Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sports shoe according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a shoe with thermal insulation is known for example from DE-AS 10 15 347. There it consists of a cushion layer made of soft, elastic material containing air cells, which is covered on the outside with a nettle fabric and on the inside with a wool plush layer. Such thermal insulation is relatively thick and heavy and is not suitable for sports shoes with which high performance can be achieved.
- the object of the present invention is to provide thermal insulation in a sports shoe which is not bulky, is very light and nevertheless ensures good thermal insulation.
- Sports shoes of this type are required above all by athletes who also practice their sport in winter or during the cold season and are not in constant motion in such a way that they do not cool down. These are in particular the goalkeeper when playing football, as well as the athletes playing handball or hockey or ice skating, curling, curling or the like. These athletes are in certain game phases or in breaks partly in complete rest, so that the risk of the feet cooling down is particularly great. On the other hand, unforeseen sudden loads can occur or the rest phase may require such loads. Damage to the foot area can result from hypothermia.
- a sports shoe with a thin upper material is obtained, and therefore a lightweight sports shoe that does not interfere with running, and which ensures good thermal insulation of the feet even at very low outside temperatures.
- the outsole of a sports shoe 2 is designated, which can be provided with gripping studs 3.
- the Outsole 1 is preferably made of elastic, abrasion-resistant plastic, such as polyamide, polyurethane, polyethylene or the like.
- the shoe upper 4 is connected to the outsole 1 in a manner known per se and the tongue 5 is attached to it at the front.
- the inside of the shoe upper 4 which can be made of very thin leather or plastic with a thickness of, for example, 0.8 mm to 1 mm, is according to the invention the upper material from the shoe tip 6 to at least the midfoot area 7 with a heat reflection layer 8 Mistake. This is attached so that the heat radiation emanating from the foot is reflected inwards again. Conveniently, this heat reflection layer 8 is highly glossy.
- the tongue 5 is also provided with such a heat reflection layer 8.
- the material of the shoe upper and the tongue 5 is preferably provided with this heat-reflecting layer 8 before being processed into a shoe, and the sports shoe is then produced therefrom in a manner known per se.
- a further layer in particular a lining layer 9, on the heat reflection layer 8, as a result of which the heat reflection layer 8 is present between the inside of the shoe upper material 4 or the tongue 5 and the lining layer 9.
- a further layer in particular a lining layer 9, on the heat reflection layer 8, as a result of which the heat reflection layer 8 is present between the inside of the shoe upper material 4 or the tongue 5 and the lining layer 9.
- the lining layer 9 can be designed as padding or an additional padding layer 11 can be applied.
- the heat reflection layer 8 can be on the base, for example on the material of the upper 4 or
- the tongue 5 or be applied to a special carrier 12. In the latter case, this can then be fastened to the inside of the shoe upper 4 with the carrier side or with the side of the heat reflection layer 8, for example sewn on and / or glued on.
- the heat reflection layer 8 consists, for example, of a metal foil laminated onto the base 4, 5, 12, in particular glued on.
- Aluminum is preferably suitable as the metal for the metal foil, but it can also consist of copper, brass, bronze, tin, zinc or the like.
- the outside of the metal foil is preferably high-gloss and with the inside aligned with the foot.
- the heat reflection layer 8 can also be produced by an atomization process, for example by vapor deposition, sputtering or by applying a metallic lacquer layer, and can be designed as a metal layer.
- the sole area for example the insole 13 or an insole 9 at the bottom and / or inside and / or inside the sole, can be provided with a heat reflection layer 8 between two thin partial soles, although this is often good because of the Heat-insulating outsole 1 is not required.
- the heat reflection layer 8 can advantageously be designed to be breathable. This is particularly easy to do by vapor deposition or sputtering.
- a metal foil or a dusted or vapor-deposited heat reflection layer 8 can preferably be perforated with fine pores, for example provided with fine holes and / or slits. This can by punching, punching, needling, electrical breakdown or laser beam treatment.
- a thin fabric layer 14 can be provided in particular under it.
- Inorganic and / or organic material can be used as the fabric. Glass fiber and / or carbon fiber material is particularly suitable for this. It has been shown that a coarse-mesh fabric with a mesh size (weft and thread) of 1 mm to 8 mm, in particular of 2 mm to 6 mm, is well suited.
- supports 12 Materials with low density and / or high porosity with enclosed or open pores are suitable as supports 12, for example felt or elastic, volume-compressible foams or also sponge-like materials.
- a plasticizer-free polyethylene terephthalate film with high strength and good heat resistance can preferably be used as the carrier 12 of the heat reflection layer 8.
- the heat-reflective layer 8 is applied to this film, which is high in mechanical and thermal insulation terms, preferably by vapor deposition with aluminum.
- the evaporated aluminum heat reflection layer 8 gives the carrier 12 the desired additional properties, such as the metal character of the film and in particular the required light and heat reflection. An improved barrier effect against water vapor is also achieved.
- a polyethylene terephthalate film with a vapor-deposited aluminum layer can be used, which in addition with a foam layer, preferably is made of moltoprene foam, the density of the moltoprene foam can be adjusted variably.
- the foam layer, in particular moltoprene foam can be applied between layers 4 and 12 according to FIGS. 3 and 4.
- the carrier 12 and the heat reflection layer 8 are combined with an additional foam layer, the total thickness of the film in the non-compressed state is approximately 3 mm.
- the thickness of the heat reflection layer 8 and the carrier 12 is kept extremely small. In practical embodiments, the total thickness of the heat reflection layer 8 and the carrier is only 0.2 to 1 mm, specifically in the uncompressed state.
- the thermal insulation according to the invention used in the sports shoes described above thus increases their weight only insignificantly.

Abstract
