Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a kit for creating composite structures, with a square trough stone, which has the groove of a dovetail connection on all four sides and a connecting piece with dovetail springs.
  • Such a kit is known from DE-A 2 030 055, which is primarily used to create departmental walls and the like.
  • the trough stone or the frame element has on all four sides two grooves arranged symmetrically to an axial central plane, into which connecting fitting pieces, each with two dovetail springs arranged next to one another, or cover parts, each with a dovetail-shaped arm, can be inserted.
  • This kit which is designed for the creation of departmental walls, is not suitable for the construction of free-standing walls, dry-construction walls or soundproof walls, since the arrangement of the grooves on the one hand and the design of the connecting pieces on the other hand do not allow such structures to be freely designed.
  • kits which, in particular, makes it possible to produce walls or soundproof walls in composite construction which are connected to one another in the horizontal direction, can also be used for embankments and which, above all, can be well planted on both sides.
  • kit measured by the variety of possible applications, should include relatively few elements and should be as economical and efficient to manufacture as possible. These tasks are solved with a kit defined in the claims.
  • Figure 1 you can see the square trough stone 1 with 45 ° bevelled corners 2 and sides 3, each having a groove of a dovetail connection in the middle.
  • a shoulder 5 is attached in order to serve as a support for a base part 14, as can be seen from FIG.
  • the paragraph 5 does not extend over the entire width, so that the connecting plate 12 can protrude into the trough stone.
  • the dovetail grooves 4 have a continuous groove 6 that extends over their width, as well as a recess 7 on both sides thereof, which is only partially continuous and is delimited towards the edge by a stop 8.
  • 1 and 2 show further structural elements which serve primarily for aesthetics.
  • the trough stone can be cut open in this groove in order to produce a terminating element 11 according to FIG. 5, and on the other hand this groove serves to align trough stones, as can be seen from the groove 9a formed by the V-grooves 9 in FIG. 5.
  • the longitudinal recesses 10 serve on both sides of the dovetail groove 4 primarily for aesthetic purposes.
  • FIGS. 3 and 4 show a further element of the kit, the connecting plate 12.
  • This has on its broad sides a dovetail spring 13, which fits into the dovetail groove 4 on the trough stone.
  • the total height of the connecting plate 12 is greater than the total height of the trough stone. This height is chosen so that the connecting plate extends as far as possible to the bottom insert 14 (see FIG. 4).
  • the connecting plate 12 projects beyond the trough stone by twice the depth of the groove 6 or recess 7, the protruding part 15 of the plate, which is always located at the top, being stepped down in order to have space for the trough stone sides with the shoulders, as from Figure 4 emerges.
  • the connecting plate 12 Since the connecting plate the trough stone by twice the depth of the groove, respectively. Exceeding the recess, there is not only a combination of trough stones lying horizontally next to one another, but also of trough stones lying one above the other, both downwards and upwards, with the exception of the lowest position shown in FIG.
  • the connecting plate 12 is also structured with longitudinal recesses 16.
  • the floor insert 14 lies on the shoulders 5 and has the length of the inside of the trough stone and a width which corresponds to half the length of the trough stone, so that 2 floor elements fit into a trough stone each time. If one starts from the masses provided for the trough stone, for example, as shown in FIG.
  • FIG. 5 shows the end plate 11 already mentioned, which was created by dividing the trough stone 1 into four. From this figure 5 one can clearly see the meaning of the beveled corner 2, whereby the attachment of the end plate 11 and thereby a straight termination of the trough stones is made possible. It is clear from FIG. 5 that it is also possible to reverse the end plate 11, as a result of which the smooth inside of the cover plate comes out.
  • FIG. 6 it is shown schematically on the basis of a possible construction of a vertical wall, for example a soundproof wall that can be planted, that it is very easy to calculate the need for elements. If a length S of 50 cm and a height H of 25 cm is selected for the elements, ie for the trough stone 1 and for the connecting plate 12, it is easy to calculate that four trough stones 1 and four connecting plates 12 are required per m 2 of structure. If required, ie if desired, end elements 11 can also be used, for example to obtain a continuous surface below and above.
  • FIG. 7 shows in particular that it is also possible to divide the individual trough stones 1 into four elements such that four corner elements 17 are formed, i.e. the trough stone was separated in the middle of the dovetail groove 4. These corner elements primarily serve as a support in order to build up a second layer on them. This is particularly evident from FIG. 10.
  • FIG. 7 also shows that the terminating elements 11 can be connected to the connecting plates 12, since the terminating elements also each have a dovetail groove 4.
  • the bevelled corners 2 also make it possible to arrange trough stones in a corner, as shown in FIG.
  • FIG. 8 shows a fully connected, offset arrangement of the trough stones, as is used, for example, on an embankment.
  • the angle of repose is 60 ° .
  • the connecting plates 12 engage both in the upper and in the lower trough stones and, in order to achieve the offset or the angle of repose of 60 ° , in the recesses 7 of the trough stone located below.
  • FIG. 8 also indicates that only one floor element is necessary for the upper trough stones in order to establish a continuous earth connection or root formation in the embankment.
  • FIG. 9 can also serve, for example, as a noise protection wall that can be planted on both sides, the zigzag arrangement being particularly sound-absorbing.
  • both whole trough stones and corner elements are used, the individual trough stones being connected to one another by the connecting plates 12.
  • this construction at 90 ° in the composite is only possible through the bevelled corners 2.
  • FIG. 10 a corner of Figure 9 is shown in detail and in perspective, from which the structure is clearly visible.
  • a corner element 17 can be seen at the bottom in the drawing and a trough stone 1 on both sides, whereupon a position with a trough stone 1 above the corner element and then with further trough stones can be seen, which are held together by connecting plates 12.
  • the V-groove 9 in the bevelled corner 2 can be used to align the elements. It can be clearly seen in particular from this FIG. 10 that this structure results in a large volume that can be planted. Walls and walls can be anchored very easily using a connecting plate to which a trough stone or an end element is attached and which is connected to a trough stone via the dovetail connection.
