Abstract

A rotating shaft wheel assumes the function of a rotating power source for the throw of a shuttle. The transmission of this drive energy on to a springless shuttle beater (i) takes place by means of a striker roll, a lifting flank (e) connected adjustably to a springless picker stick (d), an unelastic and flexible traction means (g) in the form of a steel rope, and a hinged rod made of a crank (a) and a piston rod (b) of a similar length. The lifting flank is proportioned appropriately to transmit an even movement of rotation on to the picker stick. The crank is equipped with a part resembling a circular segment (c) with a radius equal to the crank length. Zur Schützenschussabfertigung bei mechanischen Webmaschinen sind verschiedene Lösungen bekannt. Bei einer bekannten mechanischen Webmaschine (CH-A-580 696) ist es bekannt, eine zwangsläufig beschleunigte Schützenschussabfertigung durch einen elektro-magnetischen Schützenantrieb zu erreichen. Dieser betätigt ein Kurbel-Pleuel-Gelenkgestänge, durch welches dem Schützenschläger eine beschleunigte Bewegung erteilt wird. Dieser ungefederte Webschützenantrieb erfüllt im wesentlichen die Erwartungen, jedoch hat sich in der Praxis gezeigt, dass seine Anwendbarkeit begrenzt ist.
