Abstract

Sliding door (1) at the end of a railway waggon for passenger transport, having two door leaves (3, 4) which can be moved apart and together, preferably linear guides (6) cooperating with the upper area or lower area of the door leaves (3, 4) and it being possible to seal the door leaves (3, 4) on the railway waggon with respect to the door frame (2) via at least one inflatable seal (20), the door leaves (3, 4) being lockable in the closed position by means of a locking device (13, 14) and adjoining one another directly, for example via respective seals (11, 12) of the door leaves (3, 4). The door leaves (3, 4) have, in addition to the closing device (13, 14) of the sliding door (1), hooks (15, 18) which cooperate in the closed position with receiving elements (16, 19) of the door frame (2) or of the railway waggon, by which means the door leaves (3, 4) can be fixed in their position transversely with respect to the guides (6). <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a sliding door, in particular on the front side, of a railroad car for passenger transport with two door leaves which can be moved out and towards one another along guides.

Rail transport, u. Both for goods and especially for people, is becoming increasingly important, and not only local transport, but also over greater distances is becoming increasingly important. The reason for this is that, in addition to logistical measures, both the tracks and the rolling stock are designed in order to achieve higher speeds. Freight trains with top speeds of 120 h / km to 140 h / km are possible. Passenger trains are used for even higher speeds, e.g. B. 140 h / km to 160 h / km, even in individual cases of over 200 h / km. With these high speeds, the demands on the tracks and the rolling stock in two different directions are becoming ever greater. From the contribution by P. Fabel et. al. ZEV-GLA-SERS ANNALEN, Volume 112, No. 1, January 1988, pages 33 to 35, a printer-illuminated end wall door is known, which is designed as a sliding door. This sliding door has inflatable seals so that it can also be used on the first and last wagons of a train. A door mat is provided to secure the passage.

A latch can be actuated by means of a handle, which should enable the door to be fixed in the closed position. This bolt has two surfaces, which in the closed position of the bolt allows a limited fixation of the door transversely to the opening and closing direction. With a release, the cross locking of the sliding door is also canceled.

From European patent application 0 312 450 a sliding door is known which is arranged on the side wall of a railroad car for higher speeds, the door swiveling out along a guide when opening out of a rest from the plane of the side wall of the wagon and then being pushed along this side wall to allow entry into the railroad car. In addition to the locking mechanism, there are no additional safeguards, but there is a risk that the doors open automatically if the seals between the sliding door and the wagon body fail or the actuation mechanism fails.

The sliding door according to the invention, in particular on the front side, of a railroad car for passenger transport, with two door leaves which can be moved out and towards one another along guides, the preferably straight guides being arranged, in particular parallel, to the floor being walked on and with the upper area or lower area of the door leaves cooperate and are attached to the railroad car, in particular via the door frame, where appropriate the door leaves can be sealed against the door frame via at least one inflatable seal, and the door leaves via a closing device, e.g. B. locking bars can be locked in the closed position and immediately, for. B. via respective seals of the door leaf, close together, consists essentially in that the door leaves have hooks in addition to the locking device of the sliding door, which cooperate in the closed position with transducers of the door frame or the railway wagon, whereby the door leaves can be fixed in their position transversely to the guides are. Such sliding doors, which are arranged both in the open and closed position within the wagon box, serve as passage doors between the individual wagons. So they have the task in their function as a passage door, to have the smallest possible space requirement, to ensure the largest possible passage in the open position, and they must in their closed position, u. In addition, if the railroad car in question is in the start or end position of the train for passenger transport, it can also be additionally locked, e.g. B. over locking rods, with its own actuating mechanism, which should be removable, only a large passage is guaranteed if the sliding doors connect directly to each other in the closed position and not via a stand that hinders the free passage. A particularly simple and therefore reliable position fixing of the door leaves in the event of negative or positive pressure, which is attached to the door leaves, in particular the door leaves in the end region but also with passing trains and then in the side area, it is given when the door leaves are fixed in their position transverse to the guides in their position transverse to the guides by hooks on the sliding door and sensors on door frames or railway wagons. These measures also a deformation of the door during the pressurization or vacuum, u. between even at a test pressure of 6,000 Pa, so that a particularly good seal of the doors can also be achieved with these pressures.

The simpler redundant security systems are, the greater the effectiveness of the security measures. If the transducers have a hook-shaped cross section, the hooks on the door leaves and the transducers which are connected to the railroad car can limit the freedom of movement transversely to the closing direction in both directions, u. between both overpressure and underpressure, outside the wagon.

If the hooks and / or pickups are rigidly connected to the door frame or door leaf, the hooks and pickups can only be engaged by moving the door leaves, with no additional actuating mechanism having to be provided either for the hooks or for the pickups.

If the hooks and / or pickups are rigid, in particular in one piece, a further possibility of malfunction is excluded.

If the transducers have a stop for the hooks in the upward direction, there is an additional fixing of the position of the door leaves in the closed position, as can be of particular importance, for example, when the railway wagon moves rapidly downwards.

If the hooks and / or pickups have at least one surface, each of which encloses an acute angle with the direction of movement of the door leaves, in particular the apex pointing towards the closed position, this results in a particularly exact positional positioning of the door leaves in the closed position, with the different dynamic ones Loads on the car body and thus slight deformations of the same or the door frame are taken into account and a fixation of the door leaves relative to the locking device is particularly easy to reach, so that a firmly fixed door can be obtained, so that there is no noise even with high and fluctuating pressure differential stresses .

If the hooks of the door leaves can be pressed against a stop of the receptacles by the inflatable seal, this stop being possible, for example due to the surface arranged at an acute angle to the direction of movement, in addition to the seal, there is additionally a safeguard against an unwanted opening of the door, which is present even when the locking mechanism, for example the slide & rods, has not been actuated. Furthermore, the door leaves are particularly securely fixed in position.

If the hooks are each attached to the end faces or longitudinal surfaces of the door leaves, there is a particularly small space requirement transversely to the direction of movement of the door, so that the passage for people in a given space parallel to the direction of movement of the door can be kept particularly large, furthermore none protruding parts that can cause disabilities or even accidents are prevented.

If the transducers are provided with at least one opening that is closed on both sides, above and below, and that points towards the hooks in the open position of the door, this can achieve a particularly secure positional fixation of the door leaves in the closed position, since then there is a predestined freedom of movement that is only possible through the required play between the hook and the pickup is defined. Such transducers are preferably arranged on the longitudinal sides of the door frame directed from top to bottom and the cooperating members on the corresponding sides of the door leaves.

If the transducers are formed by a pin or pins, partial rail or rail, particularly good additional securing of the door is provided on the front side of the doors, which is provided parallel to the floor at the top of the door, with the free mobility is arranged by arranging the rails parallel to the direction of movement of the door leaves without additional pivoting or actuating mechanism.

  • 1 is a sliding door with two door leaves in the view from the inside of a wagon,
  • Fig. 2 shows a hook with a receptacle on the left side of a door leaf in section along the line 11-11 of Fig. 1 and
  • 3 shows a hook with a receptacle in the upper region of a door leaf in section along the line 111-111 of FIG. 1.

The sliding door 1 shown in Fig. 1 is either detachable via a door frame 2 with the end wall of a railroad car, not shown, for. B. by screws, or permanently connected by welding or gluing to the rest of the wagon. The door leaves 3 and 4 can be moved via carriage 5 along a guide 6 from a closed position, as shown in the figure, to an open position. The guide 6 is arranged parallel to the floor being walked on. In the walked floor, not shown, a slot-shaped recess 7 is provided, in which an extension 8 of the door leaves can be guided is. The aligned door leaves also have windows 9 and can be provided with a handle 10. The door leaves close together via seals 11, 12 and release the entire cross-section when opened. Both door leaves can be locked in the closed position via locking rods 13, 14 and an actuating mechanism, not shown, whose manual operating element can be removed. The hooks 15 and the associated receptacles 16, which are arranged on the vertical outer parts of the door leaves 3, 4 or on the door frame 2, are covered by a rubber profile 17. Hooks 18 and receptacles 19 are provided in the upper region of the door leaves, the hooks being connected to the door leaves via the carriages 5, which can be moved back and forth in the guides. Furthermore, a seal 20 is provided, which is inflatable, wherein when the door leaves are closed, they are fixed via the closing rods 13, 14, and at the same time, by inflating the seal 20, an additional resistance to the sliding of the door leaves is achieved and a seal between the door leaves and the door frame is accomplished.

Such sliding doors serve as pass-through doors between two wagons, the closing rods and the inflatable seal being actuated only when passage through the doors is to be reliably prevented, as is usually the case in the front end area of the first used wagon and in the rear end area of the last used wagon a train is required.

The portion of a door leaf 3 with a door frame 2 shown in FIG. 2 is a sectional view along the lines II-II. The door leaf releasably carries a hook 15 connected via an Allen screw 21. The receptacle 16 is also releasably connected to the door frame 2 via an Allen screw 22. The door frame 2 also has a groove-shaped recess 23 in which the inflatable seal 20 is arranged. If the door leaf 3 is opened, that is to say moved to the lower edge of the drawing, the hook 15 disengages from the receptacle. The receptacle has a both on both sides and up and under limited opening 24, so that the hook is limited when the door is closed both by a stop in the movement up, down and to the left and right. Both the receptacle 16 and the hook 15 are integrally formed and rigidly connected to the door leaf or door frame. The receptacle 16 and the hook 15 have a surface 25 and 26, which enclose an acute angle a with the direction of movement a. The surfaces 25 and 26 are parallel to one another. If the inside of the seal 20 is now pressurized with a pressure medium, it presses against the door leaf 3, as a result of which the surfaces 25 and 26 come into contact with one another.

The section shown in FIG. 3 is a section of lines 111-111 according to FIG. 1. The door leaf 3 carries in its upper end region a carriage 5 which has a roller 27 which is guided in the guide 6 of the door frame 2. Both the carriage 5 and the hook 18 are connected to the door leaf via the Allen screw 28. The guide in turn carries a receptacle 19 which is detachably connected and which can be designed as a rail or partial rail or also as a pin and is connected to the door frame via a screw 29. Like the hook 15, the hook also has a surface 26 which forms an acute angle with the opening movement direction. When the door leaves are in the closed position, the receptacle 19 and hook 18 engage in one another, so that there is a movement limitation transversely to the sliding direction. In this area too, the hook 18 is pressed against the receptacle 19 by inflating the seal 20.

As can be seen particularly clearly in FIG. 1, one or more hooks with receptacle can be provided both in the longitudinal region of the doors and in the upper end region of the doors, the number of which depends on the dimensioning of the door. The fixation of the doors against bending and leakage of the doors is guaranteed even at a pressure of 6,000 Pa.
