Abstract

Bei einer Befestigungsvorrichtung, insbesondere Vorzelt­öse für Wohnwagen und Kraftfahrzeug-Wohnmobile ist ein Ösenteil (5) mit einem Winkelstück (4) vorgesehen, das die Keder-Einzugsschiene (3) untergreift. Das Ösenteil (5) besitzt einen großflächigen Sockel (8) mit einer Gummiunterlage (10), die im befestigten Zustand der Vorrichtung satt an der Wand (2) des Wohnwagens oder Wohnmobils aufliegt. Dadurch wird die Tragfähigkeit der Öse auf die Vorzeltschiene verlagert. Es entfallen Ver­schraubungsstellen an der Wohnwagenwand. Die Vorzeltösen (1) können an beliebiger Stelle der Schiene (3) gesetzt werden.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsvorrichtung, insbesondere Vorzeltöse für Wohnwagen und Kraftfahr­zeug-Wohnmobile zur Befestigung eines Vorzelt-Dach­gestänges an einer Seitenwand des Wohnwagens oder Wohnmobils, wobei an der Wand eine Schiene zur Auf­nahme des Vorzeltes angebracht ist.
  • Nach dem Stand der Technik müssen alle Ösen für das Vorzeltgestänge am Wohnwagen angeschraubt werden. Verschraubungen der Vorzeltösen führen oftmals zu Undichtigkeiten der Wohnwägen, insbesondere dann, wenn sie nicht fachgerecht verarbeitet worden sind. Durch oftmaligen Gebrauch, Sturm oder dergl. können sich bekannte Verschraubungen lösen. An gleicher Stelle eine neue feste Verschraubung durchzuführen, ist - wenn überhaupt - nur unter großen Schwierig­keiten möglich.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Schaffung einer Be­festigungsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art, die vorgenannte Nachteile beseitigt und insbesondere eine einfache stabile und variable Befestigungsmög­lichkeit an einer Wand schafft, an der ohnehin eine Schiene oder Leiste angebracht ist.
  • Gelöst wird die der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 an­gegebenen Mittel.
  • Vorteilhaft weitergebildet wird der Erfindungsgegenstand durch die Merkmale der Unteransprüche 2 bis 10.
  • Insbesondere kennzeichnet sich die Erfindung durch eine Befestigungsvorrichtung in Form eines Winkelstückes, das in die Schiene eingreift,wobei am nichteingreifenden Ende des Winkelstückes ein Ösen- oder Hakenteil vorge­sehen ist, das mit einem Sockel verbunden ist. Der Sockel stützt sich hierbei im befestigten Zustand der Vorrichtung gegen die Schienenwand ab und weist insbe­sondere eine im Vergleich zum Ösen- oder Hakenteil große plane Grundfläche auf.
  • Vorzugsweise besitzt der nichteingreifende Schenkel des Winkelstücks Durchgangsbohrungen oder seitliche Einker­bungen für Befestigungsschrauben, mit deren Hilfe das Ösen- oder Hakenteil am Sockel unter Zwischenordnung des vorgenannten Schenkels verschraubt ist.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise ist das Winkelstück ein abgewinkeltes Stahlblech, das Ösen- oder Hakenteil ein Kunststoff­material,und es besteht der Sockel aus Holz.
  • Alternativ kann jedoch das Winkelstück, das Ösen- oder Hakenteil einschließlich Sockel einstückig ausgebildet sein.
  • Der Sockel besitzt eine große plane Grundfläche und ist vorzugsweise mit einer anschmiegsamen Gummiunterlage beschichtet, die satt auf einer Wohnwagenseiten­wand zu liegen kommt, ohne diese zu beschädigen.
  • Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausführungsform kennzeichnet sich dadurch, daß im befestigten Zustand der Vorrichtung der eingreifende Schenkel des Winkelstücks einen in die Schiene eingezogenen Keder untergreift und durch den Druck des Keders in der Schiene gehalten, jedoch von Hand verschieblich ist.
  • Um ein einfaches Einführen in die bereits mit Keder bestückte Schiene zu erleichtern sowie einen sehr guten Halt in der Schiene bei Druckausübung des Keders einzurichten, ist mit Vorteil das vorderste Ende des eingreifenden Schenkels des Winkelstücks gering­fügig hochgebogen und etwas zugespitzt.
  • Um eine bessere Anpassung in Bögen einer Vorzeltschiene einzurichten, besitzt der Sockel in Richtung Winkel­stück bevorzugt seitliche Abschrägungen. Beide Schen­kel des Winkelstücks bilden in etwa einen 90°-Winkel.
  • Durch die Erfindung wird mithin eine Befestigungsvor­richtung, insbesondere eine Klemm-Vorzeltöse oder ein Klemm-Vorzelthaken geschaffen, der höchst praktisch für Caravaner ist. Es können die Zusatzstäbe zum Vorzelt oder auch das komplette Vorzeltgestänge am Caravan befestigt werden, ohne Wandösen montieren zu müssen. Die Befestigungsstelle wird auf die Vorzeltschiene übertragen, die ohnehin an stabiler Stelle einer Seitenwand eines Wohnwagens oder dergl. sitzt.
  • Zuerst wird wie gewohnt das Vorzelt oder das Vordach eingezogen und dann an gewünschter Stelle die dafür konstruierten Winkelstücke in die Einziehschiene unter den Keder eingeklemmt. Durch Verspannen des Ge­stänges sitzt die Befestigungsvorrichtung sehr stabil, wobei die Wohnwagenwand selbst als Abstützfläche ver­wendet wird. Es tritt keine Beschädigung des Caravan­bleches auf, weil nicht gebohrt oder geschraubt wer­den muß. Die Gummiunterlage auf dem Sockel verhindert in jedem Fall Kratzer auf der Wohnwagenwand. Geht, beispielsweise bei einem schweren Sturm, die Befesti­gungsvorrichtung zu Bruch,entstehen keine vertikalen Kratzspuren, wenn das Vorzeltgestänge zusammenbricht.
  • Befestigungsösen können an beliebiger Stelle längs der Schiene gesetzt werden, je nach Vorzeltkonstruktion. Ein Wohnwagen kann mithin mit einer neuen Vorzelt­variante nachträglich umgerüstet werden.
  • Für ein Vorzeltgestänge sind normalerweise drei Befesti­gungsvorrichtungen mit einem Ösenteil vorteilhaft. Ist das Ösenteil durch ein Hakenteil ersetzt, so kann die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung auch als Zusatz­haken dienen, beispielsweise zum Abhängen von Kleidungs­stücken, Handtüchern, oder dergl..
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungs­beispiels unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügte Zeichnung näher erläutert; es zeigen:
    • Fig.1 einen schematischen Vertikalschnitt durch eine Befestigungsvorrichtung im montierten Zustand an einer Wohnwagenwand,
    • Fig.2 ein schematischer Schznitt durch die Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1 in Höhe des Ösenteils, und
    • Fig.3 eine schematische Draufsicht auf die Befestigungs­vorrichtung nach Fig. 1 im nichtmontierten Zustand.
  • In der Zeichnung ist eine Befestigungsvorrichtung in Form einer Vorzeltöse für Wohnwagen oder Kraftfahrzeug-­Wohnmobile dargestellt, die grundsätzlich mit zumindest einer Seitenwand ausgestattet sind, welche eine Vorzelt- oder Keder-Schiene zum Verspannen eines Vorzeltes ent­hält.
  • In die Schiene 3 ist der Keder 12 eines Vorzeltes 14 eingezogen. Die Vorzeltöse 1 umfaßt ein in die Schiene 3 eingreifendes Winkelstück 4, wobei am nichteingreifenden Schenkel 7 ein Ösenteil 5 sowie ein Sockel 8 unter Zwischen­ordnung des vorgenannten Schenkels 7 befestigt sind, und zwar mittels Befestigungsschrauben 9.
  • Der Sockel 8 weist eine vergleichsweise große plane Grund­fläche auf, die mit einer anschmiegsamen Gummiunterlage 10 beschichtet ist, welche ihrerseits im befestigten Zustand der Vorrichtung satt an der Wand 2 des Wohnwagens anliegt. Hierbei untergreift der eingreifende Schenkel 6 des Winkel­stücks 4 den in die Schiene 3 eingezogenen Keder 12, der seinerseits einen Druck auf den Schenkel 6 ausübt. Für einen besseren Halt in der Schiene 3 ist das vorderste Ende 11 des eingreifenden Schenkels 6 geringfügig nach oben gebogen. Um die Vorzeltöse 1 leicht stecken zu kön­nen, ist das vorderste Ende 11 auch seitlich abgeschrägt bzw. abgerundet oder zugespitzt. Auch in die Bögen der Vorzeltschiene kann die Vorzeltöse 1 gesteckt werden, insbesondere dann, wenn der Sockel 8 seitliche Abschrägun­gen 13 gemäß Fig. 3 besitzt.
  • Durch die Erfindung wird die Tragfähigkeit der Ösen auf die Vorzeltschiene verlagert, nicht wie bisher der Blech­rand des Wohnwagens beansprucht. Die Verbindungsfestig­keit ist durch die große Ablage der Gummiunterlage 10 um das Mehrfache größer als bei herkömmlichen Vorzelt­ösen.
  • Der Sockel 8 kann, wie dies in Fig. 1 veranschaulicht ist, bis in den 90°-Winkel des Winkelstücks 4 hinein­reichen. Auch ist es denkbar, den inneren 90°-Winkel des Winkelstücks 4 nicht mit Sockelmaterial zu versehen, sondern mit einer Aussparung, um Raum für den unteren Teil der Keder-Schiene zu schaffen.
  • Eine Ausführungsform einer Vorzeltöse besitzt zweck­mäßigerweise eine Länge von ca. 75 mm, eine Breite von ca. 50 mm, eine Sockelstärke von ca. 15 mm sowie eine Gummiunterlage 10, die 3 mm stark ist. Das Winkelstück ist vorzugsweise ein abgewinkeltes Stahlblech mit einer Dicke von 0,8 mm und ist galvanisiert.

Claims (10)

1. Befestigungsvorrichtung, insbesondere Vorzeltöse (1) für Wohnwagen und Kraftfahrzeug-Wohnmobile zur Be­festigung eines Vorzelt-Dachgestänges an einer Seitenwand des Wohnwagens oder Wohnmobils, wobei an der Wand (2) eine Schiene (3) zur Aufnahme des Vorzeltes (14) angebracht ist,
gekennzeichnet durch
- ein in die Schiene (3) eingreifendes Winkelstück (4),
- ein am nichteingreifenden Schenkel (7) des Winkel­stücks (4) angeordnetes Ösen- oder Hakenteil (5), und
- einen mit dem Ösen- oder Hakenteil (5) verbundenen Sockel (8), der sich im befestigten Zustand der Vorrichtung gegen die die Schiene (3) enthaltende Wand (2) abstützt.
2. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (8) eine im Vergleich zum Ösen- oder Hakenteil (5)große plane Grundfläche aufweist.

Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nichteingreifende Schenkel (7) des Winkelstücks (4) Durchgangsbohrungen oder seitliche Einkerbungen für Befestigungsschrauben (9) aufweist, mit deren Hilfe das Ösen- oder Haken­teil (5) am Sockel (8) unter Zwischenordnung des vorgenannten Schenkels (7) verschraubt ist.
4. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Winkelstück (4) aus abgewinkeltem Stahlblech, das Ösen- oder Hakenteil (5) aus Kunststoff und der Sockel (8) aus Holz besteht.
5. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Winkelstück (4), Ösen- oder Hakenteil (5) und Sockel (8) einstückig ausgebildet sind, insbesondere ein gepreßtes oder gespritztes Kunststoff- oder Metallteil ist.
6. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die plane Grund­lõ fläche des Sockels (8) mit einer Gummiunterlage (10) beschichtet ist.
7. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vorderste Ende (11) des eingreifenden Schenkels (6) des Win­kelstücks (4) geringfügig gewölbt bzw. hochgebogen und/oder etwas zugespitzt ist.

Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im befestigten Zustand der Vorrichtung der eingreifende Schenkel (6) des Winkelstücks (4) einen in die Schiene (3) eingezogenen Keder (12) untergreift und durch den Druck des Keders (12) in der Schiene (3) gehalten, jedoch von Hand verschieblich ist.
9. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (8) in Richtung Winkelstück (4) verjüngt ausgebildet ist, d.h. seitliche Abschrägungen (13) besitzt.
10. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schen­kel (6, 7) des Winkelstücks (4) in etwa einen rechten Winkel bilden.
