Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Nageldoppelband zur Fahrbahnmarkierung, bestehend aus einem Unterband und einem Oberband mit dazwischen angeordneten Markierungsnägeln, die mit beiden Bändern sich in lösbarer Verbindung befinden, von kalottenförmiger Gestalt sind und an ihre Flächenunterseite eine Klebeschicht besitzen.
  • Zum nächstkommenden Stand der Technik ist das Dokument DEU-8 310 200 zu nennen, das sich auf eine Markierungsbahn, insbesondere zur Fahrspurmarkierung auf Strassen, bezieht, bei dem auf einer Trägerbahn Markierungselemente mit einer Haftklebeschicht angeordnet sind, wobei auf den Markierungselementen eine Führungsbahn mit einer Haftklebeschicht angeordnet ist.
  • Dabei weist die Trägerbahn keine Klebeschicht auf.
  • Zum Stand der Technik ist ferner das Dokument DE-U-80 32 348 zu nennen, das einen Nagel zur Fahrbahnmarkierung betrifft, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Nagelkopf an seiner flachen Unterseite eine Klebeschicht aufweist, die vorzugsweise aus einem Zwei-Komponenten-Kalt-Kleber besteht. Dabei kann die freie Oberfläche der Klebeschicht von einer Folie bedeckt sein, wobei zwischen der Klebeschicht und der Folie ein inertes Gas angeordnet ist. Vorzugsweise ist der Nagelkopf kalottenförmig. Der Nagelkopf kann ferner mindestens eine Aussparung mit mindestens einem Leuchtauge aufweisen. Ferner kann diese Aussparung eine zur flachen Unterseite des Nagelkopfes etwa senkrechte Fläche besitzen. Ferner kann die gekrümmte Oberfläche des Nagelkopfes Erhebungen aufweisen, wobei diese Erhebungen auf der gekrümmten Oberfläche halbkugelförmig oder länglich mit halbkreisförmigen Querschnitt ausgebildet sein können. Schliesslich kann die Klebeschicht aus einer solchen Klebemasse bestehen, die durch Zutritt von Feuchtigkeit automatisch aushärtet.
  • Das Wesen vorliegender Erfindung ist nun eine erfinderische Weiterbildung von Nägeln zur Markierung von Fahrbahnen.
  • Die der vorliegenden Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe besteht darin, die Fahrbahnmarkierungsnägel in einer solchen Weise bereitzustellen, dass sie rasch, sicher und korrekt von der Vorratshaltung auch von einer ungeschulten Person auf die Fahrbahn aufgebracht werden können.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht bei einem Nageldoppelband zur Fahrbahnmarkierung der eingangs genannten Gattung darin, dass das Unterband eine oberseitige Klebeschicht aufweist, dass zwischen der flachen Unterseite der eine Klebeschicht aufweisenden Markierungsnägel und der Oberseite des Unterbandes eine Trennfolie angeordnet ist und dass an der Unterseite des Oberbandes angepasste Profile zur Halterung der Markierungsnägel angeordnet sind.
  • Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberband auf seiner Unterseite eine Klebeschicht aufweist.
  • Eine weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsform ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Markierungsnägel zwischen Unterband und Oberband in regelmässigen Abständen angeordnet sind.
  • Das Wesen vorliegender Erfindung ist aus den beiliegenden Figuren 1 und 2 weiterhin ersichtlich, die bevorzugte Ausführungsformen darstellen.
  • Figur 1 zeigt in perspektivischer Ansicht A das Wesen des Erfindungsgegenstandes, wobei mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 die Markierungsnägel, mit dem Bezugszeichen 2 das Unterband und mit dem Bezugszeichen 3 das Oberband gekennzeichnet ist.
  • Figur 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die Ansicht A der Figur 1.
  • Dabei ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 wieder der Markierungsnagel, mit dem Bezugszeichen 2 das Unterband, mit dem Bezugszeichen 3 das Oberband gekennzeichnet.
  • Mit dem Bezugszeichen 4 ist die Trennfolie und mit dem Bezugszeichen 5 die Klebeschicht bezeichnet. Mit dem Bezugszeichen 6 sind die an der Unterseite des Oberbands 3 befindlichen angepassten Profile zur Halterung der Markierungsnägel bezeichnet.
  • Die etwas übertrieben dick in Figur 1 gezeichnete oberseitige Klebeschicht des Unterbands 2 trägt das Bezugszeichen 22.
  • Die etwas übertrieben dick gezeichnete Klebeschicht an der Unterseite des Oberbandes 3 trägt das Bezugszeichen 33.

Claims (3)

1. Nageldoppelband zur Fahrbahnmarkierung, bestehend aus einem Unterband (2) und einem Oberband (3) mit dazwischen angeordneten Markierungsnägeln (i), die mit beiden Bändern sich in lösbarer Verbindung befinden, von kalottenförmiger Gestalt sind und an ihrer Flächenunterseite eine Klebeschicht (5) besitzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterband (2) eine oberseitige Klebeschicht (22) aufweist, dass zwischen der flachen Unterseite der eine Klebeschicht aufweisenden Markierungsnägel und der Oberseite des Unterbands (2) eine Trennfolie (4) angeordnet ist und dass an der Unterseite des Oberbandes (3) angepasste Profile (6) zur Halterung der Markierungsnägel (1) angeordnet sind.
2. Nageldoppelband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberband (3) auf seiner Unterseite eine Klebeschicht (33) aufweist.
3. Nageldoppelband nach Anspruch 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Markierungsnägel zwischen Unterband und Oberband in regelmässigen Abständen angeordnet sind.
