Abstract

本发明提供了一种鸠形积木，其包括一种正多边形的积木，该积木各侧面依序轮流设置鸠尾槽、鸠尾块，多个积木横向连接时，通过各侧面的角度，使积木的鸠尾块卡固于另一积木的鸠尾槽，该积木本身简单结构，得以组成具有弧度且具丰富变化性的立体特殊造型；更能通过该鸠尾块的上、下两端，加以设置平行的上倾斜面、下倾斜面，使多个积木于纵向连接，该上倾斜面与下倾斜面贴合，且于鸠尾槽内能配合鸠尾块的上倾斜面，进而构成至少一个以上的定位点，使积木于横、纵向连接时，达到更为稳固的目的。

鸠形积木
技术领域
本发明涉及一种鸠形积木，主要是以积木各侧面，以鸠尾槽与鸠尾块依序轮流设置，使多个积木连接时，通过各侧面的角度，使积木的鸠尾块卡固于另一积木的鸠尾槽，形成具弧度的立体特殊造型，且更具丰富变化性。
背景技术
市面上具有许多训练手眼协调能力的玩具，由于各类型的玩法及组合方式并无一致性，因此非常适用于训练创造力的发展。
当中又以积木种类为最多，常见以不同几何图型的块状体来进行堆栈，或在每一块积木上设置凹部与凸部，来达成嵌接的目的，其中最市售最常见的积木为乐高(LEGO)积木，其特色在于使用单一正方体面积为最小单位，进行扩展成大面积的正方体或长方体，通过正方体上的凹、凸部以纵向组装，但单一方向的组装有时会有结构强度不佳，所导致崩塌、松拖等情况发生，对于大型结构上的组装有其难度，故乐高积木需以90度、180度、270度来配合调整方向，才有可能组装大型或具有弯曲弧度的结构，且当中需要较为特殊的零件才能完成，而乐高积木组装嵌接过于紧密、易组难拆的情况也时常发生，导致需用蛮力进行组拆，造成积木的结构损坏，该发明人也为此困扰推出拆解工具供玩家使用。
此外，现有积木于组装或拆解时，需以逐块进行，因此有着费时、耗力，且无法快速组拆的问题，可知仍有进步的改善空间。
发明内容
本发明为一种鸠形积木，主要是由多个积木相连接构成，其中该积木为正多边形设计，并于该积木各侧面依序轮流设置鸠尾槽、鸠尾块，而该积木的顶、底两端设置有相对应能进行组合的柱体与嵌槽。
当多个积木进行连接时，通过各侧面的角度，使该积木的鸠尾块卡固于另一积木的鸠尾槽，使该积木得以形成具弧度的立体特殊造型；再通过柱体与嵌槽连接，使积木能以纵向及旋转让组合方向得以调整，使本发明的鸠形积木能以纵向、横向、反向、旋转的组合手段，使组装的立体造型更具有丰富的变化性，且整体结构亦能保有相当的稳固性；再者，积木的鸠尾块上、下两端，设置相平行的上倾斜面和下倾斜面、以及利用鸠尾槽内配合该鸠尾块的上倾斜面所构成至少一个以上的定位点，使积木能于堆栈或横向连接，具有组拆方便及连接稳固的优点。
综上所述，本发明鸠形积木通过丰富的连接变化性、连接稳固、以及组拆方便的优点，且结构简单不易损坏，能大幅改善现有技术的不足之处。

具体实施方式
通常根据本发明，该最佳的可行的实施例，并配合附图详细说明后，增加对本发明的了解，本发明是一种鸠形积木，请参阅图1～图4A所示，是采正六边形设计的积木1，因正六边形结构于相互组合能不留空隙，是为较佳的形状，而该积木1的各个侧面13依序轮流设置鸠尾槽11、鸠尾块12，使各侧面13呈现凹凸的设计，此处轮流设置是为让各侧面13的鸠尾槽11与鸠尾块12的数量相等，由此可知本发明的多边形设计能应用最小于四边形，最大则能配合实际生产需求进行调整，而当多个积木1进行连接时，该积木1的鸠尾块12卡固于另一积木1的鸠尾槽11，使积木1得以横向连接，而六边形的各侧面13调整角度A1为60度，让该积木1能轻松利用转动连接原有结构，组装出具有弧度B的立体造型；而该积木1顶端设有柱体14，另于该积木1底端则设有相对应该柱体14面积的嵌槽15，当多个积木(1)连接时，该柱体14能组装于该嵌槽15内，使该积木1得以纵向连接，使多个积木1得以连接构成稳固的立体造型。
再请参阅图3～图3A所示，可见图中为6个积木1所连接堆栈构成的2阶立体造型，其图中虚线的积木1通过柱体14与嵌槽15来达成连接，于此两者是为六边形设计，故能通过旋转该积木1，让后续连接的积木1得以改变方向进行组装，因正六边形的角度为(N﹣2)＊180度＝720度，各角度为120度，以三角形内角和运算，可得旋转调整为60度进行，而本实施例并不限定于六角形，亦能随实际生产所需进行改变，若以正八边形的角度为例，则(N﹣2)＊180度＝1080度，则各角度为135度，以三角形内角和运算，故旋转调整为45度进行，再以正十二边形的角度为例，则(N﹣2)＊180度＝1800度，则各角度为150度，以三角形内角和运算，故旋转调整为30度进行，由上述例子解说，应可明了此形状能让各积木1于横向连接时，通过旋转调整的角度使其具有丰富的变化性。
再请参阅图4～图4A所示，图中为6个积木1所连接堆栈构成的2阶立体造型，因鸠尾槽11与鸠尾块12能相互卡固，故图中虚线积木1得以反向连接。而图5所示的正六边形、正八边形、正十边形、以及正十二边形更能以前述组装堆栈方式进行，再请参阅图6中所示，各积木1的高度、以及柱体14和相对应的嵌槽15、及穿孔17，能依实际生产需求进行增减，让积木1组装上更有变化。通过上述说明，应能了解本发明能利用普通纵、横向连接、旋转连接、反向连接交换使用，能让本发明鸠形积木1得以产生丰富的变化性，对于建构立体特殊造型更为灵巧。
本发明的另一实施例，请参阅图7～图7C所示，该积木1中心设有穿孔17，该穿孔17得以配合条状或柱状的连接件，让积木之间组合更具丰富变化性，且于鸠尾块12部份的上端、以及下端，分别设有一上倾斜面121与一下倾斜面122，而上倾斜面121、下倾斜面122呈平行设置，图中是以60度与90度的结构进行说明之用，并不受限于此，而当多个积木1以纵向进行堆栈时，该上倾斜面121会与下倾斜面122贴合，让积木1呈连接状态。
再请参阅图8～图8A所示，可见该积木1于纵向堆栈时，除了前述的上倾斜面121、下倾斜面122会贴合呈连接状态外，该积木1若继续纵向堆栈，该上层积木1于鸠尾槽11的下方会配合另一积木1的上倾斜面121形成一个定位点16，使积木1能防止横向作用力脱落，若定位点16继续配合积木1数量增加，配合原有的上倾斜面121、下倾斜面122则能连接构成稳固的立体特殊造型。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，需要指出的是，这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围，而且，在阅读了本发明的内容之后，本领域相关技术人员可以对本发明做出各种改动或修改，这些等价形式同样落入本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种鸠形积木，其特征在于，其包括：
一积木，为正六边形，于该积木各侧面依序轮流设置鸠尾槽、鸠尾块，多个积木连接时，通过各侧面的角度，使积木的鸠尾块卡固于另一积木的鸠尾槽，形成具弧度的立体特殊造型。
2.如权利要求1所述的鸠形积木，其特征在于，该侧面的角度为60度。
3.如权利要求1所述的鸠形积木，其特征在于，该鸠尾块还包括有：一上倾斜面、一下倾斜面、一定位点，该上倾斜面设于该鸠尾块的上端，该下倾斜面设于该鸠尾块的下端，而该上倾斜面与该下倾斜面呈平行设置，当多个积木纵向连接时，该上倾斜面与下倾斜面贴合，且于鸠尾槽内能配合该鸠尾块的上倾斜面进而构成至少一个以上的定位点，使积木于横、纵向连接能更为稳固。
4.如权利要求1所述的鸠形积木，其特征在于，该积木还包括有：一柱体，设于该积木的顶端；一嵌槽，设于该积木的底端，该柱体面积相对应该嵌槽面积，使积木得以纵向稳固连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的鸠形积木，其特征在于，该积木的形状能替换为正八边形、正十边形或正十二边形的其中之一。
6.如权利要求4所述的鸠形积木，其特征在于，该柱体与嵌槽为正六边形。
7.如权利要求6所述的鸠形积木，其特征在于，该积木以纵向堆栈时，该柱体与该嵌槽得以利用60度角的倍数进行调整转向的组装。
8.如权利要求1所述的鸠形积木，其特征在于，该积木还包括有：一穿孔，该穿孔设于该积木中央。
9.如权利要求1所述的鸠形积木，其特征在于，该积木的高度能够以不同高度设置。
