Claims (6)

1. Support sur bogie (2) de la caisse (1) d'un véhicule sur rails, pourvu d'au moins deux unités de support (9) disposées latéralement, absorbant les mouvements relatifs verticaux et horizontaux, qui comportent chacune un ressort (5) et au moins une cuvette de ressort (8), ainsi qu'au moins une pièce intermédiaire en matière ayant l'élasticité du caoutchouc, au moyen de laquelle la cuvette de ressort (8) prend appui, de manière à pouvoir s'incliner dans la direction longitudinale (x) du véhicule, contre la partie contiguë du véhicule - caisse (1) ou bogie (2) -, l'unité de support (9) présentant dans la direction longitudinale (x) du véhicule une constante d'élasticité horizontale plus petite que dans la direction transversale (y) du véhicule, caractérisé en ce que la pièce intermédiaire est formée par au moins une pièce porteuse (10) de forme essentiellement rectangulaire vue en plan, semblable à un rail, précontrainte par des tensions de compression sous l'action de la charge d'appui verticale totale du ressort (5), qui est disposée de façon telle que ses côtés de longueur sont orientés transversalement à la direction longitudinale (x) du véhicule et que ses côtés de largeur sont orientés essentiellement dans la direction longitudinale (x) du véhicule.
2. Support suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les dimensions (L) des côtés de longueur de la pièce porteuse (10) s'élèvent à deux fois au moins la dimension (B) de l'un des côtés de largeur de la pièce porteuse (10).
3. Support suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce porteuse (10) est disposée de façon telle que son axe longitudinal (11) de direction essentiellement parallèle aux côtés de longueur de la pièce (10) est dirigé Vers l'axe de pivotement vertical (Z) du bogie (2).
4. Support suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce porteuse (10) est reliée par au moins l'une de ses faces supérieure et inférieure d'appui à une plaque externe (12, 12a) de renforcement.
5. Support suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce porteuse (10) est formée d'au moins deux parties (1 Oa, 1 Ob) superposées, qui sont reliées avec une plaque interne plane de renforcement (15) disposée entre elles.

Support suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce porteuse (10) présente, sur une partie au moins de sa hauteur (H), au moins un évidement (alésage 13) qui est propre à recevoir au moins un tronçon d'une pièce de sûreté (tourillon 14) en saillie sur la partie contiguë du véhicule - caisse (1 ou bogie (2) - ou de la cuvette de ressort (8), les dimensions de l'évidement (alésage 13) étant supérieures aux dimensions correspondantes de la pièce de sûreté (tourillon 14) d'une quantité égale au jeu admettant toutes les déformations liées au fonctionnement de la pièce porteuse (10).
