Definitions
- the invention relates to cladding elements for the shaft enclosure of at least two floors of elevator systems, the cladding elements having self-supporting, pluggable individual parts and some individual parts being associated with guide devices.
- an elevator shaft which can be assembled from individual prefabricated elements, in particular from concrete or sheet metal.
- the shaft elements can be plugged together with connecting elements in the longitudinal direction.
- Individual shaft elements are also designed so that guide surfaces for guiding a counterweight and / or an elevator car are molded or cast.
- a disadvantage of this elevator shaft is that separate shaft elements are manufactured for each shaft size, and that the shaft and connecting elements that are put together must be screwed together.
- FR-A-2 320 255 is another Well enclosure for an elevator system, in which a number of identical posts with a C-shaped beveled cross-section in connection with also beveled corner profiles and latticed frames form three sides of a well enclosure.
- This facility is intended to solve the task of forming a shaft construction of various shapes and sizes with a small number of normalized, prefabricated parts.
- the connection between the folded posts and the corner profiles on the one hand and between the folded posts and the grilled frame on the other hand is made by nut screws.
- the shaft surround is subdivided into standard heights of approx. 2.5 m, with nut bolts here too serve for mutual attachment.
- the bottom end part, which forms the base, is approx.
- the upper end also forms a prefabricated sheet of variable height, which connects, for example, to a concrete ceiling and / or accommodates supporting parts for the elevator drive.
- the shaft surround is designed in such a way that for each subdivided standard height there is also a device for the simple construction of an assembly platform for installation work in the shaft.
- This manhole surround is that different types of folding profiles are required, that the width of the frame and the grille must be adapted and specially made for the respective manhole shape and manhole size, that the individual edging parts have to be drilled and connected with nut screws, and that the outside of the manhole surround does not have a completely smooth surface and an anti-rust treatment is also required.
- the invention is based on the object of proposing a cladding element for elevator systems which can be adapted to different shapes and sizes of shafts without great effort can be adapted, at the same time has devices for guiding moving and fixed parts, has at least one continuously smooth surface and requires no additional surface protection.
- Fig. 1 denotes a cabin.
- the cabin 1 consists of a cabin floor 1.1, two cabin side walls 1.2, 1.3, a cabin rear wall 1.4 and a cabin ceiling 1.5.
- Three shaft walls connected by corner brackets 22, two side shaft walls 2, 3 and a rear shaft wall 4 close a shaft of the elevator on three sides with smooth outer surfaces.
- the front shaft end is formed in the individual floors by rotatably arranged shaft doors 21 that open over the entire free floor height. All five end faces 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 of cabin 1 and shaft walls 2, 3, 4 are made of the same pluggable, in Fig. 2 assembled larger shaped profiles 5.

Description
- Fig. 1
- einen Schachtgrundriss mit einer eingezeichneten Kabine und
