Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kunststoff-Folienverpackung für ein Käsestück, das insbesondere unter Vakuum verpackt ist. Eine derartige Verpackung ist beispielsweise durch die UR-A 2 380 198 beschrieben. Der Käse wird zusätzlich noch in ein Papier eingehüllt.
  • Eine derartige Verpackung ist allgemein bekannt, und wird in Grossladenbetrieben Grossmarktläden und dergleichen angeboten.
  • Bei einem derartig verpackten Käsestück wird manchmal festgestellt, dass nach dem Auspacken des Käses die ursprüngliche Kunststoff-Folienverpackung nicht mehr brauchbar ist, um den Käse nach Gebrauch wieder einzupacken, so dass der Käse manchmal durch den Benutzer unverpackt auf einem Teller aufbewahrt wird, wodurch der Käse auf diesem Teller austrocknet und manchmal auch Fett ausscheidet.
  • Die Erfindung beabsichtigt die Nachteile einer verkömmlichen Käseverpackung zu beseitigen.
  • Die Lösung der sich stellenden Aufgabe wird gemäss Kennzeichenteil des Anspruchs 1 darin gesehen, dass die Kunststoff-Folienverpackung sowohl das Käsestück als auch einen für den zukünftigen Gebrauch gesondert beigelegten gefalteten Bogen eines Verpackungsmittels umschliesst.
  • Nach dem Entfernen der ursprünglichen Kunststoff-Folienverpackung wird ein weiteres Verpackungsmittel für den Käse zur Verfügung gestellt, mittels dessen in einer zweckmässigen und einfachen Weise das Käsestück nach dem teilweisen Verzehr verpackt werden kann, so dass dieser Käse durch die weitere Verpackung gegen Austrocknen und/oder Fettausscheidung geschützt wird.
  • Bei einer zweckmässigen Ausführungsform ist das zusätzliche Verpackungsmittel ein gefalteter Bogen Papier.
  • Der Papierbogen kann dabei zum Beispiel mit Aufschriften versehen sein, welche die Herkunft des Käses angeben oder welche Käserezepte und dergleichen enthalten.
  • Das Papier kann gefaltetes fettfreie Papier sein.
  • Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Papier selbst versehen mit einer Mikroperforation. Als Verpackungsmittel kann auch eine Kunststoffolie mit einer Mikroperforation vorgesehen sein.

Claims (4)

1. Kunststoff-Folienverpackung für ein Käsestück, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoff-Folienverpackung sowohl das Käsestück als auch einen für den zukünftigen Gebrauch gesondert beigelegten, gefalteten Bogen eines Verpackungsmittels umschliesst.
2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verpackungsmittel ein gefalteter Bogen Papier ist.
3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Papier mit einer Mikroperforation versehen ist oder daß das Verpackungsmittel aus einer Kunststoffolie mit Mikroperforation gebildet ist.
4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Papier mit einem Aufdruck versehen ist.
