Abstract

Zu der üblichen Ausrüstung eines Staubsaugers gehört neben einer Teppichdüse auch eine Fugendüse (9) zum Reinigen von schwer zugänglichen Stellen. Diese Fugendüse (9) sollte zweckmäßigerweise immer griffbereit sein. Dies wird bei dem Gehäuse (1) für einen Handstaubsauger dadurch erreicht, daß die Fugendüse (9) in das Gehäuse (1) integriert ist. Hierzu ist in der rückwärtigen Stirnwand (6) des Gehäuses (1) eine Öffnung (8) ausgebildet, durch die die Fugendüse (9) in eine Scheide einführbar ist, die sich innerhalb des Motorraums des Gehäuses (1) im Bereich der Seitenkante (10) des Gehäuses (1) erstreckt. Die Fugendüse (9) ist in der Scheide durch die aufrechte Arbeitsstellung des Handstaubsaugers sicher gehalten.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gehäuse für einen Handstaubsauger gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Zur üblichen Ausrüstung eines Staubsaugers gehört neben einer Teppichdüse auch die langgestreckte Fugendüse zum Reinigen vom schwer zugänglichen Stellen in der Wohnung oder beispielsweise im Auto. Beim Staubsaugen ist es daher häufig angebracht, die jeweils verwendete Düse zu wechseln, wobei es sich als außerst unzweckmäßig erweist, wenn die jeweils normalerweise nur kurz eingesetzte Fugendüse von dem Staub­sauger getrennt aufbewahrt wird.
  • Um die Fugendüse immer griffbereit bei dem Staubsauger zu haben, ist bereits vorgeschlagen worden, die Fugendüse in den Handgriff eines Handstaubsaugers zu integrieren. Bei dieser Lösung des Problems steht zwar die Fugendüse stets direkt an ihrem Einsatzort zur Verfügung, jedoch erfordert ihre Unterbringung eine verhältnismäßig aufwendige Gestal­tung des Handgriffs, dessen Größe durch die Aufnahme der Fugendüse zudem in unerwünschter Weise zunimmt.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, das Problem der Aufbewahrung der Fugendüse bei einem Handstaubsauger auf einfache Weise ohne nennenswerten kon­struktiven Aufwand und ohne Erschwerung der Handhabung des Handstaubsaugers zu lösen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Gehäuse für einen Handstaubsauger ist die Fugendüse in das Gehäuse integriert, das zur Auf­nahme der Fugendüse nur im geringen Maße baulich verändert werden muß. Die Aufnahme der Fugendüse in das Gehäuse er­schwert in keinerWeise die Handhabung des Staubsaugers und stellt eine besonders kostengünstige Lösung des Problems dar, die Fugendüse ständig bei dem Handstaubsauger zum Ein­satz zur Verfügung zu halten.
  • Mit großem Vorteil ist vorgesehen, daß in der rückwärtigen Stirnwand des Gehäuses eine Öffnung ausgebildet ist, durch die wenigstens der überwiegende Teil der Fugendüse derart ins Innere des Gehäuses einführbar ist, daß ihre Längsachse im wesentlichen parallel zur Gehäuselängsachse verläuft. Die rückwärtige Stirnwand des Gehäuses begrenzt den Motor­raum, an den sich -durch eine Zwischenwand getrennt- der vordere Staubbeutelraum des Gehäuses anschließt. In dem rückwärtigen Motorraum wird der zentrale Bereich von dem Motor und den zugehörigen Bauteilen eingenommen, während im Bereich der seitlichen Randkanten des annähernd quader­förmigen Motorraumes ein ausreichender freier Raum zur Auf­nahme der schmalen Fugendüse verbleibt, so daß die Öffnung, durch die die Fugendüse ins Innere des Motorraumes eingeführt wird, sich in der Nähe einer Randkante, vorzugsweise im rechten oberen Eckbereich der rückwärtigen Stirnwand des Gehäuses befindet.
  • Ferner ist mit großem Vorteil vorgesehen, daß die Fugen­düse in eine Scheide aufnehmbar ist. Mit dieser Ausbildung ist verhindert, daß die in den Motorraum eingesaugte Luft, die aus bestimmten hierfür vorgesehenen Luftaustrittsöff­nungen im allgemeinen gefiltert aus dem Gehäuse austritt, auch aus der für die Fugendüse vorgesehenen Einführöffnung austritt. Die Anordnung einer Scheide hat zudem den Vorteil, daß die Fugendüse sicher und ortsfest in das Gehäuse aufge­nommen werden kann.
  • Zur Befestigung der Scheide in dem Gehäuse kann die Scheide an der oberen Gehäusewand angeformt sein, wobei die obere Gehäusewand gleichzeitig eine Wandung der Scheide bilden kann. Die Ausbildung kann andererseits jedoch auch so ge­troffen sein, daß die Scheide ringsum geschlossen und mit kurzen Stegen an der oberen Gehäusewand befestigt oder aber an der rückwärtigen Gehäuseplatte angeformt ist. Bei allen Ausbildungen ist dafür Sorge zu tragen, daß die Scheide -und die darin aufgenommene Fugendüse- stabil in dem Ge­häuse gehalten ist.
  • Die Scheide kann so ausgebildet sein, daß ihre Innenform wenigstens teilweise der entsprechenden Außenform der Fugendüse entspricht, so daß die Fugendüse an der Innen­wand der Scheide anliegt. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß die Fugendüse bei der Handhabung des Staubsaugers keine lästigen klappernden Geräusche erzeugen kann, sondern unbeweglich in Anlage an der Scheide sitzt, wobei ein Herausgleiten aus der Scheide durch die schrägverlaufende, angehobene Arbeitsstellung des Handstaubsaugers vermieden ist. Zu­sätzlich kann jedoch vorgesehen sein, daß die Fugendüse im Klemmsitz in der Öffnung der Gehäusewand sitzt.
  • Ein Endabschnitt der Fugendüse steht zweckmäßigerweise stets aus der Öffnung nach außen vor, so daß die Fugendüse an diesem Endabschnitt aus dem Gehäuse herausgezogen werden kann, was insbesondere dann der Fall sein sollte, wenn die Fugendüse in einen Klemmsitz aufgenommen wird.
  • Weitere Merkmale, Vorteile und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung einer bevor­zugten Ausführungsform sowie anhand der Zeichnung. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht des erfindungs­gemäßen Gehäuses für einen Handstaubsauger mit darin aufgenommener Fugendüse;
    • Fig. 2 eine Rückansicht des Gehäuses gemäß Fig. 1;
    • Fig. 3 eine Teilschnittansicht durch den oberen Teil des Gehäuses, jedoch ohne Fugendüse, entlang der Linie III-III nach Fig. 4; und
    • Fig. 4 eine teilweise dargestellte Unteransicht eines die Scheide enthaltenden Teiles des Gehäuses.
  • Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Gehäuse 1 eines Handstaubsaugers enthält einen rückwärtigen Motorraum 2, der durch eine Trenn­wand von dem oberen Staubbeutelraum 3 mit dem vorstehenden Saugstutzen 4 abgetrennt ist. An der Oberseite des Motorraums 2 sind Luftaustrittsschlitze 5 zum Austritt der in den Motor­raum 2 eingesaugten Luft erkennbar.
  • An der rückwärtigen Stirnwand 6 des im Querschnitt an­nähernd rechteckigen Gehäuses 1 befindet sich unter anderem eine Öffnung 7 zur Aufnahme eines nicht dargestellten Führungsrohrs des Handstaubsaugers sowie eine Öffnung 8, durch die eine Fugendüse 9 ins Innere des Gehäuses 1 ein­führbar ist. Die Öffnung 8 befindet sich, wie insbesondere aus den Figuren 2 und 3 zu ersehen ist, im Bereich der rechten oberen Seitenkante 10 des Gehäuses 1, wo innerhalb des Gehäuses 1 neben dem in den Zeichnungen nicht darge­stellten Motor zur Aufnahme der Fugendüse 9 ein freier Raum vorhanden ist.
  • In den Figuren 1 und 2 sind ferner an der rückwärtigen Stirn­wand 6 eine Bedienungstafel 11 sowie ein Anschlußkabel 12 zu erkennen.
  • Aus den Fig. 3 und 4 ist zu ersehen, daß zur Aufnahme der Fugendüse 9 eine Scheide 13 angeordnet ist, deren Innen­form teilweise an den Außenumfang der Fugendüse 9 angepaßt ist. DieScheide 13 hat allerdings Seitenwände 14, die mit der oberen Gehäusewand 15 verbunden sind, wodurch die Scheide 9 unbeweglich in dem Gehäuse 1 gehalten ist.
  • Bei herausgezogener Fugendüse 9 kann die Scheidenöffnung durch ein in den Figuren nicht dargestelltes Klipsteil fest verschlossen sein.

Claims (9)

1. Gehause für einen mit einer Fugendüse versehenen Hand­staubsauger, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fugendüse (9) in das Gehäuse (1) integriert ist.
2. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der rückwärtigen Stirnwand (6) des Gehäuses (1) eine Öff­nung (8) ausgebildet ist, durch die wenigstens der überwiegen­de Teil der Fugendüse (9) ins Innere des Gehäuses (1) derart einführbar ist, daß ihre Längsachse im wesentlichen parallel zur Gehäuselängsachse verläuft.
3. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fugendüse (9) in eine Scheide (13) aufnehmbar ist.
4. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheide (13) an der oberen Gehäusewand (15) angeformt ist.
5. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheide (13) an der rück­wärtigen Stirnwand (6) des Gehäuses (1) angeformt ist.
6. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenform der Scheide (13) wenigstens teilweise der entsprechenden Außenform der Fu­gendüse (9) entspricht.
7. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fugendüse (9) im Klemmsitz in der Öffnung (8) der Stirnwand (6) sitzt.
8. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Endabschnitt der in die Scheide (13) eingesetzten Fugendüse (9) nach außen vor­steht.
9. Gehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß die Gehäuseöffnung durch ein Klipsteil fest verschließbar ist.
