Claims (11)

1. Récipient pour des emballages étanches aux gaz, qui est conique et constitué d'un récipient intérieur (3) à paroi mince et étanche aux gaz, ainsi que d'un récipient extérieur (2) à paroi épaisse, raccordé solidement au précédent, et comportant une bride (4) du coté de son ouverture, caractérisé en ce que le récipient intérieur est constitué d'un matériau en feuille, comporte des joints à recouvrement (5,5',13) et repose, avec sa bride coté ouverture, sur la bride du récipient extérieur (2).
2. Récipient suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient intérieur (3) est constitué d'une feuille d'aluminium recouverte d'une couche de matière plastique.
3. Récipient suivant la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le récipient extérieur (2) est constitué d'un matériau soudable avec la couche de revêtement en matière plastique du récipient intérieur (3).
4. Récipient suivant la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le récipient extérieur (2) est constitué de carton.
5. Récipient suivant la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le récipient intérieur (3) est formé à partir d'une feuille dont l'épaisseur est inférieure à 0,15 mm.
6. Récipient suivant la revendication 2 ou la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'aluminium de la feuille du récipient intérieur (3) a une épaisseur inférieure à 0,02 mm.
7. Récipient suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le récipient intérieur (3) est imprimé sur sa face externe et que le récipient extérieur (2) est constitué d'une matière plastique transparente.
8. Récipient suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, ou 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le récipient extérieur (2) est constitué de polypropylène.
9. Récipient suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les joints à recouvrement (5, 5', 13) présentent un recouvrement le long d'un bord (10) de la feuille rabattu vers l'extérieur, de telle façon que sur le joint de recouvrement (5, 5', 6), les couches intérieures de la feuille sont placées l'une contre l'autre.
10. Récipient suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le recouvrement sur le joint à recouvrement s'étend jusqu'au delà du bord rabattu (10) de la feuille, de telle façon qu'un bord (11) avec sa couche de revêtement intérieure est placé contre la couche de revêtement extérieure de la feuille.
11. Récipient suivant la revendication 9 ou la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le joint à recouvrement (13), entre la partie paroi extérieure (8) et la partie fond (7') du récipient intérieur (3) est dirigé radialement vers l'intérieur.
