Description

The invention relates to a roof covering plate with a ventilation opening provided in the central area, which is delimited by a circumferential edge collar and covered by a cover and which is assigned a hose connection piece directed towards the underside of the roof covering plate.

A roof covering plate of this type is known from DE-OS 26 59 788. The collar overlaid by the lid is locked in the cut-out ventilation opening of the roof covering plate formed by a tile, the locking lugs reaching under the underside of the opening edge. The hose connection piece inserted from below is assigned in the same way, except that it overlaps the upper edge of the ventilation opening by means of corresponding latching means. This configuration is still too expensive to manufacture for a mass article. The rest-avoidance movement goes into the nozzle walls. You are bound to certain materials, at least to those that are fully deferred.

The object of the invention is to construct a generic roofing plate structurally and also assembly technically cheaper.

This object is achieved by the invention specified in claim 1.

The subclaims are advantageous developments of the roofing panel according to the invention.

As a result of such an embodiment, a generic roofing plate of increased utility value is achieved. The edge collar continues beyond the roof covering plate underside in order to merge here into a shell, at the bottom of which the hose connecting piece protrudes. This can be mastered in one piece in terms of shape. The level offset of the roof covering and the shell also results in a high degree of stability. In this respect, a very small wall thickness can also be selected. The classic fasteners are not necessary with such a version. If a multi-part version is preferred, which would have the advantage of revising the shell, for example to remove blown-in leaves or similar particles, then there is an advantageous embodiment in that the edge collar is the holder of the shell, which is designed as a separate component. In terms of allocation, it proves to be favorable that the side wall of the shell lies in overlap with the edge collar and that the fastening is carried out by crossing screws lying on both sides. The overlap area leads to an additional mutual stabilization of the connected individual parts. All you have to do is loosen the screws to clean the bowl. There is also an advantageous embodiment in that the bottom of the shell deepens in a funnel shape towards the hose connection piece. This can be based on a flat cone shape; however, a flat pyramidal shape has proven to be particularly favorable for stabilization. It is also easy to assign that the hose connection piece sits off-center of the rectangular base and affects the center of the same. This means that condensed water can always drain away immediately; so there is no frost block in winter. Finally, the invention proposes that the edge collar crosses the inner throats resulting from the transverse curvature of the roof covering plate; the edge, ie the individual collar sections, extend in a common plane.

The subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of an illustrative embodiment. It shows:
  • 1 is a top view of the roof covering plate designed according to the invention,
  • 2 is a side view of this,
  • 3 shows the bottom view of the roof covering plate,
  • 4 shows the end view of the roof covering plate, seen from the ridge side,
  • Fig. 5 shows the section along line VV in Fig. 3, in comparison with Fig. 3 enlarged and
  • Fig. 6 shows the section according to Fig. VI-VI in Fig. 3, also enlarged.

The roof covering plate has a ventilation opening 1 in its raised, arched central region M. The latter is rectangular in plan. The longer opening edge edges extend in the roof slab direction of inclination.

The ventilation opening 1 is delimited by an upwardly directed edge collar K. The latter extends all around and practically forms a shaft. The top edge 2ʹ of both in the transverse direction, i.e. The parallel to the eaves section 2 extends a course that corresponds to that of the curved central region M of the roofing slab. When an air passage slot 3 is loaded on all sides, the inner surfaces 4ʹ of a cover 4 that overlaps the air passage opening 1 also arch. The curved lines of the inner surfaces 4ʹ can be designed in their transverse curvature pattern so that the upper edges 2ʹ of the collar sections 2 run parallel to the inner surfaces 4ʹ.

The cover 4, which also has a rectangular outline, merges into a circumferentially arranged, downward-facing edge strip 5. Edge strip 5 and edge collar K overlap one another (see FIG. 6), so that the ventilation flow in the area of the air passage slot 3 takes a Z-shaped course 6. The gap width between the edge strip 5 and the edge collar K corresponds approximately to the gap width between the upper edge 2ʹ and the inner surface 4ʹ of the cover 4.

The ridge-side section 5ʹ of the skirting 5 extends to the wide top surface of the roofing plate. The lower edge of the skirting 5ʺ there is adapted to the roof covering plate curvature. The relevant section is somewhat exposed on the ridge side. The deep-drawn section 5 'of the skirting 5 forms an apron so that rainwater flowing off is prevented or cannot overflow on the collar K. From there there is no direct Air inlet or outlet. Rather, this is done from the long sides and the eaves side.

To attach the hood-like cover 4 to the roof covering pla tte serve from the inside, free-standing molded tongues 7. There are a total view of such tongues 7 are provided. The latter have an angular cross section. Their inserting ends lie with their outer sides on the inner corners of the edge collar K. They are glued, locked or the like in the area of their inner corners with the retaining collar. The plug-in limit stop is formed on the ridge side by the skirting section 5ʹ which is pulled down like a skirt to the top of the roof covering plate. On the eaves side, this support takes over a spacing web 8 arranged on the back of the tongue 7 while keeping the air passage slot 3 free.

Fig. 5).The edge collar K continues beyond the roof covering plate underside, where it merges into a shell Sch, on the bottom of which projects a downwardly directed hose connection piece 10. The latter has a circular cross section and is used to attach a ventilation hose 11 (see FIG. 5).

The ventilation hose 11 is designed as a flexible hose and is based on a ventilation line, not shown, with which it is also coupled in the way of the web connection.

The elongated trellis section Kʹ, which clearly projects beyond the underside U, can be used with the shell plus hose connection piece 10 be integrally formed on the roofing slab. For accessibility or the optional assembly, however, the exemplary embodiment shown is implemented in such a way that the edge collar K is designed as the holder for the shell Sch designed as a separate component. For this purpose, a plug-in connection is chosen such that the side wall 12 of the shell Sche is form-fitting and thus sealingly overlaps the edge collar K, more precisely the edge collar section Kabschnitt. An outside overlapping of the shell is provided. Side wall 12 and edge collar section Kʹ are interconnected by means of screws 13 crossing them. The relevant fastening zones are in the end areas of the corners. The through holes for possibly self-tapping screws 13 are at the same distance from these corner areas, so that the shell Sche can be optionally pivoted through 180 °. can. With regard to the eccentric, ie eccentric arrangement of the hose connector 10 on the shell Sch, this has the advantage that a more ridge-side or a more eaves-side position is achieved for this connector. You can easily avoid slats or rafters in the way. In the case of a square structure of the shell Sch and the collar K, an even more extensive variation can be achieved with a correspondingly eccentric position of the hose connector 10.

Fig. 6).In any case, the hose connection piece 10 sits on the bottom 9 of the shell Sch in such a way that the tube wall thereof touches the center x of the bottom 9 (cf. FIG. 6).

The bottom 9 is dented. It falls inclined on all sides towards the center x, so that a kind of funnel shape is created. Accumulated condensation or moisture from flying snow can run off so well. In such cases, taking into account the roof pitch, the hose connector 10 is expediently on the eaves side.

In the case of a detachable shell Sch, the assembly is limited to the screwing in of the screws 13.

The edge collar K, as can be seen from FIG. 5, is designed in such a way that its wall crosses the inner throats 14 resulting from the transverse curvature in the central region M of the roof covering plate. The top of the edge collar runs in a plane parallel to the base plane of the roofing slab.

All the new features mentioned in the description and shown in the drawing are essential to the invention, even if they are not expressly claimed in the claims.
