Abstract

Système de construction d'ossatures en bois formées de produits industriels semi-finis constitués de planches collées. La construction selon l'invention se réalise à partir de deux éléments porteurs seulement formant semelle (1), panne (2), traverse (4) et poteau (3). Les sections des deux éléments porteurs présentent un côté de même dimension. Les dimensions pour chaque cas particulier sont déterminées par les exigences des plans, de la statique et de la physique de la construction. Pour la liaison précise, indémontable et résistante des éléments de constructions on utilise deux chevilles (9) par assemblage. Les longueurs des éléments de construction se déterminent à partir du module choisi pour les éléments horizontaux respectivement verticaux.

Claims (5)

1. Ensemble de construction pour le montage d'une construction murale d'éléments préfabriqués (1 à 4) sous forme de barre, en planches laminées collées, qui sont conjoints l'un avec l'autre conformément pour un blocage géometrique et pour transmettre des forces, en formant un système horizontal [sablière (1), sablière supérieure (2), entretoise (4)] et vertical [montant (3)] avec des modules de construction (entraxes) variables indépendamment l'un de l'autre dans les deux directions des coordonnées, au moyen des tenons et mortaises coopérants, caractérisé en ce que deux tourillons (6,6', 7,7', 9) cylindriques, en forme identique, sont pourvus comme tenons, et que des alésages (9, 10, 11, 11') sont pourvus par paires comme mortaises pour chaque raccord entre deux éléments préfabriqués en bois.
2. Ensemble de construction selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments préfabriqués en bois (1 à 4) ne présentent plus que deux sections rectangulaires des dimensions différentes (1' à 4') à mesure d'arête identique.
3. Ensemble de construction selon la Revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces frontales desdits éléments préfabriqués (1 à 4) sont tronçonnés mécaniquement en forme plan et rectangulaire relativement à l'axe de barre respective.
4. Ensemble de construction selon quelconque des Revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments préfabriqués en bois (1, 2), destinés à une disposition horizontale, sont pourvus des assemblages angulaires à mi-bois (13, 13') aux extrémités des barres, formés à un angle quelconque, lesdits assemblages à mi-bois étant fixés à l'équerre au point d'intersection des axes de barre à chaqun des assemblages angulaires, au moyen d'un tourillon cylindrique (15, 15') inséré dans un alésage (14, 14') desdits assemblages à mi-bois.
5. Ensemble de construction selon la Revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que des éléments non- porteurs de poteau d'angle (25, 25', 40, 41 qui ne se peuvent fixer auxdits éléments préfabriqués par clouage, sont pourvus pour chaque assemblage angulaire d'une construction murale.
