Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gehäuse für einen Handstaubsauger gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Der in dem an den Motorraum angrenzenden Bereich des Staub­raumes angeordnete Handgriff dient bei einem derartigen Hand­staubsauger dazu, daß der Staubsauger von der Bedienungsper­son in eine bestimmte Position, insbesondere in eine angeho­bene Stellung, geführt werden kann, um beispielsweise Pol­stermöbel saugen zu können. Bei den herkömmlichen Handstaub­saugern ist dieser Handgriff beispielsweise als gesondertes Bauteil in eine in dem Staubraumdeckel ausgebildete Ausspa­rung eingesetzt.
  • Durch einen derart in den Staubraumdeckel eingesetzten Hand­griff wird nicht nur die Herstellung des Staubsaugergehäuses kompliziert und verteuert, sondern der als gesondertes Bau­teil eingesetzte Handgriff kann sich im Laufe der Nutzungs­dauer des Handstaubsaugers lockern, so daß der Staubsauger nicht mehr einwandfrei geführt werden kann. Darüberhinaus steht der als gesondertes Bauteil eingesetzte Handgriff dem Bestreben entgegen, einem Staubsaugergehäuse eine besonders glatte und einfache Form zu verleihen. Die FR-A-2280 351 offehbart ein Gehäuse für einen Handstaubsauger mit einem vorderen Staubraum mit einem ver­schwenkbar angeordnetem Staubraumdeckel und einem durch eine Zwischenwand von dem Staubraum getrennten hinteren Motorraum mit einem fest verbundenen Motorraumdeckel. In dem an dem Mo­torraum angrenzenden Bereich des Gehäuses ist eine Griffmulde ausgebildet, die teilweise von einem Handgriff überdeckt ist, der seinerseits einstückig mit dem Gehäuse ausgebildet ist. Während die beiden Deckel jeweils an unteren Gehäusebereichen angeordnet sind, sind die Griffmulde und der Handgriff seit­lich bzw. oberhalb am Gehäuse ausgebildet. Der so vorstehende Griff ist somit ständig Angriffspunkt von Hebelkräften und widerspricht insbesondere der Forderung nach einer besonders glatten und einfachen Form.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es ein Gehäuse für einen Handstaub­sauger der eingangs genannten Art derart zu verbessern, daß über die gesamte Nutzungsdauer des Staubsaugers die Möglich­keit seiner einwandfreien Führung durch die Bedienungsperson gewährleistet ist, wobei das Gehäuse gleichzeitig eine beson­ders glatte und einfache Form haben soll. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
  • Erfindungs gemäß ist der Handgriff an dem Motorraumdeckel angeformt. Dabei steht der Handgriff von dem Motorraumdeckel derart in Richtung des Staubdeckel ausgebildeten Griffmulde übergreift. Da der Motorraumdeckel vorzugsweise mit dem Boden­teil des Motorraumes fest verbunden ist, kann der Staubsauger an dem derart an dem Motorraumdeckel angeformten Handgriff sicher gehalten werden.
  • Mit Vorteil kann vorgesehen sein, daß an dem Motorraumdeckel ein vorspringender Steg angeformt ist, auf dem der Steg des Staubraumdeckels aufliegt. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß der Handgriff besonders robust ausgestaltet ist.
  • Dabei kann der Staubraumdeckel Einstecklaschen aufweisen. Es kann auch mit Vorteil vorgesehen sein, daß der Staubraumdek­kel mit zwei seitlichen Scharnieren an der Zwischenwand des Gehäuses oder des Motorraumdeckels angelenkt ist. Damit wird in dem Fall, daß der Handgriff oder ein zweiter Steg an dem Motorraumdeckel angeformt ist, der muldenartige Deckelboden des Staubraumdeckels um das vorstehende Griffende herumge­schwenkt. Im Betriebszustand des Staubsaugers kann der Hand­griff dabei durch Einführen der Finger in die Mulde bequem untergriffen werden. Die Scharniere können als Einheit mit dem Staubraumdeckel ausgebildet sein.
  • Es kann auch mit Vorteil vorgesehen sein, daß der Staubraum­deckel einstückig mit dem Motorraumdeckel ausgebildet und über ein Filmscharnier mit diesem verbunden ist. In diesem Falle entfällt das Anlenken des Staubraumdeckels an der Zwi­schenwand, wodurch das Staubsaugergehäuse eine besonders ein­fache Gestaltung erhält.
  • Weitere, Vorteile und Einzelheiten der Erfindung er­geben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung einiger bevor­zugter Ausführungsformen sowie anhand der Zeichnung. Dabei zeigen:
  • Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch eine erste Ausführungform des erfindungsgemäßen Staubsaugergehäuses;
  • Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf die Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 1;
  • Das in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Gehäuse für einen Hand­staubsauger hat einen vorderen Staubraum 1 und einen hinteren Motorraum 2, die durch eine Zwischenwand 3 voneinander ge­trennt sind. Ein Stanbraumdeckel 4 ist mit zwei seitlichen Scharnieren 5 an der Zwischenwand 3 angelenkt und in Richtung des Pfeils in Fig. 1 verschwenkbar. Ein Motorraumdeckel 6 ist mit dem Bodenteil des Motorraumes 2 fest verschraubt.
  • In dem an den Motorraum 2 angrenzenden Bereich ist in dem Staubraumdeckel 4 eine Griffmulde 7 ausgebildet. Diese Griffmulde wird von einem Handgriff 8 teilweise überdeckt, der an dem Motorraumdeckel 6 angeformt ist. Im Betriebszu­stand des Staubsaugers kann dieser Handgriff 8 durch Einführung der Finger der Bedienungsperson in die Griffmulde 7 bequem untergriffen werden, so daß der Staubsauger beispielsweise zum Saugen von Polstermöbeln in eine entsprechende Position angehoben werden kann.

Claims (6)

1. Gehäuse für einen Handstaubsauger mit einem vorderen Staubraum mit einem verschwenkbar angeordneten Staubraum­deckel und einem durch eine Zwischenwand von dem Staub­raum getrennten hinteren Motorraum mit einem fest verbun­denen Motorraumdeckel, wobei in den an dem Motorraum an­grenzenden Bereich des Staubraumdeckels eine Griffmulde ausgebildet ist, die teilweise von einem Handgriff über­deckt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (8) einstückig unmittelbar an dem Motorraumdeckel (6) ange­formt ist.
2. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Motorraumdeckel (6) ein vorspringender Steg (11) an­geformt ist, auf dem ein Steg (10) des Staubraumdeckels (4) aufliegt.
3. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Staubraumdeckel (4) Einsteckla­schen aufweist.
4. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß der Staubraumdeckel (4) mit zwei seitlichen Scharnieren (5) an der Zwischenwand (3) des Gehäuses oder des Motorraumdeckels (6) angelenkt ist und im geschlosse­nen Zustand in das Bodenteil des Staubraumes (1) einra­stet.
5. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scharniere (5) als Einheit mit dem Staubraumdeckel (4) ausgebildet sind.
6. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Staubraumdeckel (4) einstückig mit dem Motorraumdeckel (6) ausgebildet und über ein Filmscharnier mit diesem verbunden ist.
