Claims (4)

1. Récipient, de préférence pour recevoir des ordures, avec un orifice de remplissage s'étendant sur la moitié inférieure de la partie frontale et muni d'un dispositif de fermeture,
caractérisé en ce que le récipient (1) est muni d'une trappe obturatrice à peu près rectangulaire pour l'orifice de remplissage (7), qui est fixée dans la zone d'un bord, à un arbre pivotant (6) ou qui est munie de pivots latéraux; qui sont situés dans des paliers articulés (4, 5) logés dans la zone du plan médian longitudinal du récipient, sur les parois latérales de celui-ci ou sur son bâti frontal,
en ce que l'arbre pivotant (6), ou un pivot latéral, est soudé à une extrémité avec un levier radial (9), à l'extrémité duquel s'articule un boulon à ressort (11), dont l'autre extrémité est amenée dans un oeil ou autre, qui, au-dessus ou au-dessous de l'arbre pivotant (6) ou du pivot, est fixé à la paroi latérale du récipient ou au bâti frontal (2),
en ce que le boulon (11) maintient, par l'intermédiaire du levier (9) avec la force de ressort qui lui est appliquée, la trappe (8) en position de fermeture ou en position d'ouverture, la trappe se trouvant alors à la partie supérieure frontale du récipient (1),
en ce que le levier (9) passe, lors du pivotement de la trappe (8) entre ses deux positions, par une position au point mort et
en ce que l'arbre (6) ou l'un des pivots est muni d'une commande (19 à 22) permettant le pivotement entre les deux positions de la trappe.
2. Récipient conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'oeil, ou autre, est formé par l'alésage dans une plaque support (12) et que le boulon (11) traverse un ressort de compression (14), qui s'appuie d'un côté sur la plaque support (12) et de l'autre côté sur une plaque annulaire (15) qui est soudée, au-dessus de l'assemblage articulé (10) avec le levier (9), sur le boulon (11).
