Abstract

Die Welle (1) eines nicht gezeichneten Motors ist mit einem Lager (2) in einem Gehäuseteil (3) und trägt über eine Paßfeder (7) zwei Reib­ scheiben (5, 6), die von Tellerfedern (4) über Reibbeläge (11) gegen Ringscheiben (8, 9) gepreßt werden. Die Ringscheiben (8, 9) haben sich deckende Ausnehmungen und für Überlastfedern (13), die unter Vorspan­ nung an den Begrenzungsflächen der Ringscheiben (8, 9) anliegen. Zwi­ schen diesen lagert ein Zahnring (12), der ebenso wie die Ringschei­ ben (8, 9) mit Begrenzungsflächen versehene Ausnehmungen für die Über­ lastfedern hat. Beim Auftreten einer Überlast verdreht sich der Zahn­ ring (12) relativ zu den beiden Ringscheiben (8, 9) und drückt dabei die Überlastfedern (13) zusammen. Dabei erfolgt kraftlos eine Axial­ verschiebung entweder des Außenringes (14a) zum Betätigen des Schalters (16a) oder des Innenringes (14b) zum Betätigen des Schalters (16b) um das Maß X.
