Claims (13)

1. Sicherheitsvorrichtung für einen Zerstäuber mit einem Ventil, das durch Eindrücken eines hohlen Sprühstabs (7) im Ventil betätigbar ist, wobei der Stab (7) in eine zylindrische Hülse (9) eingeschoben ist, die eine parallel zur Eindrückrichtung verlaufende Drehachse, eine auf dieser Achse angeordnete Sprühöffnung (95) und zwei Greifflügel (91, 92) aufweist, die senkrecht zu dieser Achse und in Bezug auf die Achse einander entgegengesetzt liegen, so daß die Hülse (9) als Betätigungsknopf wirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
- um das Ventil herum ein Kragen (8, 800) mit zwei Ausschnitten befestigt ist, daß
- es eine erste Stellung der Hülse (9) in Bezug auf den Kragen (8, 800) gibt, in der die Hülse (9) sich in die Ausschnitte des Kragens (8, 800) einfügen kann, um die Betätigung des Ventils zu ermöglichen, während es eine zweite Stellung der Hülse (9) in Bezug auf den Kragen (8, 800) gibt, in der dieser Kragen (8, 800) die Hülse (9) blockiert und jede Betätigung des Ventils unmöglich macht, wobei der Übergang von der ersten Stellung zur zweiten Stellung durch manuelle Dre- hung der Hülse (9) um ihre Achse erhalten wird, und daß
- eine lösbare Schutzhaube (101) mit zwei Klemmen (102, 103, 108) so auf der Hülse (9) sitzt, daß die Klemmen (102, 103, 808) auf beiden Seiten der Flügel (91, 92) vorstehen, wobei jede der Klemmen (102, 103, 808) eine solche Länge hat, daß sie sich in einen der Ausschnitte des Kragens (8, 800) einfügt, wenn die Hülse (9) in der zweiten Stellung in Bezug auf den Kragen (8, 800) ist, um das vollständige Aufsetzen der Haube (101) auf die Hülse (9) zu bewirken.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausschnitte des Kragens (8) so geformt sind, daß sie je einen der Flügel (91, 92) der Hülse (9) in der ersten Stellung aufnehmen, und daß der Übergang von der ersten Stellung zur zweiten Stellung durch Drehung der Hülse (9) um 900 erhalten wird.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (8) in mindestens einem seiner nicht ausgeschnittenen Bereiche (82, 83) einen Knopf (89) aufweist, der in eine Vertiefung eindringen kann, welche auf einer Oberfläche eines der Flügel (91, 92) der Hülse (9) angebracht ist, wenn die Hülse (9) sich in der zweiten Stellung in Bezug auf den Kragen (8) befindet.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (9) einen Führungsmantel (93) aufweist, der im Inneren des Kragens (8) gleiten kann.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel (93) der Hülse (9) außen mit vier Rippen (110) versehen ist, die parallel zur Achse der Hülse (9) und in gleichmäßigem Abstand voneinander um den Mantel (93) herum angeordnet sind, wobei der Kragen (8) innen vier Rillen (109, 111) aufweist, die je eine der Rippen (110) des Mantels (93) aufnehmen.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen (109, 111) des Kragens (8) und die Rippen (110) des Mantels (93) beim Übergang von der ersten Stellung zur zweiten Stellung und umgekehrt ein Geräusch hervorrufen.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (9) einen Führungsmantel (806) aufweist, der im Inneren des Kragens (800)' gleitet und mit mindestens einer äußeren Rippe (807) parallel zur Achse der Hülse (9) versehen ist, und daß mindestens einer der Ausschnitte des Kragens (800) aus einer ersten und einer zweiten miteinander verbundenen Einkerbung besteht, wobei die zweite Einkerbung (804) weniger tief als die erste Einkerbung (803) ist, wobei die Rippe (807) des Mantels (806) sich in der zweiten Einkerbung (804) befindet, wenn die Hülse (9) in der zweiten Stellung ist, während die Rippe (807) sich in die erste Einkerbung (803) einfügt, wenn die Hülse (9) in der ersten Stellung ist, wobei der Übergang zwischen der ersten Stellung und der zweiten Stellung durch eine Drehung der Hülse (9) erhalten wird, die durch die Breite des mindestens einen Ausschnitts begrenzt wird.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der Ausschnitte des Kragens (8, 800) von einem Teil (85) ausgefüllt wird, das abgerissen werden kann und einen Garantiedeckel bildet.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (9) Mittel (104, 105) zum Einklinken der lösbaren Schutzhaube (101) aufweist.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (104, 105) zum Einklinken der Hülse (9) auf der Haube (101) aus Nocken (105) bestehen, die radial auf der Hülse (9) vorstehen, so daß Zungen (104), die innen an den Klemmen (102, 103, 808) der Haube vorhanden sind, mit den Nocken (105) zusammenwirken können.

Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (8, 800) außen mit zwei Bügeln (108) versehen ist, die je am Boden eines der Ausschnitte angeordnet sind, und daß die Klemmen (102, 103, 808) der Haube L-formige abreißbare Zapfen (107) aufweisen, wobei die Zapfen (107) sich in die Bügel (108) einklinken können, wenn die Hülse (9) sich in der zweiten Stellung in Bezug auf den Kragen (8, 800) befindet.
12. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (8, 800) durch Aufsetzen unter Krafteinwirkung auf dem Ventil befestigt wird.
13. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (8, 800) ein Bauteil bildet mit einem Ring (6) zum Befestigen des Ventils auf einem Behälter (1).
