Definitions

  • the invention relates to a goods store for transporting a textile web between successive treatment devices, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the finishing of textile webs should be able to be carried out without interruptions as far as possible in order to produce constant goods qualities. If, for example, a first section of a textile material web treated in any way is then further processed, in particular dried and / or fixed, in a so-called stenter and immediately afterwards a similar section (same batch) is to be treated in exactly the same way, then it is common to sew the end of the first section of fabric onto the beginning of the immediately following section of fabric. If, for example, the tensioning frame were to be stopped in order to sew the subsequent web section to the one just finished, this would mean that the standing web section currently in the tensioning frame would experience an extended heat treatment time, which would result in a different quality. In order to avoid such downtimes during the finishing process, goods stores are used.
  • it is a so-called roll goods store, in which upper and lower rows of rolls are provided and the web is guided back and forth several times over a plurality of rolls, the distance between the upper row of rolls and the lower row of rolls being variable.
  • the feed speed increases into the memory and the distance between the upper and lower rows of rollers increases becomes.
  • the feed speed can either be reduced or reduced to zero, so that the sewing process can take place while the stenter continues to work without interruption and thereby empties the goods store. If the goods store is empty, the sewing-on process must be finished so that the web can then be replenished at a constant speed.
  • the J-box goods store has a relatively high, vertical shaft for feeding the material web, a deflection section connected to the lower end of this shaft and, if appropriate, a short removal shaft which generally adjoins the deflection section in an obliquely upward direction.
  • this J-Box goods store is also filled with goods by storing the web in the upright feed shaft at an increased feed speed (advance). The web of material slides down through the feed shaft and can exit from the curved deflection section or from the removal shaft adjoining it removed and fed to the subsequent treatment facility (e.g. stenter).
  • the invention is therefore based on the object, a product store in the preamble of Pa tent Claims 1 type in such a way that with a relatively simple and space-saving construction a gentle and reliable passage of a textile web and, if necessary, a sufficient storage capacity at least in the area of the feed shaft is guaranteed.
  • the rotating deflecting member arranged at the upper end of the deflecting section and in its transition region from the lower feed chute end to the lower unloading chute end ensures that the material web to be transported through the storage container both when this Material web is transported freely through the storage container, as well as when this material web passes the storage container in the pent-up, ie stored state, is always reliably and gently deflected and guided at the bottom.
  • the web can be removed from the removal shaft upwards without any problems, ie the downstream treatment device for the web can work without interruption.
  • a sufficiently long time for a corresponding manipulation e.g.
  • both are in the area between the lower and upper ends Shafts each have a crushing roller that can be moved into the cross-section of the shaft from the adjacent inner sides of both shafts, ie one crushing roller is moved into each of the bound product runs, thereby ensuring the desired stabilization of the web run.
  • the storage container is of approximately U-shaped design in vertical section, the approximately equally high feed and removal shafts running essentially parallel to one another and forming the two U-legs and the mutually adjacent inner sides of these two shafts being spaced apart from one another , which is smaller than the diameter of the rotating deflector.
  • This design enables shafts of any height into which the material web is fed essentially vertically and from which this material web can be transported out again essentially vertically. As a result, a relatively large storage capacity can be achieved in a relatively narrow space (space-saving).
  • the two shafts can be arranged relatively close to one another, with their mutually adjacent inner sides being only a relatively small distance apart. Since the rotating deflection member has a slightly larger diameter than the distance between the two adjacent inner sides of the shaft, grinding along the Material web avoided on the inside of the shaft.
  • FIG. A largely schematic vertical longitudinal section (viewed in the direction of web transport) through the goods store according to the invention.
  • This goods store 1 is designed so that a textile web 2 can be transported through it in the wide direction in the direction of arrows 3.
  • This goods store 1 is a dry goods store, ie there is no wet treatment of the web 2 (ie no liquor bath or liquid application devices available), although the web itself may have previously been wet-treated or otherwise impregnated. Goods stores of this type are generally in front of further processing facilities such. B. stenter for drying and fixing a finished web, arranged.
  • the illustrated goods store 1 contains, as essential equipment parts, the aforementioned storage container 4 with an upright feed shaft 5, a deflection section 6 directly connected to the lower end of this feed shaft 5, deflecting approximately 180 °, and with a removal shaft 7 connected opposite from the feed section 5 to the deflection section 6 , and a first transport device 8 arranged above the feed shaft 5 for feeding the material web 2 into the storage container 4 and a second transport device 9 arranged essentially above the removal shaft 7 for removing the material web 2 from the storage container 4.
  • the Storage container 4 in the vertical section (ie in the vertical longitudinal section with reference to the web transport direction) an approximately U-shape, in which the two approximately equally high shafts 5 and 7 run approximately vertically and essentially parallel to one another and form the two U-legs, which are connected at their lower ends essentially seamlessly by the deflection section 6, so that there is a continuous, U-shaped shaft.
  • These two shafts 5 and 7 lie close together with their inner sides (inner walls) at a relatively short distance and have a sufficiently large inner cross section which is adapted to the desired storage volume and the webs to be treated with preference.
  • a rotating deflection element for the web 2 is arranged, which in this preferred exemplary embodiment is formed by a deflection roller 10.
  • This deflecting roller 10 is freely rotatably mounted in the opposite side walls of the storage container 4 (not illustrated in more detail since it is usually stored) and is arranged in a stationary manner.
  • the diameter of this deflecting roller 10 - as illustrated in the drawing - is kept somewhat larger than the distance between the adjacent inner sides 5a and 7a of the two shafts 5 and 7, so that the web 2 can not grind along the inner walls in their free passage through the storage container 4.
  • a crushing roller 11 and 12 In the area between the lower and upper ends of both shafts 5, 7, a crushing roller 11 and 12, respectively, is provided which can be moved from the mutually adjacent shaft inner sides 5a and 7a into the shaft cross section of the associated shaft 5 or 7.
  • These two crushing rollers 11 and 12 are mounted at a distance and parallel to one another on opposite sides of a common swivel frame 13 which extends between a first active position about a swivel axis 14 which runs parallel to the crushing rollers 11, 12 and to the axis of rotation 10a of the deflecting roller (cf. Lines in the drawing) and a second, restoration (see dash-dot position in the drawing) is pivotable.
  • the two crushing rollers 11, 12 are pivoted into the respective chutes 5 and 7 for the purpose of guiding the web
  • the swivel frame 13 is preferably held approximately vertically and the two crushing rollers 11, 12 are swung out of the area of the web 2 located in the shafts 5, 7.
  • the swivel frame 13 is designed in the manner of a two-armed (preferably equally armed) lever, with a suitable swivel drive on one lever arm 13a 15 attacks.
  • This swivel drive can be any suitable motor or manual drive; However, preference is given to a drive in the form of a conventional pressure-medium-operated cylinder-piston unit 15 (as shown), one end of which on the outside of the storage container 4 can be fixed on a suitable holder 16.
  • the first transport device 8 provided above the feed shaft 5 contains a number of transport and guide rolls 17, which are designed in the usual way and in some cases have different diameters, of which the last roll 17a - viewed in the direction of web transport (arrow 3) - is above the latter
  • the upper end of the feed shaft 5 is arranged so that the web 2 can be fed approximately vertically and centrally from above into this shaft 5.
  • the second transport device 9 provided 7 also contains a number of transport and guide rollers 18 arranged in a suitable and conventional manner, of which at least the first roller 18a - again viewed in the web transport direction (arrow 3) - thus above the upper end of this removal shaft 7 is arranged that the web 2 can be transported out of this shaft 7 substantially vertically and centrally.
  • one of the rear rollers 18b is designed and held in the form of a dancer roller 18b which can be moved up and down in the vertical direction (as in devices known in this way).
  • a switching device 19 of conventional design that can be switched on and off can also be arranged for the web 2 in the folded state into the storage container 4, in particular into the feed chute 5 and thereon to be able to store the subsequent deflection section 6, as is indicated schematically in the drawing by the folded state of the stored goods inventory 2a.
  • the web 2 on the one hand if necessary Furthermore, at normal transport speed with the help of the second transport device 9, it can be transported out of the removal shaft 7, but can be stored in the desired manner in the deflection section 6 and feed shaft 5, it is expedient to transport and guide rollers 17 and 17a of the first transport device 8 (above the feed shaft 5) to drive at variable transport speed.
  • these transport and guide rollers 17, 17a can be driven at the same speed as the transport and guide rollers 18, 18a, 18b of the second transport device 9 during the normal passage of the material web 2 through the storage container 4, while they are used to create a stored supply of goods 2a are driven in the storage container 4 with a correspondingly increased transport speed; after reaching a sufficiently large supply of goods 2a in the storage container 4, the transport speed of these rollers 17, 17a can be significantly reduced or even temporarily switched off completely, for example to enable sewing on a new web (new batch of goods).
  • the goods store it can furthermore be particularly advantageous in the area of the goods inlet (that is to say in the area in front of the feed chute 5). and in the area of the goods outlet (i.e. behind the removal chute 7) to arrange a pulse counter of a known design, the pulses of which are stored in such a way that an overview of the stored web stock is obtained and which emits a signal when the storage container 4 is emptied at a specific quantity of goods give the drive device for the first transport device 8 provided above the feed shaft 5 (for feeding the web into the storage container 4), so that this drive device can be set so that the transport speed is in an adjustable ratio to the machine speed of the treatment device, so that when the device responds Dancer roller 18b only a small speed difference must be compensated or synchronized.
