Description

The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of independent claim 1.

A device of this type is known from CH-A-620268. In this case, the rotary lock cylinder is inserted through the mortise lock and a sleeve-shaped hard metal body connected to the mortise lock engages around the rotary lock cylinder on the outside of the door and partially covers it from the front. Compared to the device according to DE-A-1289454, the protection against twisting off or stalling of the rotary lock cylinder is improved in that the sleeve-shaped hard metal body has to be separated while deforming a lock wall. With a suitable one This is easily possible with tools. Since the bar is weakened by the threaded hole for the forend screw, the rotary lock cylinder breaks slightly in half in the middle. After removing the hard metal body and the broken outer part of the double locking cylinder, the lock bolt can then be operated with a screwdriver.

Furthermore, a reinforcing plate is proposed by DE-OS 2609647 for securing mortise locks, which is introduced into an internal recess in the wooden door and is permanently connected to the lock ceiling. The rotary lock cylinder is fastened in a generally known manner by means of a faceplate screw. The disadvantage here is that the plate would be very difficult to assemble and would offer insufficient protection against violent intrusion methods. This rotary lock cylinder is also weakened by the threaded hole for the forend screw. The forend screw is necessary here because it pulls the cylinder against the edges of the cylinder cutout in the lock case and thereby fixes the cylinder. In the case of a lock with a very long faceplate screw, the lock is poorly guided in the lock and insufficiently fixes the cylinder even when the faceplate screw is tightened very strongly. The cylinder is easily adjusted by slamming the door or by poor operation. The driver grazes with an adjusted cylinder on the lock plate, and it now takes a lot of force to turn the key at all and open the lock. The cylinder must be centered and adjusted again. As is well known, there are a large number of doors in which the lock and lever handle set with a long plate are not neatly offset, and which can never be made common by tightening the faceplate screw.

The invention is based on the object of providing a device of the type mentioned at the outset which provides better protection against violent intrusion methods and which can nevertheless be assembled and manufactured in a simple manner.

This object is achieved by the invention according to claim 1. Tests have shown that the first hard metal body can easily protrude from the fittings and that tear-off is nevertheless not possible. This makes expensive long signs unnecessary. A faceplate screw is also unnecessary. The resulting weakness of the rotary lock cylinder is avoided. Nevertheless, perfect and permanent centering of the rotary lock cylinder is guaranteed. Pressing or boring of the rotary lock cylinder is also largely avoided. The development according to claim 2 avoids that the rotor can be pushed through.

Through the use of centering elements according to claim 9, on the one hand a stepless centering of the rotary lock cylinder is made possible in a simple manner and on the other hand it is fixed to the lock case in the axial direction.

Another advantage of the device according to the invention is seen in the fact that the rotary lock cylinder no longer has to be colored in whole or in part, since it is completely or partially covered by the sleeve or sleeves.

While the interior of this lock is designed in a known manner, the faceplate 50 differs according to FIG. 5 in that a through hole for a faceplate screw may be missing below the bolt 53. A double rotary lock cylinder 1 is inserted into a through hole 46. The shape of the through hole 46 need not be exact be adapted to the profile of the rotary lock cylinder 1. Rather, the through hole 46 is designed to such an extent that rotary lock cylinders with different profiles can be used. The rotary lock cylinder 1 has in a known manner between an outer cylinder part 3 and an inner cylinder part 4 a driver 2 with which the bolt can be moved in the lock case.

A solid sleeve 8, preferably made of hardened steel, is placed on the outer cylinder part 3. This has a recess 52 into which a sleeve 13, also made of hardened steel, is inserted. The sleeve 13 is rotatable in the recess 52 and has a slot 13a and a bore 55, which are designed so that the cylinder part 3 can be inserted into the sleeve 13 with little play. The sleeve 8 has a through hole 12 on the front immediately in front of the rotor 7a, into which a cover 14 made of hardened steel is rotatably inserted from the rear. This lid 14 is supported by the sleeve 13 on the lock case 45 and has a slot 15 through which a flat key can be inserted. The sleeve 13 and the recess 52 are designed so that the cylinder 1 is guided with little play over the entire length of the protruding part.

Two setscrews 26 are screwed into the sleeve 8, which are inserted through through holes 55 in the lock case and which have a thread at the free end, onto each of which a nut 27 is screwed. With the nuts 27, the sleeve 8 is pulled to the lock case 45 and immovably fixed thereon. With a comparatively small thickness of the lock case 45, one or more disks 18 are placed between the sleeve 8 and the lock case 45. Furthermore, a pin 43 is pressed into the sleeve 8 at the top and engages in a bore 44 in the lock case 45 or in the intermediate plates 18. The pin 43 together with the screws 26 and the inserted rotary lock cylinder 1 prevents the sleeve 48 from being able to be moved.

On the inside of the door leaf 24, a second sleeve 9 is attached, which also bears on the lock case 45, possibly with the interposition of disks 18, and which covers the cylinder part 4 on the front with the exception of an opening 11. The sleeve 9 also has a recess 56 which corresponds to the shape of the outer cylinder part 4 and in which this part is guided. Two blind bores 28 serve to receive the nuts 27 and the pins 26. The sleeve 9 helps that the cylinder 1 is well guided and the sleeve 8 also through Violence cannot be moved. The bore 11 is generally not closed off by a cover, so that the key can be inserted directly into the rotor 7b here.

The rotary lock cylinder 1 can be centered in the axial direction during assembly, so that the driver 2 can be moved in the lock case 45 without clamping or spotting. For this purpose, clamping elements 16 and 17 are inserted into the sleeves 8 and 9, which abut the bottom of the cylinder bag 5 and engage with cams 57 and 58 in grooves 6a and 6b of the rotary lock cylinder 1. The clamping elements 16 and 17 have a continuous threaded bore into which screws 19 and 20 are inserted. By turning the screws 19 and 20, the rotary lock cylinder 1 can be moved axially continuously. Openings 35 and 42 in the sleeves 9 and 8 serve that the screws 20 and 19 can be operated after the sleeves have been put on. Once the rotary lock cylinder 1 is centered, a pin 41 and a screw 23 are inserted. The rotary lock cylinder 1 is now immovably fixed in the lock case 45.

In die Klemmelemente 49 sind in durchgehende Gewindebohrungen 57 hier nicht dargestellte Stifte eingeschraubt, mittels denen der Zylinder 1, wie oben erwähnt, zentriert und fixiert werden kann.3 and 4 show variants of the adjusting device using the example of a rotary lock cylinder 1a or 1b so-called Swiss profile. The bag 49 of the rotary lock cylinder 1a has a continuous steel screw 47 which protrudes with both ends. On the screw 47 sleeves 48 are screwed with a continuous threaded bore. Head screws 59 and 61 are in turn screwed into the sleeves 48 from the outside through the sleeves 8 and 9. By turning the screws 59 and 61, the rotary lock cylinder 1 a can be moved continuously in one direction or the other. It is now essential that the cylinder bag 49 is significantly reinforced by the screw 47. In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, 63 sleeves 64 are screwed onto a likewise continuous screw, which in turn are connected with grooves 65, 66 and pins 67, 68 with clamping elements 49. Pins (not shown here) are screwed into the clamping elements 49 in through threaded bores 57, by means of which the cylinder 1, as mentioned above, can be centered and fixed.

During assembly, the rotary lock cylinder 1 is first inserted into the lock case 45 and, if necessary, washers 18 are placed. Now the clamping element 16 is inserted and the sleeve 8 with the inserted cover 14 and sleeve 13. With the nuts 27, the sleeve 18 is fixed to the lock case 45. Now the clamping element 17 is also applied to the cylinder part 4 and the sleeve 9 is attached. The rotary lock cylinder 1 is centered in the manner described above and the hole 42 is closed with the pin 41 and the sleeve 9 is fastened with the screw 23. The cylinders according to FIGS. 3 and 4 are mounted in the same way. What is special here, however, is that the bore 70 in the sleeve 13 is eccentric in accordance with the position of the rotor.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 to 7b, the hard metal body to be arranged on the inside of the door consists of a base body 84 with a continuous recess 89 into which the inner section of the rotary lock cylinder 1 is inserted. The centering element 17 can be operated through this recess 89. In addition to the recess 89, four through bores 90 are arranged in the base body 84, through which pins 85 are inserted, which are screwed into the hard metal body 8 at the inner end. The pins 85 are each with the broad head on a step 91 and pull the hard metal body 8 and the base body 84 firmly against the lock case. The pins 85 each have slots 81 crossed at the head, into which cross pins 80 are inserted in pairs, which prevent the pins 85 from loosening in the event of an attempted break-in. The cross pins 80 are inserted into half-deep recesses 87 during assembly and into the slots 81 of the tightened pins 85 pushed and then bent into a niche 88 at the free end. The slots 81 of one pin 85 are narrowed outwards, so that the transverse pins 80 cannot fall out in the axial direction of the pins 85 either. A rod-shaped, spaced element 82 is arranged below the cylinder bag and engages with bores 83 in the hard metal body 8 or base body 84 with each end. This spacer element 82 is provided in those lock cases in which the bodies 8 and 84 protrude below them. The spacer element 82 additionally stabilizes the two bodies 8 and 9 and ensures that, even with such lock cases, the bodies 8 and 9 cannot be moved or loosened in any way with respect to the lock case.

The base body 84 is covered with a cover 92 which is fastened to the base body 84 or to the locking cylinder 1 by means of screws 26. Spacers (not shown) can be arranged here between the cover 92 and the base body 84.

The above information thus results in a device for fastening a rotary lock cylinder, which can be centered exactly without using a forend screw and which ensures easy operation of the rotary cylinder lock and which also prevents brutal break-in methods such as twisting, pulling out and core pulling.
