Claims (8)

1. Elément de construction en forme de parpaing présentant des cavités et destiné à une façade maçonnée à double paroi, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un châssis de forme parallélépipédique (1) dont le dos (14) est ouvert et dont l'avant ouvert (15) est recouvert par un capot (2) retenu contre le châssis (1) et détachable de ce dernier, ledit capot (2) saillant obliquement vers le bas au-dessus du côté avant (15) et présentant une fente (22) entre l'arête inférieure (21) du capot et le châssis (1).
2. Elément de construction selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fente (22) située entre l'arête inférieure (21) du capot (2) et le châssis (1) est entièrement occupée par un listeau perforé (3).
3. Elément de construction selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un cache (4) est fixé contre le châssis (1), le capot (2) venant se fixer contre ledit cache (4) tout en restant détachable de ce dernier.
4. Elément de construction selon revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le plafond (12) et les deux parois latérales (11) du châssis (1) pré sentent une cornière (41) dont la face des branches (42) regardant vers l'intérieur depuis le plafond (12) et les parois latérales (11) sert de fixation détachable au capot (2).
5. Elément de construction selon revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le capot (2) présente sur trois côtés un bord (24) ressemblant à un flasque et plaquant contre les branches (42) et traversé par des éléments de fixation (5) traversant aussi les branches (42).
6. Elément de construction selon revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le capot (2) présente, à la suite de la bordure (24) ressemblant à un flasque, des parois latérales (25) dont le tracé est essentiellement parallèle au châssis, ainsi qu'une paroi frontale (26) qui, dans sa partie à l'intérieur du châssis, est d'abord faiblement puis fortement inclinée.
7. Elément de construction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le châssis (1) est en tôle d'acier galvanisée.
8. Elément de construction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le capot (2) est en tôle d'acier galvanisée ou en matière plastique.
