Description
The invention relates to a roof covering plate with a ventilation opening provided in the central area, which is delimited by a circumferential edge collar and covered by a cover and which is assigned a hose connection piece directed towards the underside of the roof covering plate.
A roof covering plate of this type is known from DE-OS 26 59 788. The collar overlaid by the lid is locked in the cut-out ventilation opening of the roof covering plate formed by a tile, the locking lugs reaching under the underside of the opening edge. The hose connection piece inserted from below is assigned in the same way, except that it overlaps the upper edge of the ventilation opening by means of corresponding latching means. This configuration is still too expensive to manufacture for a mass article. The rest-avoidance movement goes into the nozzle walls. You are bound to certain materials, at least to those that are fully deferred.
The object of the invention is to construct a generic roofing plate structurally and also assembly technically cheaper.
This object is achieved by the invention specified in claim 1.
The subclaims are advantageous developments of the roofing panel according to the invention.
As a result of such an embodiment, a generic roofing plate of increased utility value is achieved. The edge collar continues beyond the roof covering plate underside in order to merge here into a shell, at the bottom of which the hose connecting piece protrudes. This can be mastered in one piece in terms of shape. The level offset of the roof covering and the shell also results in a high degree of stability. In this respect, a very small wall thickness can also be selected. The classic fasteners are not necessary with such a version. If a multi-part version is preferred, which would have the advantage of revising the shell, for example to remove blown-in leaves or similar particles, then there is an advantageous embodiment in that the edge collar is the holder of the shell, which is designed as a separate component. In terms of allocation, it proves to be favorable that the side wall of the shell lies in overlap with the edge collar and that the fastening is carried out by crossing screws lying on both sides. The overlap area leads to an additional mutual stabilization of the connected individual parts. All you have to do is loosen the screws to clean the bowl. There is also an advantageous embodiment in that the bottom of the shell deepens in a funnel shape towards the hose connection piece. This can be based on a flat cone shape; however, a flat pyramidal shape has proven to be particularly favorable for stabilization. It is also easy to assign that the hose connection piece sits off-center of the rectangular base and affects the center of the same. This means that condensed water can always drain away immediately; so there is no frost block in winter. Finally, the invention proposes that the edge collar crosses the inner throats resulting from the transverse curvature of the roof covering plate; the edge, ie the individual collar sections, extend in a common plane.

The roof covering plate has a ventilation opening 1 in its raised, arched central region M. The latter is rectangular in plan. The longer opening edge edges extend in the roof slab direction of inclination.
The ventilation opening 1 is delimited by an upwardly directed edge collar K. The latter extends all around and practically forms a shaft. The top edge 2ʹ of both in the transverse direction, i.e. The parallel to the
The ridge-side section 5ʹ of the skirting 5 extends to the wide top surface of the roofing plate. The lower edge of the skirting 5ʺ there is adapted to the roof covering plate curvature. The relevant section is somewhat exposed on the ridge side. The deep-drawn section 5 'of the skirting 5 forms an apron so that rainwater flowing off is prevented or cannot overflow on the collar K. From there there is no direct Air inlet or outlet. Rather, this is done from the long sides and the eaves side.
Fig. 5).The edge collar K continues beyond the roof covering plate underside, where it merges into a shell Sch, on the bottom of which projects a downwardly directed
The
The elongated trellis section Kʹ, which clearly projects beyond the underside U, can be used with the shell plus
Fig. 6).In any case, the
The
In the case of a detachable shell Sch, the assembly is limited to the screwing in of the
The edge collar K, as can be seen from FIG. 5, is designed in such a way that its wall crosses the
