Claims (4)

1. Dispositif pour la fixation des rails d'une voie ferrée sur des traverses en acier, comportant une cale d'épaisseur munie de bords de positionnement pour le guidage latéral de la semelle d'un rail ainsi que de vis de traverses et de griffes de serrage pour l'immobilisation de la semelle du rail par rapport à la traverse, caractérisé en ce que:
- des moyens pour le guidage latéral de la cale d'épaisseur (9) présentent des pièces de positionnement (17, 18) fixées à la traverse en acier (4) et comportant des bords de positionnement obliques (19, 20) qui s'étendent sensiblement parallèlement aux bords de positionnement (12, 13 de la cale d'épaisseur (9) pour la semelle (14) du rail,
- les bords de positionnement (19, 20) sont à une certaine distance des bords d'extrémité voisins (21, 22) de la cale d'épaisseur (9),
- dans chacun des espaces intercalaires ainsi définis, est respectivement disposée une pièce d'écartement (23, 24) présentant également un bord de positionnement oblique (25, 26),
- les bords de positionnement adjacents (25, 19 ou 26, 20) s'étendent respectivement en biais vers le bas et en direction de la cale d'épaisseur (9), et
- les pièces d'écartement (23, 24) peuvent être fixées au moyen des vis (29, 30) et des éléments (45, 46) des griffes de serrage (41, 42), les éléments (45, 46) des griffes de serrage, qui sont tournés à l'opposé du rail, étant pressés contre les pièces d'écartement.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'écartement (23, 24) présentent, sur leur face supérieure, un creux (47, 48) ou un renfoncement dans lequel s'engage la griffe de serrage (41,42).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'écartement (23, 24) sont réalisées en un matériau isolant en particulier une matière plastique.
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les vis (29, 30) sont insérées par vissage dans des éléments formant écrous (31,32) qui constituent de préférence une seule pièce et saisissent par en dessous la traverse en acier (4) ou des parties (5, 6) de celle-ci en étant déplacés transversalement aux bords de positionnement (12, 13) de la cale d'épaisseur (9).
