Definitions

  • the invention relates to a chisel holder with a hole Chisel holder in which a shaft of a chisel is inserted, the Shaft is provided with a groove in which a fuse is inserted and where the fuse is supported directly or indirectly against the chisel holder.
  • the object of the invention is achieved in that the securing tool holders has formed as laterally accessible knockouts and in which at least one active element of a tool can be inserted, and that the active elements are positively supported in the tool holder are.
  • the fuse can then be pulled out of its groove in a controlled manner with the tool will.
  • the fuses are designed so that the fuses can accommodate the Have groove that is accessible through a slot. About this slot can the fuse is then pushed onto the shaft of the chisel and into the groove to be snapped. The tool holder is then on the slot opposite side arranged so that the fuse can be easily removed can.
  • the active elements as approaches are trained that can be used in the tool holders, and that the Tool holders on the side facing away from the chisel holder in the axial direction of the shaft of the chisel are open.
  • the fact that the tool holders Chisel holders are turned open, is easy accessibility with the Tool possible. The approaches of the tool can then simply in the Tool holders are performed.
  • bevels on the tool holders are connected, and that the insertion movement of the active element of Tool can be limited in the tool holder by means of a stop, then there is a safe and quick attachment of the tool to the fuse always possible.
  • the draft slopes serve as guides over which the Slide active elements into the tool holders.
  • a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the fuse is plate-shaped, a head part and an adjoining Transition part has that from the transition part two legs in the Extend headboard opposite direction that the legs spaced apart are, and that a bolt receptacle is formed between the legs, the Dimensions are matched to the groove of the shank of the chisel.
  • a fuse designed in this way can be punched out of a metal sheet and is thus inexpensive to manufacture. Those extending from the transition part Thighs spread when the fuse is pushed onto the shaft and snap elastically back when passing the groove, so that the groove of the shaft is securely fixed in the bolt receptacle. It is advantageous here if it is additionally provided that the bolt receptacle by means of a knockout is expanded, which between the connection points of the legs from the Transitional part is excluded, and that the extent of the eruption is transverse to the central longitudinal axis of the chisel is chosen to be smaller than the diameter of the Chisel shank in the groove base. With the breakout there will be a smooth transition the leg is formed in the transition part. This is harmful Notch stresses that occur with frequent installation and removal of the Safety could cause a leg to break off.
  • the head part or the transition part has at least one active point made of ferromagnetic material with a magnet of Tool works together, then the handling is much easier.
  • the fuse can be attached to the magnet of the tool once hereby be held in position. The user can then use the Handle tools without losing the fuse.
  • the fuse is provided with a pressure surface on which Counter element of a press tool is form-fitting, then one simple mounting of the fuse on the shaft of the chisel possible.
  • the tool to pull the fuse out of the groove with the Insertion tool combined into one unit.
  • a downwardly open groove 17.1 is connected to the pin receptacle 16.
  • the groove is by means of Side surfaces 17 expanded.
  • the fuse 10 on a shaft Chisels are put on.
  • the fuse 10 is initially on the Put on the shaft and then press it into the groove.
  • the Fuse 10 on its head part 11 on a pressure surface 19, via which a force a tool can be introduced.
  • the fuse 10 is pressed in Side surfaces 17, the legs 12.1, 12.2 spread outwards. After the Shaft of the chisel has passed the side surfaces 17, the bottom of the groove slides Edges 16.1 of the pin receptacle 16 over.
  • the groove 17.1 is turned from the transition part 11.1 between the Areas of application of the legs 12.1, 12.2 are excluded.
  • the breakout 15 prevents notch stresses from occurring frequent spreading of the legs 12.1, 12.2 to material cracks and thus to failure the fuse 10 would lead.
  • Tool holders are used to remove a fuse inserted into a groove 13 introduced into the fuse 10.
  • the tool holders 13 are as Outbreaks formed laterally from the transition part 11.1 with exception of. The outbreaks are through a stop 18 and one Draft 14 limited.
  • the stop 18 limits the tool holder 13 towards the headboard.
  • the draft 14 is at an angle to the flat stop 18th arranged.
  • the tool holders 13 serve to hold active elements of a tool.
  • the use of the active elements, for example as approaches are formed, is easier by means of the bevels 14. Slide accordingly So the active elements on the draft 14 until they are in their Arrived at the determination position, stop at the stops 18. To the Pulling the fuse 10 out of the groove can now be a force using the tool be introduced into the active elements, so that they are form-fitting to the Support stops 18.
  • FIG. 2 shows the fuse 10 according to FIG. 1 in a side view. Like from this As can be seen, the fuse 10 is made of a plate-shaped material formed with the same thickness throughout.
  • Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment of the fuse 10, in which the Breakout 15 is formed as a more oval recess 15J '. It has shown that the risk of breakage of the leg under heavy use is further reduced. In addition, stops run in this embodiment 18 'obliquely downwards, so that active elements of a tool when pulling the Fuse 10 find a secure fit.
