Claims (9)

  1. Machine de cardage pour la production de voile de matière fibreuse, comportant au moins un cylindre d'alimentation ou analogue, un cylindre d'entrée (12) tournant dans le même sens avec un étirage compris entre 100 et 200, au moins deux tambours de travail (14, 16, 18, 20) de même diamètre, tournant ensemble dans le même sens, qui succèdent au cylindre d'entrée (12) et dont la vitesse de rotation est supérieure à celle du cylindre d'entrée (12), ainsi qu'au moins un cylindre peigneur (27) associé au tambour de travail le plus éloigné du cylindre d'entrée (12), quant à son action, caractérisée en ce qu'avec le cylindre d'entrée (12) ou un premier tambour de travail (14) lui succédant directement, coopèrent deux tambours de travail (14, 16; 16, 18) auxquels succède en commun, un autre tambour de travail (20).
  2. Machine de cardage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'avec le premier tambour de travail (14) succédant directement au cylindre d'entrée, coopèrent un second tambour de travail (16) et un troisième tambour de travail (18), auxquels succède en commun, un quatrième tambour de travail (20).
  3. Machine de cardage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'avec le cylindre d'entrée (12) coopèrent le premier tambour de travail (14) ainsi qu'un second tambour de travail (16), le premier (14) et le second tambour de travail (16), ainsi que le cas échéant un troisième tambour de travail (18) coopérant avec le premier tambour de travail (14), coopèrent en commun avec un quatrième tambour de travail (20).
  4. Machine de cardage selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce qu'au quatrième tambour de travail (20) succèdent un cinquième (22) et un sixième tambour de travail (24), auxquels succède ou succèdent au moins un autre tambour de travail (25) et/ou le ou les cylindres peigneurs (26, 27).
  5. Machine de cardage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un des tambours de travail (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25) coopère respectivement avec trois autres tambours de travail.
  6. Machine de cardage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un des tambours de travail (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25) coopère respectivement avec quatre autres tambours de travail.
  7. Machine de cardage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les vitesses relatives et/ou les espacements réciproques des tambours de travail (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25) peuvent être réglés en vue de commander la part de la matière fibreuse pouvant être recyclée sur le tambour de travail considéré d'une part, et la part de la matière fibreuse pouvant être transférée sur le tambour de travail respectif en aval, d'autre part.
  8. Machine de cardage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les tambours de travail (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25) sont munis de garnitures en forme de dents de scie ou analogues.
  9. Machine de cardage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les vitesses relatives des tambours de travail (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25) ne dépassent pas le triple de la vitesse périphérique.
