Abstract

A swing-and-slide door for vehicles, especially railroad passenger vehicles. The leaf is suspended at the top on a positioning bushing on a supporting rail that extends over the total width of the door. At the bottom of the door a horizontal positioning rail is secured to the leaf. A positioning section slides back and forth mechanically secured in the positioning rail. The securing rail and positioning section are secured to the studs of two cranks. The cranks are fastened vertically separated to the vehicle superstructure by means of horizontal shaft studs and cranks studs that extend parallel to the direction of displacement, are connected by a connecting section, and are driven by a pneumatic cylinder. The door is opened in a sequence of two stages. The leaf is first displaced out of the closed position into a ready-to-slide position and then slid horizontally to the side in that position. The bottom and top of the leaf are mechanically secured during both stages.

Description

The invention relates to a pivoting sliding door for vehicles, in particular rail vehicles, for the transportation of people, with a door frame arranged in an opening in the side wall of the vehicle body and a door leaf which, in order to open the door, first moves it outwards into a displacement position from the closed position and then in a second movement step in the horizontal direction is moved laterally along the outside of the vehicle body into the open position, the direction of movement during the first movement step lying exclusively in one plane perpendicular to the direction of displacement of the second movement step and in which within the vehicle body in the area of the upper and the lower edge of the door frame each has a suspension device and a guide device for horizontal, lateral displacement of the door leaf, the suspension device being arranged in the direction of displacement Carrier rail on which the door leaf is slidably suspended by means of a support member rigidly connected to it and suspension device and guide device are each connected to the crank pin of two cranks, which are arranged at a vertical distance with horizontal and parallel to the direction of displacement shaft pin and crank pin and with each other via a coupling link are coupled.

Such a pivoting sliding door for a rail vehicle is described for example in DE-C-2 003 857. The known pivoting sliding door has the disadvantage that in the first movement step of the opening movement of the door leaves remains essentially vertical when moving away from the vehicle wall, which is to ensure that the door leaf can be moved easily, but it is not guided in the area of its lower edge in such a way that it is really synchronous and similar transverse displacement of the suspension device and the guide device enables constant safe guidance of the entire door leaf in the upper and lower region from the closed position into the displacement position and in the displacement direction. Rather, in the known swing door, the door leaves are only supported in the area of their lower edge by sliding guides and are only pressed firmly against the closing edge at their lower edge in the closed position by the support and thereby slightly raised in order to achieve that the weight of the door leaf in the closed position does not have to be picked up by the suspension device in the area of the upper edge alone.

Furthermore, in the known pivoting sliding door, the door leaf is suspended from the carrier rail via individual rollers. This has the consequence that the suspension must be carried out at several points of the door leaf, at least at the front and rear ends, and accordingly the mounting rail must extend beyond the door width, with the result that it must be arranged outside the door frame.

Dies bedeutet, daß beim Anlegen und Abheben der Türdichtungen seitliche Verschiebungen auftreten und eine sichere Verriegelung des Türflügels in der Schließstellung schwierig ist.FR-A-2 531 997 describes a suspension device for the door leaf of a swing-out sliding door for vehicles, in particular rail vehicles, in which the door leaf is connected to a suspension device in the region of the upper edge of the door frame, the supporting member of which is designed as a guide sleeve comprising a mounting rail which is connected to the door leaf in the vicinity of the rear closing edge of the door leaf with respect to the direction of displacement when opening. Furthermore, a guide device is provided in the area of the lower edge of the door frame, which has a guide rail which is fixedly connected to the door leaf and is arranged in the direction of displacement, into which a guide member engages, which is fastened to a pivoting lever which can be pivoted about a vertical axis. The door leaf is also connected to the guide sleeve of the support member via a swivel arm and a guide arm, each with a vertically aligned swivel axis. When opening and closing, the door leaf is pivoted in a first movement step by horizontally pivoting the swivel arm and guide arm from a closed position outwards into a displacement position, this movement having no vertical component. This means that lateral displacements occur when the door seals are put on and off and a secure locking of the door leaf in the closed position is difficult.

The object underlying the invention was to improve a pivoting sliding door of the type mentioned in such a way that both in the open position and in the closed position and during the two movement steps of the opening and closing movement, a guidance of the door leaf is ensured, which is clear ensures defined position in all positions, the application and lifting of the door seals should take place without any lateral displacements and the door leaf is guided so precisely that it locks securely into additionally arranged locking devices when closing. This was intended to ensure that the pivoting sliding door according to the invention can be used, especially in the case of very fast-moving modern railway wagons, the additional task to be solved that no guide parts should be arranged outside the door frame.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the support member is designed as a guide sleeve comprising the support rail and is connected to the door leaf in the immediate vicinity of the rear closing edge of the door leaf with respect to the direction of displacement when opening and the guide device is connected to the door leaf in a fixed manner Direction of displacement has arranged guide rail into which a guide member slidably guided in this guide rail engages in order to produce a positive coupling in a horizontal plane, which guide member is fixedly connected to the crank pin of the one crank and is arranged so that in the closed position the door leaf is in the immediate vicinity of the Regarding the direction of displacement when opening the front closing edge of the door leaf is supported, the cranks being arranged so that when the door closes at least in a last section of the movement step from the displacement position into the closed position, a lowering movement is carried out at the same time and locking means on the door leaf and on the door frame are provided, which engage in this lowering movement to lock the door leaf in the closed position.

Advantageous embodiments of the swing door according to the invention are described below using exemplary embodiments.

In the swing door according to the invention, a synchronous and similar movement of the door leaf is possible in the two movement steps of the opening and closing movement with constant positive guidance.

Due to the design of the support member as a guide sleeve, the door leaf has a guide at this point, which is also able to absorb tilting moments with respect to the axes perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the support rail. This opens up the possibility of connecting the door leaf to the support member at such a point that the support rail does not have to extend beyond the door width. The guide member, on the other hand, is arranged such that, as shown below using an exemplary embodiment, it engages in the closed state of the door at a point on the door leaf which is essentially diagonally opposite the point of application of the support member. In this way, the simplest design means that safe and positive guidance of the door leaf is achieved at only two points, which ensures that the door leaf is guided securely during the entire opening and closing movement and automatically engages in the locking means in the closed position.

In the following, embodiments of the swing door according to the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.

To simplify the illustration, the door leaf 1 of the pivoting sliding door is shown as an essentially flat door leaf, with the result that all the closing edges of the door frame lie in a plane which is referred to below as the "closing plane S". Of course, the door according to the invention can also have other shapes, in particular it can be partially or completely curved, which means that the closing edges of the door frame then no longer necessarily lie in one plane.

The suspension device has a support rail 2 which is parallel to the closing plane S and runs horizontally and is designed as a round rod, which is encompassed by a support member 3 which is designed as a guide sleeve 3 and which is displaceable on the support rail 2 and via a connecting member 9 to the door leaf 1 in the region of its upper edge 1c directly in front of the vertical closing edge 1a on the right in FIG. 1. The two ends of the round rod 2 are firmly connected to the crank webs 4 and 4 'of a crank which can be pivoted about the shaft journals 4b. It is a crank, as it were, with a greatly elongated crank pin that is arranged between the crank arms and extends over the full width of the door.

The shaft journals 4b are supported in bearings 11 which are connected to the car body W. A pneumatic cylinder 12, the piston rod of which is connected to the crank arm 4, is used to pivot the crank arms 4, 4 ′.

In the area of its lower edge 1d, the door leaf 1 has a horizontal guide rail 7 fixed to it, in which a roller carriage 8 is slidably and positively guided, which is connected via a connecting element 10 to the crank pin 5a of a front crank with a crank arm 5 and a shaft journal 5b, which is mounted in a bearing 13 which is attached to the car body W. The crank 5 is arranged so that, in the closed position of the door leaf 1 shown in FIG. 1, the roller carriage 8 engages at a location in the region immediately behind the vertical closing edge 1b on the left in FIG. 1 and thus the connection point of the guide sleeve 3 with the door leaf 1 in the area of the upper right corner of the door leaf 1 is substantially diagonally opposite. This ensures that the door seals are evenly applied and pretensioned in the closed end position.

As can be seen from the figures, the crank pins 4a and 5a and the shaft pins 4b and 5b of the two cranks lie parallel to the closing plane S and horizontally. Furthermore, the two crank webs 4 and 5 are connected to one another via a coupling rod 6, so that both cranks move synchronously. Of course, another coupling link, for example a chain drive, can also be used instead of a coupling rod.

In the closed state of the pivoting sliding door, the door leaf 1 is in the position shown in solid lines in FIGS. 2 and 3 in the closing plane S. The opening movement takes place in two successive movement steps. First, the door leaf 1 is moved from the closing plane S into a plane V parallel to the closing plane, which is referred to below as the "displacement plane". This movement is carried out by pivoting the two cranks 4 and 5, for example under the action of a pneumatic cylinder 12, all movement components of this movement lying exclusively in a vertical plane perpendicular to the closing plane S. The door leaf moves overall in the direction of arrow Ö1, the pivoting movement of the door leaf being determined by the crank radii and the crank angles in the starting and end positions. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the door leaf 1 is in the displacement plane V in a slightly raised position compared to the position in the closing plane S.

In the displacement plane V, the door leaf 1 can then be displaced horizontally and laterally in the displacement direction Ö2 in order to completely release the manhole.

The opening movement is brought about by a linear drive mechanism 21 arranged above the manhole, which, for example, as an electromechanical linear drive or z. B. can be designed as a rodless pneumatic cylinder and the movable output member is connected via a connecting member 20 to the support member 3, which moves in the direction of Ö2 along the support rail 2.

In the lower area of the door leaf 1, this movement guides the roller carriage 8 in the guide rail 7.

The closing of the door leaf 1 takes place analogously in the opposite direction, the door leaf 1 being moved back from the displacement plane V into the closing plane S in the last movement step and being lowered overall. The lowering makes it possible to snap the door leaf into locking elements arranged on the door frame, for example in the form of pegs and recesses.

Such locking elements ensure a firm fit of the door leaf in the closed end position, especially in the case of door leaves of relatively low rigidity.

The locking elements in the illustrated embodiment are shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. Flat locking strips 16 are arranged in the vertical edges of the door frame 14 by means of screw fasteners 17. The screw fasteners 17 are guided through elongated holes 16b of the locking bars 16 in order to enable precise adjustment of the height of the locking bars. At the edge of each locking bar 16 facing the outside there is a slanted recess 16a which is oriented obliquely downward and into which a locking bolt 15 can engage which, as can be seen in FIG. 6, is arranged on the door leaf 1.

As can be seen particularly well from FIG. 6, the door leaf 1 is provided with a circumferential rubber seal 18 and the door frame 14 is also provided with a circumferential rubber seal 19 which ensure a gapless seal between the door leaf 1 and the door frame 14 and at the same time cover the locking device from both sides. The circumferential seal of the door leaf 1 is also indicated in FIGS. 4 and 5, while it is omitted in FIGS. 1 to 3 for the sake of simplicity.
