Definitions

  • the invention relates to a painting device consisting of a device for receiving and applying and a device for dispensing paints and / or solvents, such as water, alcohol or the like.
  • a device for receiving and applying at least one end of a handle-like design Stylus has a flat triangular, rectangular, trapezoidal or similar shaped flag, the surface of which - at least in the area of the painting edge - is coated with an absorbent, in particular absorbent material, such as foam, in particular foam rubber or the like is.
  • a device for receiving and applying paints and / or solvents of the type mentioned is known from GB-A-1 230 983.
  • this known device it cannot be prevented that too much paint and in particular too much solvent, such as water or the like, is absorbed by the elastic coating, with the result that unintentional dripping of dissolved paint cannot be prevented.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object to supplement the device for taking up and applying paints and / or solvents according to GB-A-1 230 983 such that a simultaneous application of several colors is possible with a single stroke such that the Colors are clearly separated from each other and that the risk of accidental dripping and spilling is safely avoided.
  • a moisture and / or paint dispenser in the form of an absorbent pad is provided as a device for dispensing paints and / or solvents.
  • the solution according to the invention permits drip-free and blob-free painting, in particular with economical ink consumption.
  • the painting device according to the invention to use a single stroke to paint several colors simultaneously, but sharply separated from one another, on a base, e.g. B. paper or the like.
  • a base e.g. B. paper or the like.
  • Such an application of paint is not possible without the moisture and / or paint dispenser according to the invention.
  • the device for receiving and applying paints and / or solvents is designed as a flat painting flag coated with an elastic material.
  • the absorbent pillow serving as a moisturizer and / or color donor removes from the absorbent coating of the painting flag the excess water or the like absorbed when pressed into the pillow or the like. In this way, unintentional dripping of paint from the painting flag is reliably prevented. In addition, a flow of several colors that are taken up adjacent to one another with the painting flag (painting edge) and that are correspondingly applied to a paper or the like. The interplay between coated paint flag and moisturizer thus enables clean, economical and varied painting.
  • Fig. 1 shows a device for receiving and applying paints and / or solvents, such as water or the like., Which comprises a stem-like, approximately circular in cross-section, tapering towards one end stylus 12, one end, namely the thicker end an approximately cylindrical color or the like.
  • - Recording element 10 made of elastically stretchable, absorbent material, such as. B. foam rubber, and at the other end of a flat or plate-like and provided with an elastic coating 10 'paint flag 14, as will be described in more detail below, are arranged. To fix the receiving element 10 on the stylus 12, this is split at the corresponding end in FIG. 1 in the longitudinal direction to form two clamping fingers 15.
  • clamping fingers 15 are bent inwards or towards each other at their free ends, so that a positive and non-positive clamping bracket 16 is formed for the receiving element 10.
  • the receiving element 10 is held securely between the two clamping fingers 15. Raising of the receiving element 10 during painting is prevented by a bead-like thickening 13 over the circumference of the clamping fingers 15.
  • the beads 13 are each about half the length of the clamping fingers 15.
  • the receiving element 10 is - as stated above - made of resilient material, especially foam, such as foam rubber or the like. The material must also be absorbent. It must also protrude beyond the clamping fingers 15 so that unimpeded painting is possible.
  • the stylus 12 shown in FIG. 1 has a flat, approximately rectangular "painting flag” 14 at the end opposite the clamping bracket 16.
  • the painting flag 14 "stands” with a corner on the end of the stylus 12 opposite the clamping bracket 16 such that the painting edge 25, spaced apart from the longitudinal axis 26 of the stylus, forms an acute angle a with the longitudinal central axis 26 of the stylus.
  • the coating 10 'intended for the painting flag 14 also consists of elastically stretchable or resilient material and is tubular, so that it can be slipped over the flag 14 while adapting its shape.
  • the material and dimensions of the coating 10 ' are chosen so that they sit tightly or firmly on the flag 14 and do not slip during painting. It is preferably glued to it.
  • the painting flag 14 shown in FIG. 1 can be used for effective multi-color painting, e.g. B. with water colors can be used.
  • the paint flag 14 is first soaked with water and then passed over a series of colors arranged side by side.
  • the coating 10 'of the paint flag 14 takes the different colors according to their arrangement, z. B. in a color box, and returns them as a corresponding multi-color strips to a base. So z. B. rainbow-like or other multi-colored patterns can be painted with a stroke.
  • the color combinations within a "stroke" can be changed in a simple manner by changing or setting the colors in the paint box or the like. As described at the beginning, sharp multi-color strips can be produced with the painting device described. This is due on the one hand to the shape of the paint application part in the form of a flat paint flag and on the other hand to the fact that the coating is absorbent and elastic.

  • the moisture, in particular water dispenser 20 is designed like a pillow and is held in the container 24 with elastic deformation.
  • the dispenser 20 is made of an absorbent, in particular elastically flexible material, such as foam, preferably foam rubber. It can have various forms. So he can z. B. spherical, dome, cube, disc or the like.
  • the corresponding container 24 can have radially inwardly projecting webs, beads or the like in order to prevent the dispenser 20 from slipping or to ensure a firm hold of the dispenser 20 in the container 24.
  • the side walls of the container 24 are designed to be inclined inwards starting from the container bottom toward the container opening, so that the dispenser cushion 20 is held securely therein.
  • the lid 27 is provided with a button handle on the top. The lid 27 can be used to prevent the dispenser 20 from drying out.
  • the dispenser In the "ready to paint" state, the dispenser is soaked with solvent and / or paint, in particular saturated. For example, when painting with water colors, the dispenser contains water.
  • the described receiving element 10 or the painting flag 14 is pressed into the dispenser 20; this then releases water to the receiving element 10 or the painting flag 14.
  • both the coating 10 ′ and the dispensing cushion 20 relax, assuming its original shape.
  • the receiving element 10 or the coating 10 'of the paint flag 14 thereby additionally sucks up water.
  • the dispenser 20 which is expanding at the same time, prevents the recording device 10 or the coating 10 'of the paint flag 14 from absorbing too much water (or another solvent, color solution or the like). This excess water is literally “sucked off” again by the expanding dispenser 20 from the receiving element 10 or the coating 10 'of the painting flag 14. This prevents too much water or other solvent from being absorbed that could drip if handled carelessly.
  • the described painting device and dispenser 20 form a particularly advantageous coordinated painting device with the advantages described above and at the beginning.
  • the dispenser 20 can also be impregnated with an already dissolved paint. Then a clean and economical ink absorption and dispensing is possible. Dripping of the paint is safely avoided.
  • FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of a painting device modified compared to FIG. 1. This differs from that 1 in that the painting flag 14 has two "painting edges" 25 and 28, which include an acute angle ⁇ or ⁇ with the longitudinal central axis 26 of the stylus 12, which is approximately 30 ° to 50 °.
  • Fig. 3 also shows that the ink pick-up and application element 10 shown in Fig. 1 is only a subordinate additional variant compared to the paint flag 14.
