Definitions

  • the invention relates to the satisfaction of human life needs, to devices for stimulating reflex points on the surface of the body and relates in particular to electromagnetic vibrators.
  • a large number of devices for stimulating reflex points of the human body are known.
  • the closest to this are vibrators with an electromagnetic and electrodynamic system, depending on the mode of operation and the demands placed on the vibrators.
  • a vibrator (see RC Bice. Electromechanical Transducer for Vibratoactile Stimulation "The Review of Scientific Instruments", V. 32, No. 7, 1961, 856-857) is known which contains a body in which an excitation coil and a Membrane with a weight attached to it.
  • the body in which the magnetic system is located becomes an oscillating member.
  • the amplitude of mechanical vibrations fanned by a bice vibrator is frequency-dependent and has a maximum of 145 Hz, which is inadequate for vibro-stimulation of mechanoreceptors in humans.
  • the vibrator has a large diameter of 23 mm, a large height of 33 mm and a large weight of 47.5 g, which also makes it difficult to attach and this in a number of cases, for example in the sleeve of a prosthesis makes impossible.
  • the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the vibrator has a linear profile in a range from 0 to 50 Hz, with the frequency increase above 50 Hz the vibration amplitude decreases and is close to 0 in a range of 100 Hz.
  • the vibrator is rectangular with dimensions of 32x20 mm and a weight of 70 g, which is insufficient for its use in the devices for stimulating reflex points.
  • the vibrators described are not designed for the transmission of impulse signals, do not have a sufficient vibration amplitude and are powerful.
  • the vibrator has a diameter of 29 mm and a height of 17.2 mm and a weight of 50 g.
  • the spring in the electromagnetic vibrator limits the frequency characteristic of the vibrator to a range up to 50 Hz and reduces its reliability during continuous operation. The dimensions of this electromagnetic vibrator limit the possibility of its use for the solution of practical tasks.
  • the invention has for its object to provide an electromagnetic vibrator, the construction of which ensures a maximum force effect on the mechanoreceptors in a range from 0 to 250 Hz with an oscillation amplitude of 1 mm and the minimum values of weight and dimensions of the vibrator and which reliably Is continuous operation.
  • the object is achieved in that in the electromagnetic vibrator, the body of which includes a clapper with a cover and an excitation coil in sicn, which generates an alternating magnetic field, under the action of which the clapper moves back and forth along the geometric axis of the excitation coil executes, the clapper according to the invention is exposed in the body and contains a permanent magnet, the surface of the excitation coil facing aer interaction of the magnetic field of the excitation coil with that of the permanent magnet in a 0.6 to 0.7 the height of the excitation coil the same distance from the excitation coil flange .

  • this force increases with the help of a so-called "magnetic spring” + which is realized by arranging a fixed permanent magnet in the cover of the body, whose field along the axis of the clapper is opposite to the magnetic field of the permanent magnet of the clapper.
  • the interaction of the magnets mentioned completely mimics that of a spiral spring when the electromagnetic vibrator is working and takes over its function, thereby extending the duration of trouble-free operation of the vibrator.
