Definitions
- the invention relates to a support and clearing blade that can be adjusted with one or more rear extensions (shoulders or arms) on the side of the chassis of an excavator, in particular about a horizontal pivot axis between an upper rest position, lowered support positions and intermediate clearing positions (see US A 2 768 499).
- a support plate lowered onto or into the timetable gives an excavator an enlarged support base and thus greater stability.
- shields are also known which can be adjusted with a rear extension or an arm about a single horizontal pivot axis and with which the present invention is preferred deals.
- the invention is based on the object of developing a supporting and clearing blade belonging to the equipment of excavators of the type described in the introduction in such a way that it is also capable of picking up and transporting building material including bulk material with the aid of attachments which can be connected quickly.
- this object is achieved in that at the upper end of the shield arranged receptacles for releasable connection with a transverse hinge axis forming connecting devices of a folding shovel or similar attachment are provided, which forms a transport container together with the shield as the rear wall, the transport container closed by its own weight holds and can be pivoted around the hinge axis for emptying with the help of the bucket.
- the rotatably coupled hinged bucket Due to the dead weight of the rotatably coupled hinged bucket, it is pressed down and forms a two-part container with the support plate. With the digging bucket of the excavator, the swivel-mounted attachment can be lifted and the container or bucket emptied.
- the receptacles can consist of several bolts which are individually fastened to the upper side of the shield and which are detachably encompassed by attached connecting devices of the respective attachment designed as hooks or forks.
- the upper end of the shield consists of a solid or hollow profile, which is designed as a receptacle for carrying hooks of forklift forks or other attachments, and if that at several locations distributed over the length of the shield, especially at the two ends of the shield Arranged receptacles under the profile, each have a cutout for receiving a storage fork open to the rear and encompassing the profile as a pivot axis of a folding shovel, a folding bucket of attachments.
- a folding shovel or similar attachment By attaching a folding shovel or similar attachment to the support and clearing blade, building material or other heavy goods can be picked up and transported easily at times in the area of construction sites at times without digging.
- liquid material such. B. concrete, absorb, transport and distribute.
- the foldable arrangement of the attachment makes the existing shield, including any retrofitted side walls, part of a two-part shovel, with which the bulk material is picked up by a pile in pushing or digging operation. Then you can by pivoting the attachment, for. B. with the excavator arm, create and change a discharge opening to dispense the bulk material during slow reverse travel distributed with a small opening gap.
- structurally simple means create a charger that is useful and sufficient for most of the work that occurs on a construction site on the sign, which is already available for support purposes.
- ribs welded onto the rear wall of the shield are provided as stiffening means, which extend over the upper edge of the shield and are effective there as a stop and / or holder for an attachment.
- the profile in the area of the cutouts of the blade either have a circular circumference or a circular circumferential groove as a pivot bearing for the connection devices.
- a circular circumference is created by a circular circumferential groove or a disc pushed there as a pivot bearing for the bearing forks of a folding shovel or a folding bucket.
- the possible uses of the multi-purpose sign are expanded if a folding bucket is installed instead of the folding shovel, which together with the sign forms a container for the transport of pasty goods such as hot tar or liquid concrete.
- the folding bucket or the folding scoop can have overlapping side walls with side plates attached to the shield, so that an automatic seal is achieved with the attachment.
- the folding shovel have a bottom plate with a welded-in reinforcement rail, which forms at the same time as the front cutting edge and as stiffening of the bottom plate in the area of the point of application for the excavator bucket for pivoting or opening the folding shovel.
- the hinged attachments of the shield can generally have at least two bearing forks encompassing the upper receptacles in the area of a cutout as a pivot axis, the rear fork opening of which can be closed in each case by a plug pin.
- the base plate of the pivotally attachable folding scoop in the vicinity of the end facing the shield may have a bevel which, together with the front edge of a share attached to the underside of the shield, forms a sealing overlap.
- the transport container formed by the folding shovel and shield is emptied by hydraulic cylinders installed between the shield and folding shovel and fed by the excavator hydraulics.
- FIG. 1 shows options for expanding a support and clearing plate 10 as a carrier for attachments to a multi-purpose plate so that it can also take on transport functions in addition to the primarily intended supporting function for the excavator and the otherwise usual clearing work.
- Optimal use of the support and clearing blade as a multi-purpose blade is possible if it is not guided in parallel, but is attached to a low-lying, horizontal pivot axis 38 on the chassis 42 and can be pivoted by an overall angle a shown in FIG
- the length of the arm 36 depends, but should correspond approximately to a path equal to the sum of the distances U + V.
- the vertical route U below the timetable requires the support and clearing plate to support the excavator on soft or hanging terrain.
- the largest possible distance V above the timetable is useful in order to be able to approach larger embankment angles with the vehicle, whereby this upper distance V is still limited by the height W of the sign and the height X of the superstructure of the excavator rotating above the timetable.
- the underside of the shield 10 forms a blade 12, which has a front scraping edge and a lower support and support surface.
- the coulter 12 can be inclined at an angle of attack ⁇ of approximately 3 ° to 5 ° to the schedule when the grazing edge of the sign lies on a non-compliant schedule. With the coulter, the blade is able to penetrate the ground both when digging and to provide effective support when used as a support blade on concrete or solid ground.
- the concavely curved front side 14 of the shield is stiffened by a rear wall 16 to form a box profile.
- the box girder is closed by the welded share 12.
- the rear wall 16 can have a bent, horizontal section 24 which is welded to the curved front side.
- a solid or hollow profile 18, which extends over the width of the shield, is welded to the upper end of the curved front side and serves as a receptacle for hanging the attachments.
- Side plates 20 close the hollow box of the shield 10, possibly also the concave area at the side ends of the shield.
- the profile 18 is inserted through corresponding openings in the side plates 20 and welded there.
- Retaining ribs 22 are firmly connected to the profile 18 according to FIG. 1 and are supported at 24 on the hollow box. If, in an embodiment not shown, the rear wall 16 and the box girder formed together with it are replaced by individually welded ribs or web plates which serve to stiffen the shield, these can also be continued upwards and provided there as holding ribs 22.
- a swivel arm 36 rigidly attached there extends slightly inclined backwards, which is mounted on a horizontal swivel axis 38 on front connecting plates of the chassis or undercarriage 42 of the excavator.
- the connecting plates 40 for an intermediate pivot axis 38 are fastened on both sides of the undercarriage 42 and still between the two excavator wheels and that accordingly two arms 36 extend from the shield 10 and are pivoted together by hydraulic cylinders 46.
- the ends of the hydraulic cylinders are articulated to the connecting plates 40 and to the stiffening plates 44 between the swivel arm 36 and the rear wall 16.
- a folding scoop 50 shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 comprises vertical side parts 60 with a base plate 52 connecting them and a reinforcement welded there in the vicinity of the front end Kungsschiene 54, which forms a front cutting edge 56 together with the bottom plate.
- the base plate 52 of the attachment container in the vicinity of its end facing the plate can have a bend 58 with a slight upward bend, which together with the front edge of the share 12 forms a largely sealing overlap.
- the flap vane thus U-shaped in front view can also form an overlap 62 with the side plates 20 of the shield 10 in the region of the side parts 60.
- This 0 can e.g. B. also run parallel to the concave shield wall when the side plates 20 are narrow and the rear edges of the side parts 60 protrude into the concave shield area.
- the folding blade is each provided with a hinge part, an exemplary embodiment of which is shown in FIG. 6.
- a storage fork 61 is pushed with its fork opening 66 from the front over the profile 18. If the folding shovel 50 is attached to the shield with its bearing forks and locked with the aid of bolts 68 and secured under a fuse holder 72 with the aid of a bolt handle 70, it pivots into its contact position when the shield is lifted due to its own weight about the pivot hinge point, with its base plate 52 abuts the share 12.
- Fig. 3 shows the filled scoop in a raised position in which the bulk material can be transported. 4 shows a possibility of how the folding bucket can be opened and emptied using the digging spoon.
- z. B Evenly distribute gravel or sand over a surface, the folding bucket can be opened with the help of the excavator spoon in a desired gap width during slow reverse travel.
- the opening width between the folding shovel and the shield can also be controlled with the aid of one or more hydraulic cylinders which are arranged between the folding shovel and the shield at the top or side lugs thereof.
- a folding bucket 74 can be provided, which together with the shield 10 forms a vessel for the transport of pasty goods, such as hot tar or liquid concrete.
- the side walls and the bottom of the folding bucket in the connection area to the shield are dimensioned similarly to the folding shovel, while the front, closed end can be rounded or beveled.
- a baffle plate 76 provided on the upper side or a corresponding bucket shape is advantageous in order not to spill any liquid during the journey.
- a seal made of plastic, rubber or other suitable material can be provided for sealing between the shield and the adjacent bucket walls.
- the folding bucket is like the folding shovel z. B. equipped with storage forks 64, is used similar to the folding shovel and emptied according to Fig. 4 by the digging spoon engages a shoulder 78 on the bucket and thereby pivots it.
- the profile 18 can on certain, for. B. the side areas of the shield may be limited and otherwise missing.
- the installation and operational use of a folding bucket would be appropriate if the shield was connected to the undercarriage of the excavator instead of by means of the swivel arm 36 in FIG. 1 by means of a parallel guide.

Description
Darin zeigen, jeweils schematisch,
- Figur 1 eine teilweise geschnittene Seitenansicht eines um eine Achse schwenkbaren Schildes gemäß der Erfindung an einem Mobilbagger;
- Figur 2 den Schild aus Fig. 1 mit angesteckter Klappschaufel in Aufnahmestellung für Schüttgut;
- Figur 4 einen Mobilbagger beim Entleeren des Transportbehälters durch Anheben der Klappschaufel mit Hilfe der Grablöffelhydraulik;
