Definitions

  • the invention relates to a circular knitted fabric with warp knitting structure, consisting of wales and loop ties formed by a thread system, and to a method for producing a circular knitted fabric with warp knitting structure in which all knitting needles are lifted at the same time, after which a single thread is placed on each needle and the needles are drawn off under the tucking edge knitting a row of stitches.
  • Such circular knitwear is used for the manufacture of cylindrical flexible hollow or cored products, such as insulated, shielded and covered electrical and optical cables, cords, rubber bands, sail side, knit core sheathed ropes for alpinism and caving, reinforced high pressure hoses, cylindrical packaging and the like.
  • BG-PS 18304 a circular embroidery with a warp knit structure is known, which consists of wales which are connected by means of elongated bonds, a bundle of filler threads being inserted between the wales.
  • each elongated binding connects two adjacent wales, which leads to low elasticity in the longitudinal direction, high transverse deformation and inadequate adhesion to the core.
  • the disadvantage of this method is that the thread is subject to higher tensions on two, three or more needles during the successive thread feeding, which leads to a higher frequency of thread breakage and a related machine downtime and to a deterioration in the quality of the knitted fabric.
  • Another knitwear with a warp knit structure is known from BG-PS 32944, in which two of the wales arranged around a core are connected diametrically opposite each other.
  • this circular knitwear has tightly fixed mechanical-physical, technological and color-related parameters, e.g. with regard to longitudinal and transverse strength, longitudinal and transverse elasticity, longitudinal bending modulus, porosity, core adhesion and the like with a certain constant mesh size.
  • the circular knitted fabric has a specified even number of wales.
  • the disadvantage here is that the warp thread system rotates back and forth at a constant angle of 180 °, the method being applicable only to a warp thread system with an even number of warp threads, so that there is a single warp knitting structure in which the loop bindings are arranged diametrically.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a circular knitted fabric with a warp knit structure, the transverse strength, longitudinal elasticity, ohmic resistance, longitudinal bending modulus, core adhesion, color pattern possibilities and the porosity of which are improved, and a method for producing a warp thread system with any number that create the Manufacture of structures or knitted fabrics of different types and quality enabled.
  • color pattern parameters such as longitudinal and transverse strength, longitudinal and transverse elasticity, longitudinal bending modulus, adhesive strength at the core, resistance to ohms, porosity, Produce color samples, among other things, what their use in different rigid and flexible hose articles, still pressure pipes and hoses, electri and optical cables, knit core sheath ropes, cords, etc.
  • 1 to 6 has a warp knit structure with warp threads 1 ', 2', 3 ', 4', 5 ', 6', 7 'formed by the system, wales 1 ", 2", 3 “, 4", 5 “, 6", 7 "and loop bindings 1" ', 2 "', 3” ', 4 "', 5" ', 6 “', 7” 'in loop rows I, II, III and IV.
  • the needles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are in the upper working position, with one of the threads 1 ', 2', 3 ', 4', 5 ', 6' and 7 'on each needle is placed, of which only a thread 1 'is shown.
  • the thread 1 ' is placed on or over the needle 4, after which all the needles are pulled under the tapping edge, the row I according to FIG. 2 being knitted. Then all the needles shown are raised twice with a simultaneous rotation of all the threads by an angle wherein the thread 1 'shown jumps over the needles 3 and 2 and is placed on or over the needle 1, after which all the needles go under the tucking edge, the course II, etc. being knitted.
  • the thread 1 ' is placed on or over the needle 5, after which all the needles are pulled under the tapping edge, the row I being knitted according to FIG. 3. Then all the needles shown are raised twice with a simultaneous rotation of all the threads by an angle whereby the thread 1 'shown jumps over the needles 4, 3 and 2 and is placed on or over the needle, after which all the needles go under the tucking edge, the course II, etc. being knitted.
  • the thread 1 ' is placed on or over the needle 1. Then all the needles are pulled under the tapping edge, row I of Fig. 6 being knitted. There follows a double lifting of all the needles shown while simultaneously rotating all the threads by an angle wherein the thread 1 'shown jumps over the needles 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2 and is put back on the needle 1, after which all the needles go under the knock-over edge and the course II, etc. is knitted.
  • FIG. 13 shows the perceived graphic and analytical recording for the production of the circular knitted fabric of FIG. 1 for the method shown in FIG. 7.
  • FIG. 14 shows the perceived graphic and analytical recording for the production of the circular knitted fabric from FIG. 2 for the method shown in FIG. 8.
  • FIG. 15 shows the perceived graphic and analytical recording for the production of the circular knitted fabric from FIG. 3 for the method shown in FIG. 9.
  • FIG. 16 shows the perceived graphic and analytical recording for the production of the circular knitted fabric of FIG. 4 for the method shown in FIG. 10.
  • FIG. 17 shows the perceived graphic and analytical recording for the production of the circular knitted fabric of FIG. 5 for the method shown in FIG. 11.
  • FIG. 18 shows graphically and analytically the production of the circular knitted fabric of FIG. 6 for the method shown in FIG. 12.
  • the reinforced flexible hose shown in Fig. 19 consists of an inner chamber S, on which a warp knitted cover A is knitted from thread material, which has a thread system, in which each thread crosses a wale for each row of stitches, corresponding to the knitwear shown in Fig. 1.
  • a further warp knit sheath D is knitted on the warp knit cover A, which has a thread system in which each thread jumps over four wales in each course, i.e. the knitwear shown in Fig. 4.
  • An elastic cover R is applied to the warp knit cover D.
  • Fig. 20 shows an electrical cable which is insulated, shielded and covered with circular knits.
  • the cable consists of a bundle of electrically conductive wires S, on which a flexible elastic cover R 'is applied.
  • a warp knit cover C is knitted from thread insulation material, which has a thread system in which each thread jumps over three wales in each course, corresponding to the knitwear shown in FIG. 3.
  • a flexible, elastic cover R " is applied to the warp knit cover C.
  • a knitted warp cover A made of electrically conductive thread material is knitted on the elastic cover R", which has a thread system in which each thread jumps over a wale in each stitch row, corresponding to that in FIG. 1 knitwear shown.
  • a warp knit cover D is knitted from hard-wearing thread material, which has a thread system in which each individual thread jumps over four wales in each course, corresponding to the knitted fabric shown in FIG. 4.
  • the knit core sheath rope of FIG. 21 consists of a bundle of high-strength threads S, to which a flexible, elastic cover R is applied.
  • a warp knit cover C is knitted from solidified, durable spring material, which has a thread system in which each thread jumps over three wales in each course, corresponding to the knitwear shown in FIG. 3.
