Claims (7)

1. Procédé de fabrication d'un outil de coupe et de rainage à partir d'une lame (1) en acier, un chanfrein (2) étant formé par râclage sur un côté longitudinal de la lame, caractérisé par le fait que la lame (1) est trempée dans une région (4) du chanfrein (2) et que, dans la même région (4), on effectue une rectification (5) en partant de la pointe (3) du chanfrein.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la lame (1) est trempée de manière telle que la région (4) mesure environ 3/10 à 5/10 mm en partant de la pointe (3) du chanfrein.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la lame (1) est trempée dans la région (4) jusqu'à atteindre une dureté d'environ 66 HRc.
4. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le chanfrein (2) subit un revenu dans la région (4) pour atteindre en particulier une dureté finale d'environ 57 à 59 HRc.
5. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la rectification (5) s'effectue avec une précision de 2/100 à 4/100 mm.
6. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'angle (a) du chanfrein obtenu par la rectification (5) est d'environ 45° à 60°.
7. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une lame (1) en feuillard d'acier à ressorts d'une épaisseur de 0,4 à 2 mm.
