with the aid of a key. This simplifies the handling of the parking lock.

Fig. 3 shows a schematic longitudinal section through the support post 17. In the outer tube 20, the inner tube 21 is slidably mounted. The distances shown are chosen a little too large for reasons of simplification. An electric motor 25, which drives a schematically indicated gearwheel 26, is arranged in the region of the crossbar 23 of the T-tube 22. The gear can be driven in both directions. A bracket 27 is arranged in the outer tube 20, which extends in the longitudinal direction approximately in the central axis of the outer tube 20 and extends far into the interior of the inner tube. At the other end of the bracket 27, a deflection roller 28 is rotatably mounted, which can also be designed as a gear. A chain 29, shown only schematically, is stretched over the gear 26 driven by the electric motor 25 and the deflection roller 28. The chain is connected at a point 30 to the end of the inner tube 21. If the electric motor 25 is now driven in a clockwise direction in FIG. 3, the upper run of the chain 29 moves to the right and, due to the connection to the inner tube 21, leads the inner tube to the right. In other words, an extension of the support post 17 occurs. If you start from the position of Fig. 2 and caused by one Driving the electric motor 25 an extension of the support post 17, the parking lock pivots counterclockwise until it rests on the floor.

If the electric motor 25 is operated in the opposite direction, the inner tube is pulled back into the outer tube 20 so that the parking lock is raised.

When the parking lock lies completely on the floor, the pivot point between the post 11 and the support post 17 lies in the axis of the gearwheel 26 and thus in the middle of the crosspiece 13. The pivot point between the free end of the support post 17 and the associated swivel joint 18 also lies in the middle of the tube 21. Nevertheless, the parking lock can be raised because the chain acts laterally offset on the inner tube 21 with respect to the longitudinal axis. In order to support the somewhat unfavorable lever arm, a biasing spring can be installed in the swivel joint on the base plates 14 for the posts 11, 12, which supports the uprighting.

Aufgrund der seitlichen Anbringung des Bügels 27 ergeben sich beim Aufsetzen der Kette 19, die in Fig. 4 gestrichelt dargestellt ist, keine Schwierigkeiten.4 that the electric motor 25 can be used in a space-saving manner in the crosspiece 23 of the T-tube 22. The bracket 27 is attached laterally to the inside of the outer tube 20 and extends in the longitudinal direction into the inner tube 21. Due to the lateral attachment of the bracket 27, there are no difficulties when fitting the chain 19, which is shown in broken lines in FIG. 4.

The electrical leads to the electric motor 25 are advantageously passed through the tubular construction of the posts 11, 12.

In the case of an embodiment with an electric motor 25, a lock 24 can be dispensed with if there is appropriate self-locking.

Fig. 5 zeigt den teleskopischen Abstützpfosten 17 in seiner zusammengezogenen Stellung, also bei aufgerichteter Parksperre. Der Hebel 37 bildet zusammen mit der Achse 34 der Umlenkrolle ein Verriegelungselement, das die Parksperre in sperrendem, also aufgerichtetem Zustand festlegt.5, a narrow extension 32 is welded to the inner tube 31, which is slightly rounded in cross section. At the end 33 of the extension, a block 36 is fastened, for example welded, through which the chain 29 passes and in which it is fixed. The deflection roller 34 is mounted directly on the outer tube 35, so that the bracket 27 present in the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 is no longer required. On the block 36, a lever 37 is articulated by means of a screw, not shown. This lever extends in the longitudinal direction of the support post 17 into the region of the deflection roller 34. FIG. 5 shows the telescopic support post 17 in its contracted position, that is to say when the parking lock is erected. If the parking lock is put down, the deflection roller 34 moves to the left in FIG. 5, so that its axis 38 is moved past under the lever 37. The arrangement of the lever 37 bent in its articulation area is selected such that this movement is not hindered. The lever 37 forms, together with the axis 34 of the deflection roller, a locking element which fixes the parking lock in the blocking, ie erected, state.

Fig. 6 now shows the effect of the locking element formed by the lever 37 and the axis of the roller 34. In the area of its free end facing away from the block 36, the lever 37 has an approximately semicircular notch 39 on one side. The dimensions of this notch are chosen such that the axis or shaft 38 of the deflection roller 34 fits into the notch 39 with some play. The lever 37 is acted upon by a tension spring 40 in the position shown, in which the axis 38 of the deflection roller 34 is received in the notch 39. The tension spring 40 is attached on the one hand to the inside of the inner tube 31 and on the other hand to the lever 37. For this purpose, the lever 37 can have a notch 41.

In the position shown in FIG. 6, the parking lock is locked by the interaction of lever 37 and axis 38. An attempt to pull the support post 17 apart to flip the parking lock fails because the axis 38 of the deflection roller 34 lies in the notch 39 of the lever 37.

On the chain 29 a laterally protruding pin 42 is attached. This is in the end position of the parking lock, as shown in FIG. 6, immediately below a driving path 43 projecting laterally from the lever 37. As soon as the electric motor 25 is started to open the parking lock, it moves the chain 29 through the direction indicated by arrow 44. Before the axis 38 of the deflection roller 34 can be moved to the left in FIG. 6, the engagement of the pin 42 on the underside of the driving path 43 lifts the lever 37 so that the notch 39 is disengaged from the axis 38 and the translational movement of the Axis 38 can start to the left in FIG. 6. Continuing to rotate the chain now moves block 36 to the right, i.e. the inner tube 31 is displaced within the outer tube 35 in the sense of an extension of the support post 17. Due to the mutual arrangement of the posts shown in FIG. 2, this leads to the parking lock being flipped over.

When the parking lock is closed, the chain 29 moves in the opposite direction to the arrow 44, so that the pin 42 is moved to the right along the upper run of the chain 29. At this time, however, the lever 37 is still pivoted laterally, that is, not in the position shown in FIG. 6. Rather, it lies on the axis 38 of the deflection roller 34. As soon as the pin 42 arrives at the inclined end 45 of the driving track 43, it slides under it. As soon as the axis 38 of the deflection roller 34 has reached the location of the notch 39, the lever 37 is moved by the tension spring 40 moved into the position shown in Fig. 6. At this time, the electric motor 25 switches off due to a limit switch, not shown. The support post 17 is again in the locked state.

Fig. 7 shows a very simplified view of the arrangement of FIGS. 5 and 6. The lever 37 is laterally offset so far from the chain 29 that the pin 42 attached to the chain 29 can be moved laterally past the lever 37. The driving track 43 is located on the side of the lever 37 facing the chain 29. The driving pin 42 therefore only interacts with the driving track 43 in the closed position of the parking lock.

The extension 32, which is relatively narrow in the example shown, could also be wider and extend over almost half the circumference of the inner tube 31. Its width in the circumferential direction is limited by the arrangement of the axis 38, which is attached to the outer tube.

While in the illustrated embodiment the locking lever 37 connected to the inner tube 31 interacts with the axis 38 of the deflection roller 34, it could also be arranged and designed in such a way that it interacts with the axis of the drive gear 26.

It would also be possible to arrange the lever 37 or a similar locking element on the outer tube 35 and to have it engage on a part moving with the inner tube 31.

In dieser Stellung kann der Schlüssel abgezogen und die Parksperre vollständig geöffnet werden.8 shows the possibility already mentioned with regard to FIGS. 1 and 2 of locking the parking support in the erected state in the case of a non-motor drive. The lock provided for this purpose contains a locking cylinder 46 shown only in outline. The locking cylinder 46 acts together with a two-armed lever 47, which is punched out of flat iron, for example, and provided with an eyelet 48. With the help of the eyelet, it is pushed onto a cross pin 49 which extends across the inner tube 21. At one end, a lateral extension of the locking cylinder 46 engages on the lever 47, while the opposite end of the lever 47 is designed like a hammer and is used for closing. This opposite end 50 of the lever 47 is acted upon by a compression spring 51 against the inner wall of the outer tube 20. A locking projection 53 provided with a run-on slope 52 is arranged on this inner wall. When the parking lock is raised, the outward projection 54 of the lever 47 slides on the run-up slope 52 and locks behind the locking projection 53. It remains fixed there. If the locking cylinder 46 is now actuated with the aid of a key, the lever 47 is pivoted counterclockwise with the aid of a nose pivoted out of the locking cylinder 46 until the left end 50 of the lever 47 comes out of engagement with the locking projection 53. Now the parking lock can be pulled apart a little until the inwardly directed nose 55 of the lever 47 abuts a cross pin 56. By turning the locking cylinder 46 to the left, the lever is again pivoted clockwise into the position shown in FIG. 8, in which the nose 55 is disengaged from the pin 56. In this position the key can be removed and the parking lock can be opened completely.

Access to the lock cylinder 46 takes place through a slot in the outer tube, which is shown only abbreviated in FIG. 8, so that when the parking lock is open, the lock or the lock cylinder 46 is completely surrounded by the outer tube 20 and is therefore protected against damage and attempts at manipulation.

Fig. 9 shows a longitudinal section through a fastening screw which can be used to screw on the parking lock proposed by the invention. The screws are inserted through holes in the base plates 14 and 19 of the parking lock and screwed into dowels in the ground. This fastener is particularly easy to manufacture. For this purpose, a lock screw 60 is used, that is, a screw which has a thread on its shaft and whose head is rounded on all sides, so that no key can attack the head itself. Lock screws usually have a square shoulder under the bottom of the head, but this is not absolutely necessary.

A blind hole 61 is drilled axially into the lock screw 60 from the head side. During drilling, the lock screw can be held on the square shoulder, for example.

A smaller screw 62 is then screwed into the blind hole 61, for example with a hexagon head 63. This screw 62 advantageously has a self-tapping screw thread which automatically cuts a thread into the blind hole 61. It is of course also conceivable to provide the blind hole 61 with a thread and then to use a conventional screw. The blind hole 61 is longer than the shaft 64 of the smaller screw 62. To screw the lock screw 60 into the dowel, the user grips the head 63 of the smaller screw 62 with a wrench and turns it in until the lock screw 60 does not move can move more. Then the head of this screw is turned off by turning further on the hexagon head 63, so that only the round head of the lock screw 60 remains. On this one can no longer attack with a wrench or pliers, so that the base plates 14, 19 of the parking lock are screwed onto the ground so that they cannot be detached. Of course, this type of screw can be used also use to attach other objects when it comes to the fact that the objects should be permanently attached.
