Claims (21)

1. Procédé de fabrication d'emballages sensiblement rectangulaires en particulier d'emballages de cigarettes réalisés sous forme de boîte à capuchon, à partir d'une pièce découpée, ou flan, présentant des zones au moins pour paroi avant, paroi arrière pattes latérales et paroi de fond, caractérisé par le fait que pour former un emballage à arêtes longitudinales biseautées, on plie, en position verticale par rapport à la paroi arrière (23), simultanément la paroi avant (21) avec la paroi de fond (22) ainsi que les pattes latérales (25) situées sur la paroi arrière (23), en formant les arêtes longitudinales (38) biseautées sur la face arrière, puis on plie les pattes latérales (24) situées sur la paroi avant (21) en position transversale par rapport à celles-ci, également en formant les arêtes longitudinales (37) avant biseautées et enfin on achève le pliage de l'emballage après le remplissage.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que pour fabriquer une boîte à capuchon à couvercle rabattable (29) et pattes latérales de couvercle (33, 34) et former des parois latérales de couvercle, on plie en position verticale les pattes latérales de couvercle situées sur une paroi arrière de couvercle (30) simultanément avec les pattes latérales (25) de la paroi arrière (23), en formant simultanément les arêtes longitudinales côté arrière biseautées (39).

Appareil pour la fabrication d'emballages sensiblement rectangulaires, en particulier emballages de cigarettes à arêtes longitudinales biseautées, à partir d'un flan en carton (mince), ou l'analogue, présentant des zones pour former paroi avant, paroi arrière pattes latérales pour parois latérales et paroi de fond, caractérisé par le fait que le flan (20) est enfonçable, grâce à un poinçon de formage (58) déplaçable en va-et-vient, dans une poche (47), ouverte par le haut, d'un carrousel-révolver de pliage (46), la poche (47) et le poinçon de formage (58) à surfaces de formage (fond de poche 62, plaque de poinçon 59) présentant des zones biseautées latéralement de manière que des pattes latérales (25, 33) puissent se redresser, par insertion du flan (20) dans la poche (47), en formant les arêtes longitudinales biseautées.

Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'une aile de flan (45), constituée de paroi (22) et paroi avant (21) (à pattes latérales 24) est pliable en position verticale, par insertion, dans la poche (47) et les pattes latérales (24), lorsque la paroi avant (21) est redressée, sont pliables, grâce à des outils de formage correspondants (formeur des pattes latérales 88, aile de pressage 86), en une position transversale à la paroi avant (21) en formant des arêtes longitudinales (37) biseautées.

Appareil selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que le poinçon de formage (58) est de forme angulaire avec une plaque de poinçon (59) pour le formage de l'aile de flan horizontale (44) et avec une aile de pressage (86) verticale, à l'extrémité intérieure radialement, pour le formage de l'aile de flan verticale (45) en coopération avec d'autres outils de formage.

Appareil selon la revendication 5 et l'une des aufres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les pattes latérales (24) reliées à la paroi avant (21) sont pliables, grâce à un outil de formage mobile sensiblement radialement, en particulier grâce à un formeur de pattes latérales (88), en formant les arêtes longitudinales (37) biseautées, l'aile verticale du poinçon de formage (aile de pressage 86) agissant, en tant que contre-outil correspondant, sur la face intérieure de l'emballage ou du flan (20).

Appareil selon la revendication 5 et l'une des autres revendications caractérisée par le fait que la poche (47) est limitée sur la face interne radialement par une contre-paroi (87) verticale qui possède une largeur et une hauteur plus faibles que la paroi avant (21), qui s'étend, après abaissement du poinçon de formage (58), entre la contre-paroi (87) et le poinçon de pressage (86).

Appareil selon la revendication 5 et l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que des parois latérales de poche (65) de la poche (47) et des surfaces latérales de poinçon (68) correspondants de la plaque de poinçon (59) sont de forme allant en divergeant vers le haut (en s'inclinant) au voisinage de la paroi arrière (23) ou des pattes latérales (25), de manière que les pattes latérales (25) soient inclinées, à l'intérieur de la poche (47), les pattes latérales voisines (33) étant toutefois disposées verticalement.

Appareil selon la revendication 5 et l'une des autres revendications caractérisé par le fait qu'au dessus du révolver de pliage (46), dans la zone d'une voie de transport de flan (48), est disposé un plieur de patte d'angle (53) mobile en va-et-vient, qui par mouvement ascendant, assure un prépliage des pattes d'angle de fond liées aux pattes latérales (25).
12. Appareil selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que le plieur de pattes d'angle (53) fait saillie de côté, par des doigts plieurs (56, 57), dans la zone des pattes d'angle de fond (26).
13. Appareil selon la revendication 5 et l'une des autres revendications caractérisé par le fait que, latéralement, à côté de la voie de transport de flan (48), est monté un redresseur latéral (54) agissant latéralement sur le flan (20) et mobile en va-et-vient dans le plan du flan (20).
14. Appareil selon la revendication 5 et l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que sur les poches (47) ou révolver de pliage, sont montés des porte-flan latéraux (78) pour assurer le flan (20) dans la poche (47) en direction radiale et direction ascendante.
15. Appareil selon la revendication 14 et les autres revendications caractérisé par le fait que les porte-flan (78) sont agencés en levier à deux bras sur une zone extérieure desquels sont disposés un nez de retenue (83) situé sur une arête inclinée (69) de la patte latérale (25), aussi qu'un support supérieur (84) reposant sur l'arête supérieure de la patte latérale (25).

Appareil selon la revendication 5 et l'une des autres revendications caractérisée par le fait que dans un (premier) poste de pliage (A) sont disposés des plieurs de pattes latérales (70) munis de doigts de pliage (71, 72), mobiles en va-et-vient sous le révolver de pliage (60), les doigts de pliage (71, 72), en coopération avec une tête (77) de forme correspondante de la plaque de poinçon (59), redressant les pattes latérales de couvercle (34) situées sur la paroi avant de couvercle (32) en formant des arêtes longitudinales biseautées (40).

Appareil selon la revendication 5 et l'une des autres revendications caractérisé par le fait que à l'extérieur du révolver de pliage (46) est disposé, concentriquement à celui-ci, un segment de pression (100) fixe pour recevoir des zones du flan (20) sortant de la poche (47), des ouvertures de passage (101) étant formées dans la zone du poste de pliage (A) pour le passage des doigts de pliage (71, 72) du plieur de pattes latérales (70).

Appareil selon la revendication 5 et l'une des autres revendications caractérisé par le fait que les pattes latérales (34) liées à la paroi avant de couvercle (32) sont, après le redressement et le formage des arêtes longitudinales (40) biseautées, ramenables par pliage dans la position de départ à plat, grâce à des ailes de pression (99) d'un organe de pliage (levier de pressage et pliage 94), abaissables sur les pattes latérales (34).

Appareil selon la revendication 18 et l'une des autres revendications caractérisé par le fait qu'une patte intérieure (36) à l'extrémité, extérieure radialement, du flan (20) est pré-pliable dans le sens d'un redressement, par un prolongement de guidage (105) de la voie de transport de flan (48) lors du mouvement descendant du flan dans la poche (47) et, dans la zone du poste de pliage (A), un levier de pliage et pressage (94), monté pivotant à l'extérieur du révolver de pliage (46), est abaissable par une tête de pressage (96) sur la patte intérieure (36) en appliquant celle-ci contre la paroi avant de couvercle (32).
20. Appareil selon la revendication 19 et l'une des autres revendications caractérisé par le fait que le levier de pliage et pressage (94) pivotant est accouplé fonctionnellement à un levier de pression (60) pour actionner le poinçon de formage (58) de manière que soient mobiles en sens opposés le levier de pliage et de pressage (94), d'une part, et le levier de pression (60) d'autre part.
