Description
Claims (9)
- Vakuumschalter mit einer dichtend aus einem Vakuumgefäss (11) herausgeführten, axial um einen Hub (14) hin und her verschiebbaren Kontakt-Betätigungsstange (12), die über wenigstens einen, als steife, quer von der Betätigungsstange (12) abstehende Wippe (18) aus einem elektrisch leitenden Material ausgebildeten Verbindungsleiter mit einem der Anschlüsse (15) des Schalters elektrisch verbunden ist, wobei die Wippe (18) zwei langgestreckte, getrennte Metallstreifen (19, 20) aufweist, die mit ihren Enden einerseits an der Betätigungsstange (12) reibschlüssig an einander gegenüberliegenden Stellen und andererseits an einem mit dem Anschluss (15) verbundenen, in Richtung der Betätigungsstange (12) abstehenden Vorsprung (26; 37) unter Federwirkung angreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (26; 37) am Anschluss (15) fest angeordnet ist, die Metallstreifen (19, 20) mittig unter der Wirkung einer Feder (31) stehen, die die Metallstreifen (19, 20) gegeneinander vorspannt, und die Metallstreifen (19, 20) am Vorsprung (26; 37) an einander gegenüberliegenden Stellen und an der Betätigungsstange (12) unter Wirkung dieser Feder (31) mit ausreichendem Kontaktdruck reibschlüssig angreifen.
- Vakuumschalter nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die Betätigungsstange (12) mit Anschlägen (33, 34) versehen ist, die die axiale Relativlage des mit dieser zusammenwirkenden Endes (21, 23) der Wippe (18) in bezug auf die 3etätigungsstange (12) festlegen.
- Vakuumschalter nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallstreifen (19, 20) im Abstand voneinander gehalten sind und deren Endabschnitte (21, 22; 23, 24) voneinander divergieren.
- Vakuumschalter nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallstreifen (19, 20) einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen und mit einander zugekehrten Längsseiten des Querschnittes im Abstand voneinander gehaltert sind.
- Vakuumschalter nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittleren Abschnitte der Metallstreifen (19, 20) parallel zueinander sind.
- Vakuumschalter nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit der Betätigungsstange (12) und mit dem Vorsprung (26; 37) im Eingriff stehenden Flächen der Enden (21, 23; 22, 24) der Wippe (18) mit warzenförmigen Erhebungen (38, 39) versehen sind.
- Vakuumschalter nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Wippe (18) ein mehrfaches des Hubes (14) der Betätigungsstange (12) beträgt.
- Vakkumschalter nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der am Anschluss (15) vorhandene Vorsprung die Form eines zylindrischen Stummels (37) aufweist, dessen Achse rechtwinklig zur Betätigungsstange (12) ist, wobei die mit diesem Vorsprung zusammenwirkenden Enden (22, 24) der beiden Metallstreifen (19, 20) eine den Stummel (37) teilweise umgreifende Form aufweisen.
- Vakuumschalter nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der am Anschluss (15) vorhandene Vorsprung eine an diesem angeformte, zur Betätigungsstange (12) parallele Rippe (26) ist, die mit zwei, die entsprechenden Enden (22, 24) der Metallstreifen (19, 20) mit Spiel zwischen sich aufnehmenden Anschlägen (35, 36) versehen ist.
