Claims (10)

1. Bouchons pour portes de four à coke, qui sont constitués d'une matière céramique et sont maintenus à distance de la porte de four à coke, le bouchon de porte faisant, à l'état de service, saillie dans la chambre de four et maintenant le remplissage du four à une distance déterminée du corps de porte, le corps de port étant, pendant le processus de cokéfaction, pressé contre le châssis de porte du four par un dispositif de réglage, caractérisés par l'utilisation de plaques céramiques (1 ) et un béton réfractaire à prise hydraulique, dont les éléments essentiels sont l'oxyde l'aluminium (A1203) en une proportion de 40-55%, l'oxyde de silicium (SiOz) en une proportion comprise entre 40 et 50% et l'oxyde ferrique (Fez03) en une proportion comprise entre 0,5 et 1,5%, et qui présentent une épaisseur de 35 à 120 mm.
2. Bouchons de porte suivant la revendication 1, caractérisés par des plaques échangeables (1 ).
3. Bouchons de porte suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisés en ce que les plaques (1 ) sont maintenues dans des châssis en acier (2).
4. Bouchons de porte suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisés en ce que chaque bouchon de porte est composé de plusieurs plaques (1 ) agencées les unes au-dessus des autres.
5. Bouchons de porte suivant la revendication 4, caractérisés en ce que chaque châssis en acier (2) est relié en trois endroits à la porte de four à coke.
6. Bouchons de porte suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisés par des fers de support (3) et des fers de contre-support (5) pour la fixation des plaques (1) sur la porte de four à coke.
7. Bouchons de porte suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les fers de support (3) sont agencés respectivement en haut et en bas du châssis en acier (2) et en ce qu'un fer de contre-support (5) est prévu pour chaque fois deux fers de support (3) situés l'un en face de l'autre.
8. Bouchons de porte suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisés par une couche isolante en matière céramique sur la porte de four à coke.
9. Bouchons de porte suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisés en ce que le rapport entre l'épaisseur et la largeur des plaques en matière céramique est de 1/3 à 1/20.
10. Bouchons de porte suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisés en ce que les plaques en matière céramique sont repliées latéralement à l'extrémité inférieure et sont fixées sur les deux coins supérieurs et les deux coins inférieurs et en ce que les emplacements de fixation inférieurs sont recouverts par de briques de bord.
