Definitions
- the invention relates to a roofing panel according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a roof covering plate of this type is known from DE-A 2 128 035.
- This roof covering plate has a ventilation opening in the central area.
- the latter is bordered by a circumferential collar facing the top of the roofing slab.
- the ventilation opening is covered by a hood-like cover.
- the latter consists of staggered lamella strips.
- the top of the lid is either closed or grated.
- On the underside of the roof covering plate sits a shell that follows the outline of the edge collar. This is funnel-shaped.
- the bowl has a distorted conical shape and an approximately teardrop-shaped outline. To fasten the bowl, it reaches through the ventilation opening with a collar to reach behind a shoulder of the cover.
- Such an embodiment is relatively complicated in terms of production technology and is unsuitable for assembly.
- the pagoda-roof-like lamellar structure of the cover brings with it one-piece manufacture complicated under
- a roof covering plate is known from US Pat. No. 3,374,138, which is penetrated by a pipe socket which is also molded onto it, and which therefore projects above and below the roof covering plate with a respective nozzle section.
- a manifold is attached to the nozzle formed on the underside of the roofing panel by means of a clamp, which in turn is connected to a ventilation line, also using a clamp.
- the object of the invention is to design a generic roofing plate in a production-technically simple, easy-to-assemble configuration so that the flow conditions are optimized.
- the subclaim is an advantageous further development of the roof covering plate according to the invention.
- a generic roof covering plate of increased utility value is achieved: the edge collar continues beyond the underside of the roof covering plate. This not only stabilizes the edge zone of the air passage opening - a circumferential T-profile is created - but the edge collar can also serve as a carrier for the shell to be attached.
- the two-part system in this respect opens up a variability which is extremely advantageous in practice, both in relation to the orientation of the shell and in relation to the use of a wide variety of shell types with regard to the diameter and position of the molded hose connection piece. Special forms in particular are easy to assign. But there are also significant advantages in terms of overall stabilization.
- the procedure is such that the edge collar, which also projects beyond the underside of the roof covering plate, closes with its transverse sections and intersects the inner throats of a transverse curvature of the roof covering plate and, as already indicated, is the carrier of the overlapping attached shell, which furthermore the hose connection supports in opposition to an arched line of the
- the inner surface of the lid shows that it touches the center of the bottom of the bowl.
- the corresponding filling of the inner fillets not only closes by-pass paths that allow the ventilation air to enter, e.g. between the roof skin and the underside of the roof covering, but also gives the edge collar a homogeneous, stable transition area to the plate body of the roof covering plate.
- the triangular pyramid surfaces can most conveniently connect to the rectangular or square floor plan of the bowl.
- the roof covering plate has a ventilation opening 1 in its raised, arched central region M.
- the latter is rectangular in plan. The longer edges of the opening extend in the roofing sloping direction.
- the ventilation opening 1 is delimited by an upwardly directed edge collar K.
- the latter extends all around and practically forms a shaft.
- the top edge 2 'of both in the transverse direction, i.e. Collar sections 2 running parallel to the eaves take a course which corresponds to that of the curved central region M of the roof covering plate. Leaving an air passage slit 3 on all sides, the inner surfaces 4 ′ of a cover 4 that overlaps the air passage opening 1 also run arched.
- the curved lines of the inner surfaces 4 ' can be designed in their transverse curvature pattern so that the upper edges 2' of the collar sections 2 run parallel to the inner surfaces 4 '.
- the cover 4 which also has a rectangular outline, merges into a circumferentially arranged, downward-facing edge strip 5.
- Edge strip 5 and edge collar K overlap one another (see FIG. 6), so that the ventilation flow in the area of the air passage slot 3 takes a Z-shaped course 6.
- the gap width between the edge strip 5 and the edge collar K corresponds approximately to the gap width between the upper edge 2 'and the inner surface 4' of the cover 4.
- the ridge-side section 5 'of the edge strip 5 extends to the wide top surface of the roof covering plate.
- the lower edge strip 5 "there is adapted to the roof covering plate curvature.
- the relevant section is somewhat exposed on the ridge side.
- the deep-drawn section 5 'of the edge strip 5 forms an apron so that rainwater flowing off is prevented or cannot overflow at the edge collar K. There is no direct air inlet or outlet from there, but rather from the long sides and the eaves side.
- freestanding molded tongues 7 which extend from the inside thereof.
- a total of four such tongues 7 are provided.
- the latter have an angular cross section.
- Their inserting ends lie with their outer sides on the inner corners of the edge collar K. They are glued, locked or the like in the area of their inner corners with the retaining collar.
- the plug-in limit stop on the ridge side is formed by the skirting section 5 'which is pulled down like a skirt to the top of the roofing panel.
- this support takes over a spacer web 8 arranged on the back of the tongue 7 while keeping the air passage slot 3 free.
- the edge collar K continues beyond the roof covering plate underside, where it merges into a shell Sch, on the bottom of which a downwardly directed hose connection piece 10 protrudes.
- the latter has a circular cross section and is used to attach a ventilation hose 11 (see FIG. 5).
- the ventilation hose 11 is designed as a flexible hose and is based on a ventilation line, not shown, with which it is also coupled by way of the plug connection.
- the elongated edge portion K ' which clearly projects beyond the underside U, can be integrally formed with the shell plus hose connection piece 10 of the roof covering plate.
- the exemplary embodiment shown is implemented in such a way that the edge collar K is designed as the holder for the shell Sch designed as a separate component.
- a plug-in connection is selected such that the side wall 12 of the shell Sch lies in a form-fitting and thus sealing manner in an overlap with the edge collar K, more precisely with the edge collar section K '.
- An outside overlapping of the shell is provided.
- Side wall 12 and edge collar section K ' are connected to one another by means of intersecting screws 13.
- the relevant fastening zones are in the end areas of the corners.
- the through holes for possibly self-tapping screws 13 are at the same distance from these corner areas, so that the shell Sch can be assigned pivoted by 180 ° .
- the eccentric, ie eccentric arrangement of the hose connector 10 on the shell Sch this has the advantage that a more ridge-side or a more eaves-side position is achieved for this connector. You can easily avoid slats or rafters in the way. In the case of a square structure of the shell Sch and the edge collar K, an even more extensive variation can be achieved if the hose connecting piece 10 is in a correspondingly eccentric position.
- the hose connection piece 10 sits on the bottom 9 of the shell Sch in such a way that the tube wall thereof touches the center x of the bottom 9 (cf. FIG. 6).
- the bottom 9 is dented. It falls inclined on all sides towards the center x, so that a kind of funnel shape is created. Accumulated condensation or moisture from flying snow can run off so well. In such cases, taking into account the roof pitch, the hose connector 10 is expediently on the eaves side.
- the edge collar K is designed in such a way that its wall crosses the inner throats 14 resulting from the transverse curvature in the central region M of the roof covering plate.
- the top of the edge collar runs in a plane parallel to the base plane of the roofing slab.

Description
The invention relates to a roofing panel according to the preamble of
A roof covering plate of this type is known from DE-A 2 128 035. This roof covering plate has a ventilation opening in the central area. The latter is bordered by a circumferential collar facing the top of the roofing slab. The ventilation opening is covered by a hood-like cover. The latter consists of staggered lamella strips. The top of the lid is either closed or grated. On the underside of the roof covering plate sits a shell that follows the outline of the edge collar. This is funnel-shaped. At the lowest point there is a hose connector that can be connected to a ventilation line. The bowl has a distorted conical shape and an approximately teardrop-shaped outline. To fasten the bowl, it reaches through the ventilation opening with a collar to reach behind a shoulder of the cover. Such an embodiment is relatively complicated in terms of production technology and is unsuitable for assembly. The pagoda-roof-like lamellar structure of the cover brings with it one-piece manufacture complicated undercut shapes.
A roof covering plate is known from US Pat. No. 3,374,138, which is penetrated by a pipe socket which is also molded onto it, and which therefore projects above and below the roof covering plate with a respective nozzle section. A manifold is attached to the nozzle formed on the underside of the roofing panel by means of a clamp, which in turn is connected to a ventilation line, also using a clamp.
The object of the invention is to design a generic roofing plate in a production-technically simple, easy-to-assemble configuration so that the flow conditions are optimized.
This object is achieved by the invention specified in the characterizing part of
The subclaim is an advantageous further development of the roof covering plate according to the invention.
As a result of such an embodiment, a generic roof covering plate of increased utility value is achieved: the edge collar continues beyond the underside of the roof covering plate. This not only stabilizes the edge zone of the air passage opening - a circumferential T-profile is created - but the edge collar can also serve as a carrier for the shell to be attached. The two-part system in this respect opens up a variability which is extremely advantageous in practice, both in relation to the orientation of the shell and in relation to the use of a wide variety of shell types with regard to the diameter and position of the molded hose connection piece. Special forms in particular are easy to assign. But there are also significant advantages in terms of overall stabilization. Specifically, the procedure is such that the edge collar, which also projects beyond the underside of the roof covering plate, closes with its transverse sections and intersects the inner throats of a transverse curvature of the roof covering plate and, as already indicated, is the carrier of the overlapping attached shell, which furthermore the hose connection supports in opposition to an arched line of the The inner surface of the lid shows that it touches the center of the bottom of the bowl. The corresponding filling of the inner fillets not only closes by-pass paths that allow the ventilation air to enter, e.g. between the roof skin and the underside of the roof covering, but also gives the edge collar a homogeneous, stable transition area to the plate body of the roof covering plate. Accordingly, a high degree of thin-walledness can also be the basis, which is of great importance again today for material-saving reasons. But there are also advantages in other fluid-technical terms in that the raised curvature of the hood-like cover of the cover, which lies in the middle region of the roof covering plate, not only limits the intermediate chamber of the shell which is thereby enlarged, but also acts as a distributor. The rising air flow impinges against this raised, arched central area of the lid and is distributed transversely outwards under deflection. The exchange over the roof covering plate is improved. The hose connection piece tangent to the middle of the bottom of the shell can be attached by moving the shell to meet the prevailing circumstances. In terms of stabilization with regard to the shell itself, it finally proves advantageous that the bottom of the shell deepens in a funnel shape in a flat, pyramidal shape towards the hose connector.
The triangular pyramid surfaces can most conveniently connect to the rectangular or square floor plan of the bowl.

The roof covering plate has a ventilation opening 1 in its raised, arched central region M. The latter is rectangular in plan. The longer edges of the opening extend in the roofing sloping direction.
The
The ridge-side section 5 'of the
Fig. 5).The edge collar K continues beyond the roof covering plate underside, where it merges into a shell Sch, on the bottom of which a downwardly directed
The
The elongated edge portion K ', which clearly projects beyond the underside U, can be integrally formed with the shell plus
Fig. 6).In any case, the
The
In the case of a detachable shell Sch, the assembly is limited to the screwing in of the
The edge collar K, as can be seen from FIG. 5, is designed in such a way that its wall crosses the
