Definitions

  • tube packs for chocolate bars are usually formed by wrapping the bars, which are delivered at a spacing from one another, by means of a continuous wrapping film to form a longitudinal sealing seam. Claims (9)

1. Procédé de production d'un emballage en forme de sachet souple constitué par une matière scel- fable (1) comportant une couture longitudinale (2) et des pattes (3) scellées par écrasement sur les deux face frontales (5), caractérisé en ce qu'au cours d'une première opération de pliage, on replie les pattes (3) le long de leur bord intérieur (4) parallèlement à la face frontale (5) de l'emballage, au cours d'une seconde opération de pliage, on replie les bords latéraux (7) des pattes (3) de 180° le long des arêtes latérales (8) de l'emballage et, au cours d'une troisième opération de pliage, on replie de 180° le bord extérieur (11) des pattes (3) dépassant de l'arête frontale supérieure (12) de l'emballage avec les bords latéraux (7) replié en dedans, et on le fixe à l'emballage.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au cours de la première opération de pliage, on replie les pattes (3) dans une direction telle que la couture longitudinale (2) de l'emballage se trouve sur la face extérieure des pattes (3).
3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on replie les bords latéraux (7) des pattes (3) de façon qu'elles soient placées sur la même face des pattes (3) que la couture longitudinale (2).
4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on replie la partie des pattes (3) sortant au-dessus de la face inférieure (14) de l'emballage autour de l'arête frontale inférieure (15) après la troisième opération de pliage et on la fixe sur la face inférieure (14) de l'emballage.
5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on effectue la fixation des pattes (3) pliées au moyen d'adhésif de thermocollage.
6. Emballage en forme de sachet souple en matière scellable (1) comportant une couture longitudinale (2) et des pattes (3) scellées par écrasement, caractérisé en ce que les pattes (3) sont relevées le long de leur bord intérieur (4) parallèlement à la face frontale (5) de l'emballage, en ce que les bords latéraux (7) des pattes (3) sont repliées de 180°, en ce que les pattes (3) sont pliées autour d'une arête frontale (12) de l'emballage, et en ce que le bord extérieur (11) des pattes (3) est fixé sur l'emballage.
7. Emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la couture longitudinale (2) est placée intérieurement sur le bord extérieur replié (11) des pattes (3).
8. Emballage selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le bord extérieur (11) des pattes (3) est replié en plus autour de l'arête frontale opposée (15) de l'emballage et est fixé à la face inférieure (14).
9. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la fixation du bord extérieur (11) des pattes (3) est constituée par des points de thermocollage (13).
