Abstract

Dans des dispositifs à crans pour assurer la liaison mécanique libérable d'objets, le dispositif à crans comportant un élément d'ancrage (AE) relié à l'un des objets ainsi qu'un organe de couplage (KG1) reliable par un élément de ressort à cran d'arrêt (RF) et relié à un autre objet, le problème est d'organiser de manière sûre et indéformable le transfert de force entre l'élément de ressort à cran d'arrêt (RF) et l'élément d'ancrage sans nuire à la commodité de libération de la liaison. Afin de permettre la libération, l'élément de ressort à cran d'arrêt (RF) et l'élément d'ancrage (AE) font partie intégrante d'un organe de liaison (VG1) cohérent et formant un cadre. L'élément de ressort à cran d'arrêt et/ou l'élément d'ancrage (AE) ont la forme d'un bras de ressort de flexion et sont intégrés à une partie du cadre de l'organe de liaison (VG1). En outre, l'organe de couplage (KG1) possède une section de tête (KO) dotée de surfaces à crans, respectivement de pression pour la formation de la liaison mécanique libérable entre l'élément de ressort à cran d'arrêt et l'organe de couplage, respectivement entre l'élément d'ancrage et l'objet à relier. Pour libérer la liaison à crans, on utilise un outil de libération avec une tige flexible (WS) et une pièce de pression (DRS) disposée à l'extrémité de celle-ci et permettant de sortir l'élément de ressort à cran d'arrêt de sa liaison mécanique.
