Definitions
- the invention relates to a facade or a roof made of metal and glass, consisting of a metal framework, the frame fields of which are provided with glass panes, the metal framework on the building side consisting of main profiles and transversely extending rung profiles and on the outside covering the pane edges covering, bolted to the main profiles or the rung profiles, the main profiles, the rung profiles and the cover profiles have anchoring grooves for sealing strips which are supported on the pane edges and the main profiles and the rung profiles are provided with receiving channels for condensed water and receiving grooves for leachate and are designed as hollow channels are, the bottom of the receiving grooves of the rung profiles for the leachate extends into the area of the receiving grooves of the main profile for the leachate and the outer longitudinal edges of the receiving grooves of the main p Profiles for the leachate are formed by the anchoring grooves for the sealing strips of the main profiles and the bottoms of the anchoring grooves for the sealing strips of the rung profiles are flush with the bottoms of the receiving grooves of the
- the facade or the roof of the type mentioned is the subject of the older, not previously published European patent application 85 103 445.4 (162 227).
- cutouts in the groove walls of the main profiles are avoided in the joint area between the rung profiles and the main profiles.
- a sealing plane is created in the area of the support of the insulating glass panes on sealing strips of the main and rung profiles, which prevents the penetration of leachate into the interior of the building and the outflow of warm air from the interior of the building into the rebate area of the insulating glass panes.
- the framework which is formed from main profiles and rung profiles, not only provides for butt joints between the rung profiles and the main profiles in the modern facades and roofs, in which the profiles form a right angle to one another, but also has oblique rungs that are at different angles have the main profiles and can also run at different angles of inclination.
- the invention has for its object to design a facade or a roof of the type mentioned so that the main profiles can be easily adapted to the angle of inclination of the rung profiles provided in the framework.
- the web carrying the anchoring grooves of the main profiles has a predetermined bending point formed by cross-sectional weakening, by means of which the inclination of the anchoring groove can be adapted to an inclination of the rung profile given by the frame geometry.
- the adaptation to an inclination angle of the rung profiles can be carried out continuously.
- the cover profiles which are assigned to the main profiles are inclined by the same angular amount as the rung profiles adjoining the main profiles.
- the cover profiles can have a central web and two side webs, weakening grooves being provided in the transition region between the central web and the side webs on the underside of the cover profile. These weakening grooves also enable the cover profiles to be continuously adjusted to the respective inclination angle of the assigned rung professional.
- the same sealing strips can also be used in the case of inclined rung profiles as in the case of rung profiles connected at right angles.
- main profiles 16 of a metal framework of a facade or a roof are shown, which have anchoring grooves 25 equipped with a groove bottom 50, which are supported by webs 51.
- sealing strips 26 are fixed, on which insulating glass ben 27 are supported.
- Cover profiles 24 with sealing strips 48 are arranged above the insulating glass panes 27.
- the insulating glass panes 27 are inclined with respect to the main profiles 16.
- rung profiles 28 connected to the main profiles which can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4.
- the webs 51 are provided with a predetermined bending point 52 formed by a cross-sectional weakening, through which the inclination the anchoring groove 25 can be adapted to a predetermined inclination of the rung profile 28 on the basis of the frame geometry.
- each floor 41 extends from receiving grooves 32 of the rung profiles 28 for leachate to the upper edge of the associated receiving grooves 19 of the main profile 16 for leachate.
- Each floor 41 of the rung profiles 28 thus lies over the entire surface on the upper edges of the anchoring grooves 25 of the main profile 16.
- the cover profile 24 in the area in which it is provided with sealing strips 48 is designed to be inclined in accordance with the inclination of the insulating glass panes 27 and thus also the rung profiles 28.
- the cover profile 24 according to FIG. 1 is already profiled accordingly during its manufacture.
- the cover profile 24 is provided with weakening grooves 55 in the transition region between its central web 53 and its side webs 54, these weakening grooves 55 being arranged on the underside of the cover profile 24.
- weakening grooves 55 it is possible in a simple manner to incline the side webs 54, which are initially in one plane with the central web 53, so that the side webs 54 run parallel to the insulating glass panes 27 and the rung profiles 28.
- a cover profile 24 offers the manufacturing advantage that the side webs 54 of said cover profile 24 can be easily adapted to any desired inclinations.
