Claims (5)

  1. Article comprenant une quantité de matière qui présente une résistance électrique nulle à une température supérieure à 77K, ladite matière comprenant du Ba, du Cu et de l'oxygène;
    CARACTÉRISÉ EN CE QU'au moins 95% en moles de ladite quantité de matière sont une matière du type perovskite à une seule phase de composition nominale M2M'CU3O9-δ , M étant choisi parmi Ba, Ba et Sr, et Ba et Ca, M' étant choisi parmi Y, Eu, Lu, La, Sc, Pr et des combinaisons de ceux-ci, et 1,9≤δ≤2,5.
  2. Article suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins 95% en moles de ladite quantité de matière ont une structure cristalline orthorhombique.
  3. Article suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel M est supérieur à 50% Ba.
  4. Article suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel M' est d'au moins 75% en atomes Y.
  5. Article suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel M' est du Y et M est du Ba, et dans lequel δ est d'environ 2,1.
