Claims (12)

1. Dispositif de verrouillage de porte pour appareils électriques, notamment pour machines à laver, comprenant un coulisseau de verrouillage (3) monté mobile en transmission longitudinale dans une rainure de guidage ( 1 ) ménagée dans le boîtier (2), et qui présente plusieurs ouvertures traversantes, dont l'une, formant ouverture de fermeture (5), est associée à un crochet de verrouillage de porte (6) qui est solidaire de la porte à verrouiller, et peut être traversée parce crochet, tandis qu'au moins une autre, formant ouverture de verrouillage (9), peut être traversée par un poussoir de verrouillage (8), dans la position de verrouillage du dispositif, pour bloquer le mouvement, le coulisseau de verrouillage (3) présentant un évidement d'encliquetage (4), décalé par rapport à ses ouvertures traversantes et parallèle à celles-ci, caractérisé par les traits caractéristiques suivants:
- dans la position d'ouverture du dispositif de verrouillage, un ressort de contact (13) qui fait face à un élément de contact fixe (14) est engagé dans l'évidement d'encliquetage (4), ce ressort se dégageant de sa prise avec l'évidement d'encliquetage (4) sous l'effet du mouvement de verrouillage du coulisseau de verrouillage (3), de sorte que, dans la position de verrouillage, un contact de signal (15), formé de l'élément de contact fixe (14) et du ressort du contact (13), se ferme sous l'effet du mouvement du ressort de contact (13),
- le dispositif de verrouillage comprend un relais de verrouillage (16), destiné à être commandé par le contact de signal (14) et placé latéralement au coulisseau de verrouillage (3), qui est composé d'une culasse d'électro-aimant (17), d'une bobine (18), d'un noyau (19) et d'un levier d'armature d'électroaimant (20), qui se trouve latéralement à côté de la surface polaire (21) de l'électro-aimant et qui comprend un bras de verrouillage (22) et un braqs de contact principal (23), l'extrémité libre du bras de verrouillage (22) formant un portée d'articulation pour le poussoir de verrouillage (8) qui est guidé mobile en translation dans une rainure (10) ménagée dans le boîtier (2), et l'extrémité libre du bras de contact principal (23) formant une portée d'articulation pour un élément de liaison (24) qui remplit entièrement l'ouverture traversante (25) d'un couvercle de chambre de pression (26) et est guidé mobile en translation longitudinale par cette ouverture, cet élément étant fixé à une membrane (28) qui divise le volume de la chambre de pression (29);
- la chambre de pression (29) est reliée, par un canal de passage (30), à une chambre d'équilibrage des pressions (31 ) qui peut se remplir d'un fluide provenant de l'extérieur en passant par un canal de passage (32);
- l'extrémité côté membrane de l'élément de liaison (24) sollicite avec une force croissante, pendant le verrouillage, un ressort de contact (33) qui forme le contact principal (35) en combinaison avec un élément de contact fixe (34), à l'encontre de la force élastique de ce ressort, pour fermer ainsi le contact principal (35).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le levier d'armature d'électro-aimant (20) s'articule sur la partie (36) du boîtier qui renferme la bobine d'électro-aimant (18) et la culasse (17) sur le côté qui est à l'opposé du poussoir de verrouillage (8).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux bras du levier d'armature d'électro-aimant (20) forment entre eux un angle obtus (37) dont le sommet est dirigé vers le relais de verrouillage (16).
4. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lès mouvements de verrouillage du levier d'armature d'électroaimant (20), du poussoir de verrouillage (8), du coulisseau de verrouillage (3), de l'élément de liaison (24) et des deux ressorts de contact (13, 33) sont contenus dans un même plan.
5. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dimensions longitudinales du coulisseau de verrouillage (3), des ressorts de contact (13, 33), de la membrane (28) et du levier d'armature d'électro-aimant (20) s'étendent sensiblement parallèlement.
6. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bras de contact principal (23) du levier d'armature d'électroaimant (20) est sollicité avec une force croissante pendant le processus de verrouillage, par un ressort de compression (38) qui résiste à son mouvement de pivotement.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de compression (38) est monté sur une vis (39) vissée dans une partie (40) du boîtier et peut ainsi être réglé dans sa force de rappel qui résiste au bras de contact principal (23).
8. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans sa région radialement intérieure (27), la membrane (28) présente des plaques de renforcement (27) qui peuvent être fixées à l'élément de liaison (24).
9. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la rainure de guidage (10) qui guide le poussoir de verrouillage (8) est prolongée au-delà du plan du coulisseau de verrouillage (3),

Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau de verrouillage (3) présente, en supplément de l'ouverture de fermeture (5), destinée à recevoir le crochet de verrouillage de porte (6), deux ouvertures traversantes destinées à recevoir le poussoir de verrouillage (8), ces ouvertures de verrouillage (9) se trouvant à égale distance de part et d'autre de la rainure de guidage (10) qui guide le poussoir de verrouillage (8) dans la position d'ouverture du dispositif, cependant que, dans la position d'ouverture du dispositif, la rainure de guidage (1) qui guide le coulisseau de verrouillage (3) laisse derrière son extrémité libre un espace libre (1') dont la longueur correspond au moins à la moitié de la distance entre centres des ouvertures traversantes.
11. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces limites de l'évidement d'encliquetage (4) formé dans le coulisseau de verrouillage (3) forment entre elles un angle obtus.
12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (12) du ressort de contact (13) qui s'engage dans l'évidement d'encliquetage (4) présente la forme d'un «L» dont la branche horizontale présente en négatif la forme de l'évidement d'encliquetage (4).
