Eine derartige Zuführeinrichtung ist beispielsweise aus der DE-OS 20 46 602 bekannt. Bei einem Ausführungsbeispiel der bekannten Einrichtung ist in den Zuführtisch eine Ziehliste integriert, deren obere Begrenzungsfläche mit jener des Zuführtisches bündig ist. Zur seitlichen Ausrichtung der Bogen wird hierbei, wie im allgemeinen bei gattungsgemäßen Einrichtungen, ein vorübergehender Haftkontakt zwischen der oberen Begrenzungsfläche der Ziehleiste und der Unterseite des seitlich auszurichtenden Bogens hergestellt, so daß dieser der Ausrichtsbewegung der Ziehliste folgt. Hierbei wölbt sich ein in Bogenlaufrichtung rückwärtiger Bereich des auszurichtenden Bogens über den nachfolgend unterschuppt zugeführten Bogen. Je nach Steifigkeit und Dicke der Bogen kann dies zu einer Beeinträchtigung des besagten Haftkontakts und damit der notwendigen exakten seitlichen Ausrichtung führen.Such a feed device is known for example from DE-OS 20 46 602. Die hiermit mögliche größere Bogenverarbeitungsleistung muß jedoch mit einer äußerst empfindlichen elektronischen Meß-und Steuereinrichtung und einer aufwendigen Aufnahme für die Stopp- bzw. Zur exakten seitlichen Ausrichtung der Bogen ist mit der EP-A-36 496 eine Einrichtung vorgeschlagen worden, mit welcher ein veränderbarer Haftkontakt zwischen der Ziehleiste und dem Bogen bewerkstelligt werden kann. Hierbei ist einer als Saugziehleiste ausgebildeten Ziehleiste eine sogenannte Tupferrolle zugeordnet, die den Bogen gegen die Ziehleiste andrückt. Die Saugziehleiste ist derart steuerbar an eine Unterdruckquelle angeschlossen, daß besagter Haftkontakt in der Anfangsphase der seitlichen Bogenausrichtung durch Saugwirkung verstärkt wird und sich in der Endphase der seitlichen Ausrichtung lediglich aus der einstellbaren Andrückkraft der Tupferrolle ergibt. Die Andrückkraft in der Endphase der Ausrichtung ist dabei bewußt klein gewählt, um ein Stauchen des Bogens an den Seitenmarken zu verhindern. In Folge der kleinen Andruckkraft während der Endphase der Ausrichtbewegung können auch hierbei nachfolgende, unterschuppt zugeführte Bogen zu den genannten Störungen bei der seitlichen Ausrichtung führen.For the exact lateral alignment of the sheets, a device has been proposed with EP-A-36 496 with which a changeable adhesive contact between the pull strip and the sheet can be achieved. Der hierfür erforderliche Antrieb ist der Hinfachheit halber nicht dargestellt. Über Saugluftöffnungen 17 wird dabei der Bogen festgehalten und entsprechend ausgerichtet. Die Höhenverstelleinrichtung 12 besteht dabei im wesentlichen aus einer quer zur Bogenförderrichtung sich erstreckenden Welle 20, auf der in gewissen Abständen (Fig. 4) eine Anzahl von Exzentern 21 drehfest gelagert sind, auf denen wiederum das vorgenannte vordere Ende des hinteren Zuführtischbereiches 7.2 aufliegt. The shaft 20 is additionally supported on the bearing stand 23 by means of bearing stands 23, which are attached to a support rail 22 at certain intervals.

Fig. 4 zeigt hierzu die entsprechende Ansicht gegen die Bogenlaufrichtung. Die Welle 20 sowie die Stützschiene 22 sind dabei an seitlichen Rahmen 24, 25 drehbar gelagert bzw. befestigt. Das über den Rahmen 25 hinausgehende eine Ende der Welle 20 ist zum Zwecke einer manuellen Verstellung mit einem Verstellknopf 26 versehen, über den sie und somit die Exzenter 21 verdrehbar und dadurch die Höhenlage des hinteren Bereiches 7.2 einstellbar ist. Eine Blattfeder 27, welche in die Vertiefungen eines gerändelten Teiles 28 des Stellknopfes 26 eingreift, dient der Arretierung der jeweils manuell gewählten Position. Für eine taktgesteuerte Verstellung könnte beispielsweise an der entsprechenden Stelle der Welle 20 ein Antriebsmotor bzw. ein Getriebe angreifen (in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt). Selbstverständlich wäre anstatt der Exzenterverstellung auch jede andere, adäquat wirkende Höhenverstelleinrichtung geeignet.4 shows the corresponding view against the direction of sheet travel. Die im Takt der Bogenförderung sich auf- und abbewegende (Pfeil) Ziehrolle 31 drückt den auszurichtenden Bogen 2 gegen ein in einer Aussparung 40 des vorderen Bereiches 7.1 eingelassene Ziehschiene 32, welche sich in Richtung senkrecht zur Zeichenebene bewegt. Gestrichelt angedeutet sind dabei eine Abdeckung 33 sowie die Seitenmarke 34. Die jeweiligen Antriebe sind auch hier der Einfachheit halber nicht dargestellt, da sie nicht Bestandteil der Erfindung, dem Durchschnittsfachmann aber geläufig sind.FIG. 5 shows a feed table 7 designed in the manner described above. Dadurch kann z. B. taktweise während des Ausrichtvorganges die seitliche Ausrichtvorrichtung 5, um ein geringes Maß (Bogenstärke) angehoben werden, um danach wieder auf die Ebene des Zuführtisches 39 abgesenkt zu werden.Fig. 7 shows a further embodiment, in contrast to the aforementioned, the one-piece feed table 39 is completely flat. Claims (14)

1. Feeding device for a sheet processing machine, particularly a printing machine, the feeding device facilitating the stream feed of single sheets (2, 3) taken from a stack (9), via sheet bearing surfaces (7.1, 7.2) of a feed table (7), to the machine (10) and to an alignment device (5, 30) contained in said feed table for the lateral sheet alignment,
wherein the underside of each leading sheet (2) lying at a higher level than the underlying subsequent sheet (3) is supported, at least in the operating area of the alignment device (5, 30), on a first sheet bearing surface (7.1) which lies at a higher level than a front area of a second sheet bearing surface (7.2), supporting the subsequent sheet (3), by essentially the thickness of one sheet at least during the alignment phase.
2. Feeding device according to Claim 1,
wherein, seen in the direction of sheet travel, the feed table (7, 35) lies at a lower level in front of the lateral alignment device (5, 30) by approximately the thickness of one sheet than does a section (7.1) of the feed table (7, 35) facing towards the machine (10) and containing the alignment device (5, 30).
3. Feeding device according to Claim 1,
wherein the alignment device (5, 30) may be raised by approximately the thickness of one sheet above the sheet bearing plane of the feed table (39).
4. Feeding device according to Claim 1,
wherein the alignment device (5, 30) and the front section (7.1) of the feed table (7) may be raised together by approximately the thickness of one sheet above the sheet bearing plane of the rear section (7.2) of the feed table (7).
5. Feeding device according to one of the preceding Claims,
wherein the level offset is constant.
6. Feeding device according to one of the Claims 1 to 4,
wherein the level offset can be effected by clock control during the alignment phase of the sheet (2) to be aligned.
7. Feeding device according to Claim 1,
wherein the alignment device (30, 5) is essentially designed as a side lay (34) and a draw roller (31) with a cooperating draw rail (32) or as a pneumatically operated suction slide (14), carrying out the alignment movement, with suction air supply (15,16,17) and suction slide guide (18,19).
8. Feeding device according to Claim 5,
wherein the feed table (35) is of a one-piece design and in the sheet conveying direction it merges in front of the alignment device (5, 30) into a lower lying section (42) via an inclination (36).
9. Feeding device according to Claim 5 or 6,
wherein the feed table (7) is of a two-piece design arranged transversely in relation to the sheet conveying direction, in which case the rear section (7.2) facing towards the stack (9) has its end facing towards the stack (9) pivot-mounted about an axis of rotation (11) and the end facing towards the alignment device (5, 30) rests on a level-adjusting mechanism (12).
10. Feeding device according to Claim 6,
wherein the feed table (39) is flat over its entire surface and a level-adjusting mechanism (12) is assigned only to the alignment device (5, 30).
11. Feeding device according to Claim 5 or 6,
wherein the feed table (7) is of a two-piece design arranged transversely in relation to the sheet conveying direction, in which case the front section (7.1) facing towards the front lays (4) is pivot-mounted about an axis of rotation (37) located at this point and is actuated by a level-adjusting mechanism (12) via and in conjunction with the lateral alignment device (5, 30).
12. Feeding device according to one of the Claims 9 to 11,
wherein the level-adjusting mechanism (12) comprises a shaft (20) which runs transversely in relation to the sheet travel direction, equipped with eccentric cams (21), and which is supported at certain intervals on a support rail (22) via bearing brackets (23), said shaft being rotatable manually or by clock control and motor drive, in which case the shaft (20) and support rail (22) are mounted on and secured to the frames (24. 25) on both sides.
13. Feeding device according to Claim 12,
wherein an adjustment knob (26) is provided for the manual adjustment of the level-adjusting mechanism (12) at an end face of the shaft (20), with the adjusting knob featuring a knurled rim (28) in the depressions of which a leaf-spring (27) engages in order to lock the shaft (20) in the manually selected position.
14. Feeding device according to Claim 12,
wherein a motor/gear unit is engageable with an end face of the shaft (20) for the motor-driven and clockcontrolled adjustment of the level-adjusting device (12).
